I ordered and paid for 2 Outback BBQ for gifts for my 2 children and there families anniversary gifts ( they were both married on same dat 4years apart) 1 was delivered on the day arranged
I phoned to ask about the 2nd one they had not sent it said.”didn’t realise I had purchased 2”
So neither got a present on the day this year very disappointing. An apology would of beeen nice

I was looking for a Cadac BBQ for our caravan. Hamilton had a good selection of BBQ's at excellent prices.
When I ordered they were adding a Pizza Stone free of charge. They also offer a good selection of spares and accessories. Delivery from Ireland was excellent, only two days as stated for an extra £2.00. Our daughter was so impressed she ordered one which also arrived within 2 days. Brilliant service will recommend.

Shocking company to deal with. Could not say enough to try and stop potential customers from using this company. Delivery times are only there to make you place your order. They are based in Northern Ireland so any return fees will be extortionate if you live on UK mainland. I am being forced to pay £90 for an order I never received because I cancelled it after not even being contacted by the delivery company after a week from ‘Dispatch’. 9 days from placing my order and 7 working days, on an item it said would be delivered in 3-4 working days

Very competitive price for my Outback BBQ - in fact I found it difficult to believe how much cheaper it was compared to many other sellers including Outback themselves. Also ordering was easy and delivery was very quick. Only slight issue was that the BBQ was delivered by the courier on a pallet which might be difficult for some to dispose of. Would definitely use Hamilton again.

I was sceptical about receiving delivery within the time frame suggested as the company was based in NI.
I need not have worried, the process of placing the order, receiving acknowledgment, the planning of delivery by Hamilton and execution by the carrier meant I received a seamless, well informed, well planned and on time delivery. Customer service as it should be.

Took a total of 9 days to receive and install with all the correct fittings.
Firstly they sent a 2 cylinder kit instead of 4 which is what I ordered. It was a Saturday morning when it came (2 days from NI) and I found that they were closed until Monday before I could complain. They did respond fairly quickly and were helpful on the phone, saying they make the kits up from 2 cylinder by putting the T fitting and extra hoses with it themselves. I don't know how this affects the warranty but it doesn't sound great when you pay for a 4 cylinder kit and you get a box with instructions for 2. So anyway they agreed to send out the parts I needed. 2 days later, box was received but it only had the hoses in it, and no T pieces. Got on the phone again, and then they agreed to send the T pieces. That took another 2 days. And when they arrived, they were loose in a box full of shredded cardboard, so bits of cardboard dust was all inside the fitting and on the rubber washers which needed blowing out with an air compressor. And as it arrived on a day I had to work elsewhere it wasn't until the next day which was a Saturday when I could install. So this was a total of 9 days and messing around from the first point upon order. I was wishing I had ordered from elsewhere at this point. Friendly and helpful staff, but shockingly incompetent service.

What a great find Hamilton Gas was, I was only looking for a table for our awning but ended up buying Cadac gas bbq extras as they were offered at a very competitive price. Delivery was fast and efficient and communication was excellent. Didn’t get a good look at the rest of their products but I’ll definitely be back….thank you Hamilton Gas, top marks 😜

Very pleased with the bbq. Exactly what we wanted at a great price. Delivery communication could be improved. I recieved an e mail saying it would be delivered on a certain day that I was not going to be there. Calls to Hamilton said that was wrong and they gave me no of delivery co. Rang them and they said they didn’t know anything about it. Numerous calls with promises to ring me back with nothing. Then the bbq arrived a day earlier than advised but fortunately I was in! Driver initially refused to take the pallet it was on but I insisted and it was reluctantly taken away.

The review I was invited to write was sent from Calor Appliances, which is where all the problems are described.
This is for Hamilton who are actually behind the Calor Appliances name.
Can't help but feel that there is something suspicious going on when you buy from one company, then are to review another.
In short, the only good thing was the delivery.
The single ring burner (boiling ring) was ordered with a windshield.
The windshield didn't fit because no one had looked to see if the Flame Failure Device (FFD) had been fitted correctly.
The information on their website is misleading and states that accessories are available but when it comes to buying them, they aren't listed.
Customer Service is snails pace and after several weeks from ordering, I still can't use the ring because they haven't told me if it's safe to use.
Shame it's Northern Ireland, or I might have taken it back.
I've marked as damaged because it didn't fit together.

I used Halimton Gas Products to buy kit to set up my street food business and I found them extremely informative and helpful. They advised me on the most suitable kit that I'd need, which was helpful as I was just starting out in the business. All the kit I've got from them seems to be of good solid quality so far, after 3.5 months of being used 2-3 times per week. I found some of their products to be cheaper than from elsewhere too.
Their advisors were generally knowledgeable, and when they weren't certain of an answer/requirement they contacted a registered gas engineer to get the information I needed. Stellar service. My kit did end up costing me a lot more than expected - but this could have been down to my inexperience in knowing what was needed / inaccurate budgeting as much as anything.
There were a couple of minor inconveniences which I won't go in to, but I couldn't quite knock a whole star off my rating for these things and I would certainly use Hamilton Gas Products again.

As an avid festival goer and camping enthusiast I know I can rely on Hamilton Gas Products and equipment. Everything I've purchased has been of really good quality has longevity easy to assemble and great to pack down & store. Always great customer service and very quick delivery, I find stock levels are usually good too which has served well for our sometimes spontaneous trips. I feel safe using the gas items because of the quality of connectors etc. Its my go to brand!

We have always had efficient service from our go-to supplier for all things gas that we can't source locally. In the past we have found it difficult to find what we need and get advice on compatible parts that work with our bespoke mobile catering equipment that we were originally supplied by NCASS, but we hope that this has improved since Hamilton have now become a main supplier of that product range.

We have used Hamilton Gas Products several times over the years and they have always been the best on price.
The delivery has always been very quick usually free because we have spent enough to qualify for free delivery.
We have dealt with the after sales service in the form of needing a VAT receipt which they sent promptly. However we haven’t had any issues with the products we have bought and can’t comment on how they deal with complaints.

Hamilton Gas Products have really made my life easier. Their range of products were just what I was looking for without having to use multiple companies. Ordering is stress free, the delivery times are swift and in the unlikely event you ever need any aftersales advice the team is always knowledgeable. First class company with great prices. Highly recommended.

Tbh atm I cannot give a proper review as we have not put it all together yet after having it for about a week.
We are finding the instructions very hard to follow. I’m concerned about the side burner as it’s open gas and also using the bbq without a lava rocks even though I’ve been told it doesn’t need them.
The cover I ordered to go with it seems very big.
Once it’s up and running I can give you a proper review .

Barbecue is great and the process of ordering online was very efficient, only criticism was that I specifically requested that delivery happened on a nominated date (which matched the estimated delivery period when I ordered). This seemed to have been ignored and the delivery turned up three days earlier. If it's not possible to make a request regarding delivery, there should be a notice on the website.

Sadly this will be a negative review. I feel the way Hamilton deal with their own mistakes leave a lot to be desired. My order arrived incorrect (paperwork was right and as ordered but product had been picked incorrectly by Hamiltons) I notified CS immediately and a return was arranged.....however I was forced to wait until incorrect product was received before dispatching the correct item, even then I had to chase my order. To reiterate this was a MISTAKE by Hamiltons, I was at no time at fault. I'm afraid I can't and won't recommend this service and or company.

I would like to recommend Hamilton Gas Product because I was very pleased with their service. I am not a professional and got confused with what parts I needed and had to add more to an order. After speaking to them on the phone several times because I needed help they were all too happy to take the time to explain everything and had excellent product knowledge, which is priceless.

I found Hamilton Gas products on-line service excellent unfortunately their face to face service was not as good, Having found the gas bbq I wanted on line and seen it was in stock I travelled to Bangor to Hamilton Gas Products and was able to view the item on display, I viewed all items on display and stood about waiting for someone to serve me which didn't happen so I left rather disappointed.
I did order the BBQ on-line and it arrived a few days later with notifications on dispatch and when it should arrive.

Very good service. I needed a gas bottle adaptor for my motorhome , thought I'd found the right one on their website but wanted to double check so rang them . Very helpful staff listened to my request , asked for some photos to confirm fittings etc and emailed me back the next day with the answer. Ordered the product and recd with a couple of days. All in all a good service thank you!
