For some reason you cannot provide, I had to create a new account for my Employer can send me the contract/ My old account was working and I have not touched ANY setting at all since the day I created it but somehow my employer could not send me the contract. It took me 3 days to come to conclusion that I need to create a new account without knowing what exactly is going on, the agents kept ghosting me so I would get 1 reply per day. IT IS RIDICULOUS
