Horrible customer service! Still have not received my other pair of boots I ordered and it has been 3 months! DO NOT buy from this company! Goodnight Macaroon do not even respond to you! This is fraud and they should be shut down!

I ordered a bunch of great items and Goodnight Macaroon send it in a week never an issue even received points free shipping, never an issue for some reason can not order today it will not let me by way who cares Hong Kong items are awesome tons of compliments plus my gf buy ref they rock just want to order now and van not weird first time it keeps cycling

I bought some boots and a bag from this company, the boots are custom made so Goodnight Macaroon only allow store credit which I was fine with. However the bag was awful quality and smelled funny. I barely removed it from its packaging and packaged it back properly and sent it back. It cost me £25 for postage to send back to Hong Kong!. They will not return the bag now and will not offer store credit so I can buy something else even though the bag was awful quality! Customer service is rude and slow and they gave essentialy kept my hard earned money and the quality of their products is awful! In a time where MOST if not ALL companies are offer store credits and returns this company's return policy is disgusting. Wont last for long with this type of horrible quality products and $#*! customer service. Very angry as I only purchased due to false advertisement on Instagram! Wish I could give zero stars!

I ordered a pair of sandals. It tooks weeks before I recieved them, the website said it would take a few days. After i recieved my package I saw that the sandals were way too small and not like description. I contacted Goodnight Macaroon so many times buy don't response. I sent it back the return cost weer €30! Unbelievable. Service is horrible. Goodnight Macaroon don't respond but I did receive an email that they give a voucher and no money back, even though this is nowhere on the website. Returns have to be sent to China so shipping is expensive. I will never order anything at this webshop - I am very frustrating! They also charged more shipping costs than what was on the website. They are scammers don't order here! I wish I had read these reviews sooner.

I ordered a pair of shoes and paid for the express shipping (1-2 day shipping) my shoes were shipped a week later and didn't set out for delivery until 15 days later. FedEx attempted to delivery this package ONCE, and I missed the delivery because I was out of town on a trip I originally ordered the shoes for. When I got back into town I had to physically go to a FedEx location for my package because this company opts for a cheaper fee on their end if FedEx only attempts one delivery. When contacting customer service about the issues, I was told it was my fault for not being home during the delivery and I Needed to pay another $9.99 for delivery or $24.99 for return postage back to sender.

Cute things but I won't be shopping with them anymore. I ordered something as a Christmas gift and never received it. Was told it was at a holding Station twice but when I went to retrieve it, it wasn't there. I was then told it was being shipped back to them because I never picked it up and would I have to pay a fee to receive the package but I recieved another text saying it was at the holding station. There was a lot of contradicting information about this package. I was told to wait for it then. The pandemic then hit so I figured it was a international shipping issue and decided to give some grace and then I quite honestly forgot. When the pandemic restrictions were lifted and things let up I realized I never received it. I contact a goodnight macaroon representative and was told very coldly "it says it was delivered" after reiterating several times I did not have it. Goodnight Macaroon have stopped answering. Only recently a fedex worker has reach out to try and help. Very disappointing, rude, and unhelpful staff. Do not order from them

Don't waste your time and money. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE. OVER PROMISED DELIVERY DAYS. Impossible to get in contact with them! Don't waste your time and money!

I ordered a pair of shoes on 2/21/2022, and as of 3/13/2022, Goodnight Macaroon have not shipped. I paid 9.99 for shipping, and emailed customer service to see when they might ship and was told they had been dispatched and would soon ship, but a week later, they've never been shipped and was told to expect 45-60 days! This is a ridiculous amount of time, and I've been told conflicting information from their customer service. Of course, they charged my credit card right away. Very disappointed in this company and won't order from them again.

I don't know what kind of a scam this site is running. I needed a one size up in the glorified OTK boots. I have paid for the return shipping and have returned the boots and have not received a return/refund or a reply to my numerous emails.
