Your online form 'removes' my selection from the method of shipping after I select it. On Monday, July 26, I placed the same order and the shipping method I chose was unbeknownst to me, deselected. It was changed to ground shipping. So am reordering same item so that our IT dept can receive tomorrow. I had to go back 3 times to reselect the FedEx overnight option today, July 28th, This item is needed right away.

Overall it's good, but I think the website can have some improvements.
