Disappointedf
I ordered online and scheduled a pickup at 5:45. I received a confirmation email for the pick up time but when I arrived Grabull didn't know anything about it. After a few min of confusion, they said my order just came in and I had to wait 20 min while they put it together.

UI says it's wants email address to keep you informed of order... then asks for other demographic data - I ignored because I assumed it was to create an account... no, it's to check out as a guest - once I followed next steps it prompted for credit card, which is what I would have expected... poor UI

Worthless company
An impossible online ordering system which, if you get through it, gets you drivers that just don't show up. If you like over paying for cold food that the restaurant has to put right at their expense, and getting zero response from customer service, then this is the company for you. Their own website info (which I wish I'd looked at first) is barely even intelligible. Their only positive app reviews are obvious insider reviews. This isn't a real company. It's a bunch of amateurs trying not very hard to do something a dozen companies are already doing well. Save yourself the hassle and use one of the many established online food ordering platforms.

Difficult to review my order and go back and forth...
Difficult to review my order and go back and forth to payment info. Annoying how you give error messages when selecting options. You require that I unselect a pre populated field before choosing a new one. You could just have it switch without having that happen. I don't see a way to store my address. I order from this restaurant more than once a week. Lastly, I had a big order for several people. But the order timed out and deleted everything in my cart. I had to ask everyone again what their order was.

Rip off
I wanted to order some chinese food (Journey to the dumpling) for pickup when clicked order online i was taken to an order menu. I thought it was like chipotle ordering online, i didn't realize that i was taken to grabull. After i checked out and compare with the restaurant menu I realized that grabull increased the price of every menu item by at least $2 on a $8.95 item. So a markup of 20+%. This is for a pick up order!

Furthermore Grabull charge a fee for using a credit card. In other words grabull is a RIPOFF.
The whole thing would have costed $30 now it became $40! So a markup of 30+%!

BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING ONLINE. SMALL RESTAURANTS DO NOT HAVE THEIR OWN ONLINE ORDERING. DO NOT USE GRABULL! ESPECIALLY FOR PICK UP. Why on earth would someone use online if they can call and get a cheaper price?

Grabull is awful
Food took an hour and a half to arrive and it was incorrect. I had no communication from grabull about it's delivery time. I also was informed after I ordered from grabull that I can not be refunded or cancel the order. I was completely unaware when I proceeded to order through what thought was the businesses website that it was 3rd party delivery. I will NEVER order through grabull again.

There was a big delay
I have used Grabull many times without issue. This time it took 2 hrs from the time I ordered to the time I received my delivery. I'm not sure where the breakdown was, but it wasn't a pleasant experience. So now I will think harder about using this platform to order again.

Disaster
Still waiting. Ordered a sandwich, pizza, and salad an hour and 45 minutes ago. Had to make the kids sandwiches instead of our usual Christmas eve pizza lunch. Will never use Grabull again. I reached out for a refund and Grabull said it was the restaurants fault. I called the restaurant and guess what? They were not busy. I believe the restaurant because I have always had positive experiences with them. Grabull? This is my first and last time using them.

It worked.
Used Grabull to order Indian food. It worked well. The food was as ordered even with the special modifications that we asked for. About the only issue is that the on-line menu is not exactly like the menu on the restaurant web site, so you may have to search a bit to find what you need. Otherwise, it was great.

DO NOT use them unless you want fraudulent activety on your card.
Multiple people have complained about fraudulent activity on their cards after using this company to order food. Grabull are well aware of this fraud too but yet refuse to do anything about it. If you really and truly care about your card information then I highly advise not to use this company to order food.

Best online order system
Well i see there are couple of people who mentioned something like their commission but i researched Grabull have over 2000 restaurants now and amazing star rating son app, they are better than other 3rd parties who are sucking so much from us based on commission marketing cost but these people do deals on 5% to 8% and no one mentioned that they do so much ads on google for you and so on facebook insta and really help a restaurant have more orders on board from them than others, infact restaurants should be endorsing them more. I love them for my 6 stores

Food
Well i'm unsure if this review is about the food or the go between order service, grabull allowed me to customize my order to my liking, and add notes to ensure my order would be correct, The smothered chicken was more like baked chicken, it surely wasn't in any form of sauce nor gravy.
There was no butter with the waffles, who has waffles without butter?
Wth, to top it off we had no butter at home. The syrup was too thin, and no flavor what so ever.

Nice stuff I like it I was really hungies so I ordered a za (that's what we call pizza me and my boyfriend we are engaged and going to Vermont soon and he called pizza za on our first date so now every time we talk about pizza we call it za because I thought it was cute) but anyway as I was saying I was hungies and I got za and now im not hungies no more thanks man it was fun and I liked the za as well as the website I used to order the za

Starving to Death
I ordered Chinese food on Saturday night. Grabull told me the food would be delivered in about 55 minutes. That was not surprising since it was a busy night. After calling the restaurant and Grabull, I was about to cancel my order when it showed up an hour and a half after I ordered it.

The person answering the phone told me it was a busy night (no kidding!). Then Grabull called the restaurant while I was on hold and came back to tell me it was on its way. The order showed about about 15-20 minutes later.

Mostly mom & pops stores
The discounts are good, over all good experience. Ordered food couple of times and felt like writing about them because Grabull service is nice. Went to pickup and restaurant owner was talking big about it, said we get good business and they dont even charge too much.

Delivery Updates?
Ordered food and it said a delivery estimate of 45 mins. Delivery arrived after 90 minutes. Grabull doesn't provide any updates after placing an order which was very frustrating. Wish Grabull would send updates about the order status and delivery ETA like many of the other ordering services.

Food Missing
I easily placed my order online without problems. One of the required boxes was which kind of tortillas I wanted. I checked flour. In the additional box, I added that I would like extra tortillas.
I did not receive ANY tortillas! I am upset about that, but I don't know who to blame. Tortillas were listed on my receipt, so somebody messed up.

The only question left in my mind was what I had to...
The only question left in my mind was what I had to do to get the discounts shown on the ordering page. Grabull appeared like buttons (hovering on them changed the states) – so I expected some feedback when I clicked on them. Since they appear to be automatically applied (which is a good thing), maybe indicate that so users don't keep clicking expecting some kind of response. Thanks!

Adding addresses doesn't do anything, During checkout...
Adding addresses doesn't do anything, During checkout I can't choose one, I have to enter the delivery address.

Entering special instructions into the delivery address does accept necessary characters, the pound sign '#' can not be input in that field even though it is necessary for gate codes.

Seamless Order and Delivery
Reserved a time to have food delivered later in the day. Restaurant called to confirm and food arrived right on time. This time Grabull texted me a link to track the order w/ updates as to where my delivery was. Loved that service now. It was difficult before w/ o the tracking available.
