Handy treats both their customers and their "professionals" abominably
Handy treats both their customers and their "professionals" abominably. The person assigned to me called me at 4am to tell me she thought she had the flu and would be going to the doctor before she came for her 9am appointment. At 9:30 when she still had not arrived, I tried to call her back at the number she called from, and got a recording stating that I was not calling from an approved phone, and to call back using the phone number on my account. (Which doesn't exist anymore, as it is 4 feet deep in flood water.) Waiting in my vacant house with no internet access, I tried to contact Handy directly, only to learn that Handy only allow you to contact them via email. At 1pm I gave up and went elsewhere to access the webpage, where all I could do was file a "No Show" complaint. Handy never contacted me, but instead charged her a $150 penalty fee, which she called me back to complain about.
Handy has no interest in addressing concerns, fixing issues, or maintaining customers or business relationships, their only objective is to make sure they get their money any way they can. Their ultimate resolution was to apply $109 credit to my account for "my next booking". Pigs will fly...

ZERO STARS! Worst ever!
Paid to install two garage door openers and Lowe's contracted Handy. Husband Took full day off work. After 2 hours 1 garage door opener halfway up (belt, sensors/wiring, keypad not done). The installer was struggling with the installation of wiring belt and keypad as if he did not know what he was doing then the guy says only has 2 hours to install 2 openers that Handy cannot finish. My husband suggested they at least finish the one. The installers says it's not worth what he was paid for install just gonna cut his losses and left. Lowe's reached out to handy and handy wanted to send same guy back out but not until next week. Not taking another day off of work for that guy. Just asking Lowe's for a refund and finding a real company with real professionals who can actually complete the tasks they were paid to complete before next week. 2 hours equaled 300 dollars for partial install of one opener and one left untouched in the box. The only positive thing out of this was after all this at least handy agree to refund the full amount and not penalize me for their short coming/vetting of installers. So then (yes it gets better) after I call another person to come out same day to finish this half assed install attempt... I get a call from handy saying they are having a new installer come out tomorrow morning to finish. I explained that handy had already refunded and she said it doesn't matter they are going to send someone out to finish the job free of charge (I am an idiot)! So I call and cancel my other guy. Yep you guessed it! HUGE mistake! At 7 pm tonight I get an email saying my install for tomorrow was cancelled because of the refund. WTF? The Handy rep knew about the refund before she scheduled it! And knew I was cancelling the other contractor I found elsewhere because she said they were sending installer regardless of the refund! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. Poor service, unknowlegable, have no clue who is doing what due to inability to communicate effectively or understand anything being done or said. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME USING THIS POS company to do anything. Thanks Handy for nothing except a valuable lesson in what company to avoid. Going to report you to EVERY regulating office and dashboard I can. Hope Lowe's stops using your company all together.

Horrible and Reporting to Attorney General of New York and BBB
First of all let me start by saying I had to scroll a very long ways on this feed to find anything but a 1 star review.

Travel a lot! I scheduled for a cleaning for my sons graduation and flew in a day early so Handy could clean the house. Right before the cleaning the cancelled. When I tried to reach out to customer service they said I cancelled, which was not the case. I was able to cancel my plan but they kept the $133 for the cleaning they never did. I contested with my credit card saying I never got the services but Handy sent all of the items to them and also told the credit card company I cancelled which was not the truth. I have since tried to log into my account to use the credit they won't refund me and I've been locked out of my account. I have contacted them twice on this and they said it's fixed but it's not and so I feel they have stolen my money. I am contacting the New York Attorney General for misconduct of funds and plan to add printed copies of the pages and pages of reviews. I will also be contacting the BBB on them. My goal after seeing all of this is the Attorney General will investigate and close down the business. They are thieves and will not provide services and then will also steal your money. I also love their generic replies to all of the posts. I emailed them again today and still no response to my locked out account.

GREAT COMPANY TO USE IF YOU HATE YOURSELF!
We hired them to install our new TV on our wall. We were given a date and time and were assigned a "pro" installer as Handy call them. Communicated via text and all was good. Then the date for our install came and the number of that "pro" had been disconnected. They had given us another "pro" and their number. This person had some erroneous info on us thinking that we had a "doorman" to get access to our property. I assured them that we had just a normal house they could just walk up to the door. That person said they were "just around the corner". Then I waited. A couple of hours passed and I tried several times to text them during this time. I then called them and was instructed to leave a message for "Chosen One". This was really weird. I had assumed that they went to the wrong address or got their orders mixed up. I wasn't happy about that, but stuff happens. At this point I was wondering if this whole thing was just a scam. The installer never responded to my texts or explained why they never showed. I would've understood if a scheduling problem occurred.

The real problem I had with the company though was with the customer service dept. There is no way to talk to a person. You can only email them and wait an hour for a response. I detailed what had happened in an email. An hour later they informed me of my new install date without asking me if that date and time were acceptable. Then they texted me with an even different installation date than the email they had just sent! I had taken off work for this time and couldn't do so again. I let them know that this would not be acceptable and that I needed a phone call because a dialog was needed, not a series of statements with an hour or two between them. I got a response back apologizing and explaining to me that they don't call but only email responses. But they said that if I absolutely needed a call, they would. I explained that I definitely wanted them to call me. Of course, they never called. They already had my money, why would they care about customer service? Anyway, an hour and a half later I informed them that if they couldn't install my TV that day, I wanted a refund. No answer. A bit later I threatened them that they'd be hearing from my lawyer if I wasn't refunded. Thirty minutes later they informed me that I had been refunded and that it may take two or three days for it to show in our account. That brings us to now. The two or three-day wait seemed normal enough. We will wait and see if the refund did in fact get credited back to us. I won't be surprised if we don't get it back without having to raise holy hell. We shall see.

The moral of this story: Don't use Handy unless you hate yourself and want to be treated like crap. They are a great company for that!

Horrible! Do not use this service!
I signed up for six months. My first person admitted he never clean the house before so Handy do not get their people out. He forgot an entire bathroom, he dumped his dirty mop water in my sink in my bathroom so it clogged my Sink, he left another toilet untouched completely and he didn't have a vacuum so I had to go behind and clean a lot of stuff. Contacted Handy about the bad experience they gave me half my money as a credit to use towards my next visit. I decided to let them have another chance. The guy came yesterday and was worse than the first guy. He did not clean any of my four toilets appropriately. He clean the seats off but not the bottom at all. He didn't vacuum any of my floors at all. And he didn't mop only swept. Also, my shower was left with hair in the drain and soap scum still on the glass door And the little mold and soap scum on the corners attached. My big garden tub still had the ring around it so it was not touched. This was as if no one even came to my house somebody just came and wiped off my toilet seats and charge me a fee to clean my house. I contacted Handy and they did the same offer of half off. This is unacceptable! I told him I wanted them to either send somebody back out today to make it right or to give me all of my money back so I can hire somebody else to do it correctly. They have not contacted me back I asked for a phone call so I could talk to somebody still no word back. I told him I just want to cancel my plan and get a refund and they have not done so or even commented back. The only way to cancel your plan is if you pay a $90 cancellation fee which is absurd since I didn't get good service on either of my jobs. And I had a third job that I canceled because of Covid So I have a credit for that job waiting to get another job out but I obviously don't want to do that. I just want to cancel my plan and there's no way to do so because they don't have anybody to talk to you on the phone don't get sucked into this like I did! It's impossible to get out of and if you have a problem with the work that's done there's no one to contact to fix it other than to give you some portion of your money back which is unacceptable when the job is not done at all!

Overcharged us by five times and then failed to show up
We scheduled an appointment with Handy to have an electrician install a light fixture. Before the appointed date, Handy charged our credit card the stated fee AND an additional fee that was four times the stated fee. Their customer service was useless. It took days and many, many attempts before we got it straightened out--the fee keeps appearing and disappearing, so who knows whether it's actually gone even now?

In the meantime, after confirming our appointment, Handy suddenly changed it to a late night appointment, which we didn't want. Again it took many, many tried to get an appointment at a reasonable hour. Handy then cancelled just half an hour before the electrician was supposed to arrive. We rescheduled again for two weeks later, and again Handy cancelled less than an hour before the appointment.

We then cancelled the service and said we wanted a refund. Handy sent multiple emails saying both that the refund would be processed in "one to two weeks" and that Handy could not process the refund. They shouldn't have submitted a charge to begin with before the work was done, and now we have another mess to clean up--and the work never got done.

This is by far the worst service company I've even encountered. It's been a month, hours of our time, and hundreds of dollars for a simple job that never got done. If you have any other option, use it. If you don't, don't get the work done. Seriously, avoid these people at all costs.

Great service from a great technician
I recently purchased a 65 inch Visio TV from BJ's Warehouse in Manchester, CT. Due to my age (70) and back surgery though, I was unable to remove it from the box due to it's size and weight. BJ's offered a set up service so I opted for that. The service was through Handy.com and Handy scheduled a tech for a Wednesday about 6 days after I signed up. I downloaded the app and found, if necessary, I could reschedule the appointment. I was fine with the time and date, However the original tech was unable to come that day (scheduling problem--his--not mine) and Handy rescheduled me for 2 days later.

So on Friday, at exactly the time it was scheduled for, the tech (Chad) showed up. After exploring with me what I wanted him to do, he began. Originally I wanted to mount the TV to a pedestal, but after looking at it, Chad felt it was too unstable. Instead he moved a table from another room and set it up using the legs that came with it. The process went extremely well and quick. I had four devices that also needed to be connected and he handled each one perfectly. He made sure the wires were placed out of the way for each one and finally we turned on the set. The Visio was awesome BTW.

Once we were done, Chad even removed the big box the set came in for me, so I didn't even have to worry about that. Chad was quick, efficient, and very personable. It was a real pleasure to have him in my home doing this job for me. I rated him 5 stars (out of 5) and would have to say his performance was Triple-A plus.

I recommend Handy to anyone who would need a service done like this... and Chad too, if you are able to request a tech by name. I WILL(!) be a repeat customer should I have the need to do work around my home in the future.

The damage Handy plumbers caused cost me an additional $500 in repairs!
I booked a plumber using Handy to replace my broken bathroom shower fixture, the water on/off handle was broken and the water would not turn off unless I shut it off at the valve. Handy charged me $174 for this 2-hour service.

As scheduled, at 4:30 pm the plumbers arrived. Handy had no fixture and minimal tools. They worked from 4:30pm to 10:30pm trying to repair my shower. During this time, three trips to a local hardware store where made. The did not finish the repair and returned the next morning at 9:00am. Two trips to the hardware store where made. At 4pm the plumbers left my house telling me they were sorry, they couldn't fix the problem.

They left me with disconnected plumbing. I had to call in an emergency plumber to fix what they did. I contacted Handy the next day. I was first given a $35 credit for my next service. After several emails I was given a $113 refund. I did submit a claim but my contacts with them are now being ignored.

Handy''s website advertised "qualified professional plumber who will arrive at your home with all the skills and tools to tackle your problem". The people sent to my home were not qualified at all.

The damage Handy Plumbers caused cost me an additional $500 in repairs!

Unbelievably Bad, Run and do not look back
I scheduled three monthly cleanings, Handy offered me 78$ discount in all of them. I selected a few pros and scheduled my cleaning day. They changed the scheduled pro on the day of; and did not tell the pro what was requested and paid for. She kept asking me what was needed, and I understand that she did not know what was paid for but I do not want to go check everything and see if everything I paid for is done when she is still working on them. Wast majority of the items, including the fridge cleaning I purchased extra was missed. I do not blame the pro, just so we are clear, but Handy as they clearly never communicated with the pro as what was needed and paid for. Handy charged me 1.5 hours more than what she worked on, and they also removed the 78$ discount they promised to apply for those 3 cleaning. After a long back and forth, they promised to refund my credit card for the first cleaning, however did not commend on why they removed the initial 78$ discount they had promised. I told them I do not want to use their service anymore, and please cancel my next two subscriptions, and they initially said they want to make it right and I can change my schedules for no "extra" cost; and never responded to my question on why I see 78$ increase on the rates and request on cancellation. This is major money trap! I am telling you, go to another provider like Thumbtack; but never use this Handy services. If they do not cancel my next two cleanings, they are planning on charging me 260$ twice for again another 2 horrible experiences. Run and do not look back!

It really depend on you
Pros
So far my first three bookings went well, although handy kept more then 50% of what Handy charge, ive made good money doing extra tasks my clients requested. So far I've made 166$ through the handy app for 3 jobs I got paid 280$ In total for extra handy work in those same 3 jobs.
I was disappointed because on my first booking I scheduled 2 in 1 day and things took longer then expected so I wasn't able to do the 2nd job and got charged a $50 fee but after sending handy 2 emails I've got the 50$ Fee removed as a courtesy warning.
Cons
On my first booking they charged my client 200$ and I only got 34$ out of it. They take most of the money they charge people
They have no number you can call because it's reasonable, handy doesn't want to deal with workers with lack of experience spamming their lines because they can't complete the job or clients complaining about unprofessional amateurs
Also there's a misunderstanding when clients find out how much royalty handy keeps

Over all if you have background knowledge on the services you claim to fulfill you shouldn't have a problem completing the job with out the help of support

Handy customer service number
8/15/18
I worked for these crooks and every complaint written here I would absolutely say is genuine the only people that Handy treat worse than their customers is there are independent contractors or Pros they treat you okay at first but after a few months they purposely want you to quit so that they don't have to classify you as an employee another law they seem to want to skirt around.
Deceitful lying and crooked would be considered soft words for what this company does they honestly should be shut down.
For the third time now they are keeping my pay based on 1: a jobs that never existed that they say I missed, two weeks after the fact 2: a customer complaint that wasn't true, I went back to the customer and ask them about it because Idid a couple other jobs for them not thru handy which by the way is the only good thing about them is that you can pick up some good contacts, and they said they never complained that it was completely made up by handy even offered to give me a letter in writing, yet they kept $175 of my money I could go on and on but all I can say it is a horrible horrible horrible horrible company to work for as for customers I have never seen so many complaints in my life anyway the customer service number which they don't like to give out is *******077 they jerk everybody around on the email which they don't respond to. This company is what's exactly wrong with this country if they pulled the same deceitfulness that they pull in this country in their home country they would cut your hands off

Poor Work and Drug Use
First, I requested Wallpaper Installation on the website however when booked it stated wallpaper removal which I noted immediately in my reservation. I did not receive a correction to my reservation or a response. I followed up prior to my reservation confirming that this was an install. Once I finally connected with my rep – he had very little information about the job or even who hired him - but agreed and showed confidence of the task requested.

Our rep was kind and polite which we appreciated, but was also 1.5 hours late. We do not feel comfortable or allow drug use on our property but it was clear our rep smoked weed before and during the job.

I hired this company to install wallpaper and after 8 hours - completed less than one full standard sized wall in 8 hours (8ftx14ft – top half of wall only). The wall paper used is $200 per roll and there is at least 2 rolls of waste. The craftsmanship is absolutely unacceptable for typical installation.

I've taken pictures of the trash left behind, wasted wall paper and poor craftsmanship provided by Handy. After this poor execution, I will need to replace two rolls of the $200/roll wall paper and hire out another professional to complete the job.

I do not recommend this company for a job well done or for your family's safety.

We should sue with a class action suite
Retired from my own cleaning business of 18 yrs and waiting for the closing on my BnB I'm buying, I decided to sign up with Handy as a house cleaner. I completed three jobs, received a 5-star rating, had positive reviews, and received tips from customers. Then I went to a job where no matter how many times I rang the bell ( a Ring doorbell with a camera, too) the customer did not come to the door. I knocked, looked around, and finally went back to my car with all my stuff and looked at the App for help. I figured out how to report that the customer was a no-show, but the App assured me the situation was recorded and I would be compensated. The next day I received notice via email and the App that I would not be paid, I would be charged a $50 fee, and to really stick it to me, I would be punished by having the next two days' scheduled jobs taken away from me! I tried in vain to write emails with my side of the story explained. I then received an Email stating that since I was 15 minutes late to the job I would still be charged a $50 fee. Wait, what? I was certainly not late. I was there! The doorbell took pictures!

There is no phone number, no other way to get in touch with your "boss" so-to-speak other than the App! I have to passively wait for further email correspondence and the company had my bank account info, and therefore can theoretically subtract further. Meanwhile I also await my very first paycheck.

Horrible company. Do not use this company. Do not work for them. Either way you will be burned.

Dupped by a Sheep in Wolves Clothing
Wow! Turns out I am fairly gullible and can be tricked easily. Because I just gave Handy $143.50 for some guy pretending to be a Professional Handyman, to attempt to assemble a gazebo. It's not a big one, just 10'x10x-comes with instructions. Brand new out of the box.

I myself cannot put it together because I don't have the proper tools but the website I purchased the Gazebo from said it should take 3 hours. I booked a "supposing professional handyman for 3 hours and was super excited to have coverage for my pets just before the storm rolls through tomorrow for a week straight.

The guy was 30 minutes late and when laying all the pieces out and reading the instruction manual, he seemed stumped.

Then I heard a lot of banging, clanking and dropping of things but not much work. Three hours in he called me to say he needed to leave because he was at his 3 hour limit and Handy will get upset with him if he stayed on the job.

The app doesn't even have the capability to extend the current job. It forces you to complete the project transaction; to rate and tip. That's stupid. Despite the guys incompetent work, I'd much rather keep him working on it as it's not likely I could now hire someone same day in the late afternoon.

This business just lost my business. I deleted the app and WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HANDY AGAIN.

P.S. ***TASKRABBIT***Just booked a guy with 282 Furniture Assembly Projects and is coming at 3 p.m.

FCUK HANDY
HIRE TASKRABBIT

Change Your Pro with no Notice
When I signed up, I was told I'd have a pro team and could choose my pro. Sounds great right? Read reviews, choose a Pro, satisfaction guaranteed. Choosing a year of service for my one year lease sounded perfect.

My pro was lined up, I messaged her that I'd give her a key after the first visit. All seemed well. Then, after the cancelation window for me and less than 2 hrs before my service, I receive a reminder of my upcoming service... which is when I see that Handy has assigned a new Pro, not on my Pro team, with no reviews, to clean my house.

The fact that Handy can change your cleaner last minute with no notice to you means you have to be home or have a way to provide a key to whatever random person they send! I'm not the type to take chances with no reviews on certain things & a stranger in my house with a key is one.

Tried to contact them - they have no phone and, despite a message saying you'll hear from them in 15 minutes, I never heard back. I did cancel & warn the new pro, since Handy couldn't be bothered to reply in time to save her a wasted trip.

This seems like an ok model for one-time services. I would never use or recommend them for regular service though. Unless you can/want to be home for your full cleaning service every time.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS
THE WORST COMPANY EVER - AVOID AVOID AVOID
If i could leave 0 stars i would. This company are the most incompetent, dishonest, disgusting company i have ever interacted with. Handy send cleaners who aren't actually trained in how to clean properly. The first one used so much bleach we all got sick, and only cleaned a 1/4 of the house in 3 hours, asking me for my number so she could work for me privately so she could make more money. One turned up last week without us even knowing Handy had changed the cleaner and the date, we were notified 3 hours after the cleaner supposedly turned up. She didn't even attmept access to the property by trying the door or going to the concierge she just sat in the park across the road for 30m and all i got was a message from her saying "i am here" on the app which arrived 3 hours later than she claimed to have been there. I have asked numerous times for a handy supervisor to call me but lo and behond they do not have a number and they do not answer emails for about 8-48 hours (the CEO reads emails multiple times but does not bother to respond - you can find his contact details online), they make arrangements to call and then do not bother to call, i just got a random call at past 8pm and one guy claimed he got the time difference wrong - i blocked out my calendar for this and lost a lot of income for the times we arranged calls that they did not bother to turn up for. Someone turned up today even though i had requested all be suspended and cancelled until the issue of me being charged for a cleaner who sat in the park was resolved. I have asked for the process to be cancelled - they have a guarantee which they are choosing to ignore - i am unhappy with everything about this company. The cleaner today broke a vase and left glass in the cats' food bowl - we are now monitoring them for adverse events in case we need to call an emergency vet. We are absolutely horrified.
This truly is the worst company i have EVER had experience with and i would urge ANYONE thinking of using them to not ever do that. They will take money from your card without authorisation (my bank have now blocked their payments and i have issued chargebacks for the others that are relevant) and they will not respond. They will send people who don't even want to clean, but are personal trainers or have other jobs, think cleaning is beneath them and are just trying to make a bit of extra money, or people who are pushy about wanting to contact you directly. They think it is ok to send different people every time, which is not ok in a building with security where we need the full name and detials of everyone who is given keys to use, and they think it's ok to notify you that someone is coming 3 HOURS AFTER THEY HAVE APPARENTLY TURNED UP to sit in the park and do nothing.
I am still waiting for a call.

Like taking candy from a baby
The pros are the babies and the money Handy make is the candy and handy is the one doing the taking. Honestly, worst customer service. All emails now seem automated and it takes a minimum of two days to receive a response. So, I hope you like investing a month of your time fighting false fees. I wouldn't suggest handy to anyone. Consumer or contractor. You'd stand a better chance at receiving excellent customer service from Saddam Hussein. I would say that Saddam is a better example of what integrity looks like when you compare him and his regime with handy. Go figure, some snob business men in New York went a little too hard on the caine one night and now the world is cursed with handy. Honestly, there needs to be a class action lawsuits against them. There must be so much money counted as their revenue that is unaccounted for when you look closely. I know I'm not the only one who has been paid for work I haven't done or not paid for work I did do. Also, if you are considering being a pro for handy just know that you are the customer service for the customer and yourself. I would rather run naked through a field of cactus than make the mistake of becoming involved with handy.

Worst service I've ever received.
I booked two handymen to mount a large tv one was great but the The second handyman arrived, did not even acknowledge us when he came in, he was supposed to help lift the tv, but took over, screwed on the mounting brackets, broke one, picked up the broken piece and threw it in the tv box, he did not mention that anything was broken at that point. When the first handyman spoke to him trying to complete the mounting he completely ignored him. Towards the end he said the mount is broken, then tried to imply that it's the wrong mount when the same mount was used to mount the same tv previously. He mishandled a 7000. 00 tv, when Reynold told him to be careful with the screen he completely ignored him. Both though different models had a one connect box he told the first handyman to leave the old box on and not replace it. It was as if he thought I was too stupid to notice what was going on. His attitude was hostile it's the absolute worst service I've ever received from anyone in my life. I will never use handy again because of him. I'm left with a unsecured tv hanging from a broken mount. I will need to purchase a new mount and pay to have my tv remounted I need to be refunded in full for this service, hopefully my tv is undamaged when it is turned on or there will be a huge issue. He was disrespectful acted like he was doing me a favor, did not want to be there and handled my expensive television like it was a piece of garbage. I am beyond upset.

STAY AWAY!
WARNING - STAY AWAY! Handy hires thieves that will steal from you and Handy will not do anything about it.
Hiring Handy was the WORST decision I have EVER MADE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE and POORLY MANAGED excuse for a company. Without a doubt THE WORST customer service I have ever come across in my entire life. My Handy nightmare: I had been using Handy for about a year with pretty good results. However during one cleaning service one of the housekeepers stole my wife's $2,500 wedding band. I was upset, but kept my cool and contacted Handy to report the theft. Initially they were helpful, told me the housekeeper had been terminated and provided me with details about how to file a claim. Everything seemed normal.
First I had to file a police report which was very painful and time consuming because of COVID, but I did that. Then I completed all the required claim forms provided by Handy. However once I requested that Handy cover my loss (which they initially said they would do via email), they went completely dark and refused to even reply to me. I have emailed their customer care team and claims team COUNTLESS TIMES and I cannot even get the courtesy of a reply. They ignore email after email despite be asking and eventually begging for help. It has become clear that their strategy, which is a truly shameful and disgusting approach, is to just ignore you and hope you go away. Note that they HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER for you to call, so you at at the mercy of their terrible email support which is nothing but a black hole. They claim to aspire to respond in hours, I assure you they do not. This is all a lie.
This is a company that has no morals. This is a company that DOES NOT CARE about it's customers. This is a shameful and greedy company that shirks responsibility to save a few bucks. STAW AWAY FROM HANDY. They have terrible housekeepers that steal and they will not help their customers when you experience a loss. Awful, stressful and terrible experience.

Professional cleaning co.
DO NOT USE HANDY! NO STARS FRAUD!
I have a professional cleaning company, I had been contacted by handy quite a few times in the past and decline to participate with service. My decision was based on not knowing enough about handy and the fact that Handy really offered little information other than they were supported by Walmart and wish and a couple of other places they mentioned.
I was contacted by handy to perform a one-time cleaning service for a gentleman, I was reluctant at first, then I decided to take one job and see what would happen. The job was legitimate I went in and performed my service. The customer was pleased I'd had them check everything before I left. The client was supposed to contact handy confirming that the job was done to their satisfaction and then monies would transfer from the client through the third party to a PayPal account. While I was there the gentleman contacted his professional consultant for handy, He had to leave a message stating that the services were performed to great satisfaction and then I left. Since performing that job I have not heard one whisper of a word from handy. The client and I have been in contact. They had their card charged in the amount that was required for the job, and neither of us have any clue how to get a hold of them. And I am yet to be paid. Again DO NOT USE HANDY!
