SCAM ALERT! This is a scam of JUNK out of China. Ordered two necklaces. Never came, never came, emailed - told it could take eight weeks. I said cancel the order. Grace Callie Designs said no. Two weeks later one necklace shows up, it's either for a child, or for someone with an 8" (c) neck. My credit card company is handling now.

I love this hand bag that I had ordered, first I was not sure about it looking at the reviews. But thought of giving a shot and it turned out to be a great deal... I simply love it... Amazing...

Grace Callie Designs took my money and no purse I got emails with fake tracking numbers that when no were they are horrible I contacted the BBC and made a complaint and iam posting there fraudulent activities everywhere beware of grace callie a liar and a thief.

I ordered a purse 5 weeks ago, Grace Callie Designs had no problem charging my credit card the day I placed the order. After a couple of weeks I realized I had never received confirmation or a receipt. I reached out to them and they sent me a tracking number that never went anywhere. Their response was please be patient, they never attempted to try and find why my (supposedly) order wasn't going anywhere. Just don't waste your time, had to do a chargeback, you can purchase the same purses on Amazon, at least they are legit...

Can not contact the company, did not receive my product. Grace Callie Designs sure took my money. Ordered as Christmas presents December 10th, it is January 1,2019. I have tried to call the company and they recording is that they are currently not available. Even my emails to the company keep getting returned.

I ordered the Mercer bag. Came from China although the website brags the company is in NJ. The bag had a toxic smell I had to throw it away after getting sick. I checked their LinkedIn profile and their headquarters is in Toronto, Canada. I filled a complaint with the BBB because the company will not provide a refund and swears Grace Callie Designs are not in Canada. The website is very misleading. DO NOT BUY FROM GRACE CALLIE. I wish I read all of the online complaints before wasting my money

I purchased the outback bag, within 2 weeks, the metal bracket for the shoulder strap broke and the liner is completely falling off. CHEAPLY MADE... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
