Very good effort of having this outlet online for our hardworking, creative and deserving crafts people. The blue kantha bedcover that I ordered and recevied was of very good quality. Color did not run and size was as mentioned. No compromise. I am satisfied and will order some more items.

This particular product I am not at all happy with - the material used is very thin and there is a thin layer of plastic inside and another layer of cloth - it will tear very easily.

I have purchased many items such as stoles, jackets and a dress from GoCoop. I have always found the clothes very good and delivery and customer service is very reliable.. I will purchase a saree next

Zero rating I want to give....I received damaged saree, with colouring defect ,that saree has light colour lines and patches all oves saree, I emailed Gocoop ,sent message on on head office WhatsApp no as well but still there's no response from Gocoop,thos is really poor service from such a big platform

Change the image shown on site because the colour shown and product delivered colour is entirely different, it was okay for me since the product quality was very good.

Getting Indian handlooms thru e Commerce directly from weavers sounds so strange.
Go coop has made it possible through their portal. Delivery, payment are so simple and easy. Their materials and texture are so good. I get them stitched as per latest fashion and they are head turners

I have still not received one saree out of 3 ordered till date.It’s been more than a month and no information for the delay.

It was pretty bad, not packed well, stolls didn’t have any label, looked liked used ones
My past experiences with GoCoop has been fantastic but with this experience, I may think multiple time to buy again from GoCoop

Very Happy with all my purchases. Excellent material and quality of work. Prices are also very reasonable. Will buy again!

i. the tie-dye design is creative and pleasing to the eye. size is good.
ii. the surface, as expected with handloom is rough. using it as a bed cover instead as a bed sheet.
iii. would have loved it to be machine washable. dry cleaning is too expensive and hand washing time consuming.
iv. last but not the least. packaging was bad. there was no inner protection. just one polythene. the fabric could have easily torn. i was lucky nothing happened besides the portion on the top getting dirty.
overall a good product. could have been packed properly and delivered faster.

Terrible delivery logistics management.Spoilt the entire gifting pleasure to my dear relative. Never again buying.

The quality of the product is fairly good, but the delivery system has to be improved and coordinated well so that the customer gets the exact date by which he can get the product for sure. Now, this is lacking.

GoCoop is a very efficient coop society. Shopping from here is a pleasure. However, the website needs to be tweaked a little to make it more mobile-friendly.

It was with doubt that I ordered online, this was my first time here, surprisingly it turned out to be excellent!

Products arrived in excellent condition within the time frame mentioned by the GoCoop team to a home in Texas, USA. Excellent customer service via chat and email.

Though I was dissatisfied with the consignment you sent ,I appreciate that you refunded the cost ,on my complaint. That way your customer service is good.Thank you

It's good to get authentic handloom from all over India.
The website is designed for easy acess to whatever we are looking for.
Many thanks to the people who thought of such an online store. And hope that the creators of the magical weaves are benefiting too.

The material was claimed to be silk and it turned out to be cotton. This is deception, which caused lot of dissatisfaction. The silk saris are also sometimes not good quality silk or starched stiff. Overall there is hit and miss, shopping at GoCoop!

Quality of bag is very good. Zipper is good quality. quite spacious & Lambani work is excellant. I am very happy owning this bag. This is enrching my accessories.
