Groove Bags

I ordered two pairs of shoes. I got the shoes less then a month ago and both of them are already falling apart. I have only worn them a handful of times. Not to mention that I had to wait two full months before I got the shoes. Did I mention that even fresh out of the box that the bottoms were not properly secured to the shoes?! Also there is NO traction on them. Not worth the money I spent on them, and definitely not worth the time I waited to get them.

I wanted to buy something Frenchie related for my sister so I googled Frenchie shoes and tote bags. Unfortunately this company came up and I started seeing all of the great (but absolutely false) pictures Groove Bags have on their website. To say I was totally duped and bamboozled is an understatement. I read it was a small family based business out of Seattle, everything looked kosher, but I didn't do my research and look up reviews. As soon as I received an email that my shoes had been shipped from CHINA I knew something was going to be wrong. And good enough! When I finally received the "linen" tote bag I can attest to the fact that it is in fact one of those cheap toss away bags you get for free when a company, hospital, or institution wants to promote themselves. I get these types of bags for free every time I get my yearly mammogram. They look like they will fall apart after a couple of uses and definitely will not hold anything heavy. And as for the "canvas" shoes? Again, false advertising! The soles are made from some cheap styrofoam plastic lightweight material with no traction and the "canvas" is some type of synthetic material with shoddy glue holding things together. Plus at least 2 times smaller than advertised. I've reached out several times to return these pieces of crap and they don't offer return labels and a very small window for returns. With the global pandemic affecting shipping, I would have to pay $101.00 to return the 3 items I ordered for $79.00 and that are probably worth $10.00 all together. I am reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to report them for false advertising, terrible products, and absolutely HORRIFIC customer service.

Groove Bags is a great company to shop at. Website is laid out in a way that makes it easy to shop and to choose the items that you want. The shoes arrived within the stated time and Groove Bags were nicer than I had expected. One pair did not fit well (the were a gift) and they remedied it right away.

Yep, I'm one of those crazy cat ladies. So when I saw these cute custom cat shoes at Groove Bags, I had to not just purchase one, but two pairs. The first ones that arrived were a little on the large side since I have narrow feet but the company immediately got back to me and shipped out two more pairs the next day at no charge! I was blown away by their customer service. Shipping does take awhile and the shoes aren't super stretchy but Groove Bags are still very comfortable to wear and so lightweight. I highly recommend this company.

I have a wide foot so Groove Bags are a little tight. I'm going the canvas will loosen up. I would add an insert if there was room. Not a lot of support. Bottom only foam and slight padding inside..

The shoes I ordered were to narrow for my foot. Groove Bags offered to replace with a different size, but that wouldn't fix the narrow issue. I sent the shoes back and I am waiting for a refund. /

The quality of the fabric and the stitching is just not what I would expect from a company that is well-known for its quality. The back zipper also ripped the first time I used it, which was a huge disappointment. Groove Bags look really cute but they fall apart easily and are not worth the price.

Fantastic company! Love the shoes, love the service! Groovebags.com was amazing to work with! I placed multiple orders and Groove Bags were helpful, active and responsive the whole way through! When I encountered an issue with sizing, I was blown away by the assistance provided! This company is honest and helpful! Shipping was a little slow the first time I ordered by with Covid, everything is delayed. My other orders arrived quickly! I love my shoes and the kiddos that I work with love them as well! I am a customer for life! Thank you groovebags!
