BUYERS BEWARE!
This Website/App is a scam! I have three pending orders from November. I have tried their email and phone number which neither work. What a Coincidence! I have contacted my bank for refunds. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Still have not received order and I cannot get in touch with anyone!
I have tried to contact them and have gotten no response. You can only email support (GroopDealz do not respond) and I cannot find a phone number to call. I placed two orders (July and August 2020) and have not received either.

Never got my shirt
I've tried to contact them through facebook, phone, and email and I've never got a response. I've probably send 5 emails. I ordered 3 shirts and only got two. I've asked for a refund but never got a response. Yet I still get an email daily advertising all their specials. I can't believe they're still in business.

Where is my merch?
Groopdealz has so many cute items at a good price, but good golly GroopDealz are slow as molasses. I am waiting on an order from August. And what is worse is, they don't respond to your emails, and they have no phone number to call. I even tried contacting the Lucy and Lyla vendor and got no answer. It is more than annoying. I would be ordering tons of merchandise, but I no longer trust them. Good thing these pieces I am waiting for aren't urgent. Their return policy isn't the best either. After I get these pieces, I will be done with Groopdealz for good.

Horrible Company
I made an order through Groopdealz towards the end of August since I purchased an one item to give as a gift by the end of September and another item for myself. Today, 10/21/20, I have yet to receive the item and the status STILL says Processing. The most frustrating thing about this whole situation is I have emailed them 6 separate times to try and cancel my order with no response. I noticed on previous reviews that GroopDealz are saying due to COVID 19 they are running behind. I have ordered multiple items from multiples boutique sites and have yet to have this problem. I will never order from them again.

Awful company
Placed an order a month ago. No one will respond to my messages about when my item is to arrive and no sign of it. Very unhappy.

Never received merchandise, no response!
I have ordered from Groopdealz over the last few years and have never had any trouble with the company until this year. I ordered a cell phone case in January and message stated my order was being processed, by May I still hadn't received my order and the expected ship date was in January. I asked for a refund and eventually had received my money back. I should of learned my lesson but I decided to give them one more chance, I ordered a maxi dress in June and expected ship date was a few days later, I still have not received the dress. I have emailed Groopdealz and the seller with no response. I hope to get my money refunded and will NEVER order anything else from them in the future. I will stick with ordering from Jane from here on out. Much better customer service and reliable sellers.

I mean, COME ON!
I ordered something in February. I still don't have it. I'd be fine with it IF Groopdealz and/or the seller would be in communication throughout all of this. GroopDealz have been spotty at best. Disappointed for sure.

2/18: Purchased items through Groopdealz website.
4/12: Contacted Groopdealz to inquire about shipping status.
4/18: Return email from Groopdealz to say covid negatively impacted business and seller would contact me within 48 hours.
4/27: Seller apologized, shared how covid impacted business, offered a refund or to get me the items I purchased the following week.
4/27: I reply to seller stating that I would still like the bags.
5/14: I contact Groopdealz and seller to share that I haven't received the bags and request an update; I share my frustration with their communication.
5/22: I contact Groopdealz and seller again to state that I haven't heard an update.
5/22: Seller apologizes and shares that they will be shipped to me the moment they get to the warehouse.
6/15: I contact both Groopdealz and seller and ask for delivery update. No reply from them.
6/21: I still don't have the bags. I request to have the bags in hand or a refund by 6/26 or I will post negative reviews.
6/29: No bags, no refund, no communication from Groopdealz or seller.

Horrible
I have ordered many items from them. It's your typical "fast fashion" company. Cute tops but not great quality. I ordered my last purchase on February 17th. I'm still waiting. I will NEVER order from them again.

Do not order from them!
I used to love shopping at Groopdealz until I had placed an order early February and never got it after a month. Keep in mind that I had shopped with them many times before this and tracking was always provided a couple days later. I emailed, left messages on their Facebook and finally sent a message on instragram. No one ever replied until I finally got a response on Instagram. I was told GroopDealz were having system issues and that they would ship out my order along with an extra item. Fast forward a couple days and I messaged them again asking for tracking and the response said they were looking for the receipt and that it was shipped out. Well next day I got tired of the BS so I said they either needed to provide me with tracking or send me a refund. Again they assured me that they shipped it out but that they would provide me a refund anyways. Finally after almost two months of nagging them they finally gave me a refund and I'm sure you can guess that I never did receive the package they say they sent which is fine by me since I got my refund. Ladies, please do not purchase from this company. I keep seeing so many posts from people saying they haven't received their order. I can't stand companies that do this and it is so unfortunate because they were so great. I will never shop with them again. Please don't stop trying to get your money back because the whole COVID excuse is a lie and they been having problems for many months now.
