Good Goth

I have ordered from there a few times, shipping says its takes 1-2 weeks. Every time I have ordered from there it takes up to 5 weeks and with no notice that the item is on back order. Customer support says the same thing every time that its on back order, it doesn't say anywhere when buying the product it is and you dont get an email about it being late. This store is unreliable and not recommended to buy from.

Second time ordering from this company and I am not disappointed. I love the merchandise and prices. Great quality and wonderful choices. Will order again. Oh, have to say, GoodGoth has great sales!

I ordered a Bound by Love corset from Good Goth in late November with the hope that it would arrive in the UK in time for a Christmas function on 12 Dec. I know that the delivery time can be a while so on the last day of November I enquired about the possibility of delivery in time for 12 Dec. The Customer service team required promptly bearing in mind the time difference US/UK and told me that the size I wanted would take some time to get but that Good Goth had the next larger size available in stock. OK, that'll do and can I have a Proserpina necklace set to go with the order please? Yep, no problem! Dispatched the same day and arrived in good time for the Xmas do. The corset is tremendous in quality and style, my wife is delighted with it. The necklace set is also stunning. Well done guys and gals! Truly amazing quality and service.

Short version: ordered three steel boned corsets in different sizes for gifts. Good Goth were all awesome. 'Nuff said.

I was looking for plus size goth clothes on the internet, and there are not many. I found good goth and was pleasantly suprised at what i found. Good Goth are true to there name without gimmicks.

I have always had a great experience ordering from GoodGoth. Good Goth ship items in a very timely manner, and returns are easy. Their merchandise selection is fabulous!

Overall I am satisfied with all purchased I have made at GoodGoth's site. All of the the items were as pictured and a good value of their price. I also found the size chart reasonably accurate for sizing. T he only disappointment I can verse was I purchased a accessory gift bag, but at $9.99, I guess it was still a grab!

Purchased the tapestry long fitted ruffle skirt. It is so beautiful. The shipping was amazing. I ordered Wednesday night and got it Saturday in the mail. So excited. Will order from them again.

I ordered a dress may9th for a wedding the web site says if there is a ship date you need it by let us know and we will try to work with you. I stated when I ordered the dress i needed it by june4th if this was a problem to please contact me. By the 14th it struck me i didn't get tracking or any contact about the dress so i contacted them. I was told the dress was out of stock and was coming in the 24th. I asked if i would get my dress by june 9th (thats when i really needed it) as i asked when I placed my order and was told i don't know. I cant guarantee when you will get it. I said well seeing as how im in canada that doesnt seem like enough time why was I not contacted? I was not given a answer only asked if i wanted to change my order. She then told me she thought it was enough time Good Goth ship to canada all the time. If i did need it by the 4th thats 10 days to ship it to me from the states to cananda via usa postal service.

Very poor customer service at no time was i contacted about the out of stock no apologies. No one mentioned I might not get it by the date requested or asked what id like to do. I got a very who cares attitude from someone named mare.

My daughter and I ordered a beautiful corset outfit for her prom along with a size shoe she always wears, size 10. The WRONG size corset outfit was sent, and the shoes didn't fit ===since that has never been a problem, I see it as their shoe sizes being off. Good Goth sent a new corset outfit out but the shoe situation took forever to "fix". FINALLY after a lot of bantering back and forth to a nameless person, nobody communicates with a name, very unprofessional, they actually refunded the whole order. That was VERY nice. Here's the kicker. We actually (unfortunately) decided to attempt to order a different pair of shoes -- Lace Toe Peep size 11 -- thought we would try a size up thinking they would actually fit, too big, we sent them back --IN A BETTER PACKAGE THAN THEY SENT US---. GOODGOTH, claimed we sent them back in poor shape and they "had substantial wear and tare". MY DAUGHTER SIMPLY TRIED THEM ON, DIDN'T FIT, PUT THEM BACK IN THE BOX (BTW: it was originally sent to us in a bashed in box, poor shape! AND they say if we send a box back in that shape we will be charged $5! What a joke!) So, they REFUSED to exchange for what we were going to try to do, see if the size 10 in this shoe style fit. I think they just didn't want to bother to deal with us again... very unprofessional and terrible experience for me. I will never shop with this business again. My lesson learned here is to look over every inch of a product I buy before anything transpires and if it is not sent to me in perfect shape to contact the company right away ****SILLY ME FOR EXPECTING THE SOLES OF THESE SHOES TO ARRIVE TO ME IN NEW SHAPE*** because I didn't inspect them I am being blamed for the damage! What a crock! NEVER again with this poor excuse for a company.
