Well, recently my wife told me that I wear strange clothes and she made me buying new one. I understood that I didn't require new clothes because it's pretty difficult to find something that I would really like. Anyway, she insisted and i applied to this company as it seemed to me that there are plenty of nice clothes around there. I started to explore the assortment and found something and ordered it as well. I asked customer support all the details about shipping and how much would it cost. Hawalili explained me all the stuff and couple of days ago I got everything I ordered.

I needed some short sleeved, collared shirts for my Zoom calls that I have for my consulting business. I came across Hawalili and was impressed with the styles and colors and the price. I ordered five to start to see the actually quality and fit. While the delivery time is a little longer than most clothing stores, it was worth the wait. I love the quality and feel. I couldn't be happier and now I don't have to wear my long sleeve, boring business casual shirts. Thanks Hawalili!

Sizing is a challenge. Each shirt (only item I bought) has a 'tag' measurement and a 'product detail' measurement for each size (M, L, XL). Hawalili do not always agree for the same shirt which make deciding which size to purchase a 'crap shoot.' It occured on two of the six shirts I purchased. Also, trying to figure out their 'discount' offer may cause you to drink. Confusing and not as straight forward as it may seem. Not hard to figure out who gets the better of that deal.

The item I received looked a bit like the photo on their website. But the fit and cut was nothing like it was advertised to be. Primarily the cut was nothing like the items photo in their website. I decided to return it and I received an email explaining I would have to pay for shipping to China, any customs charges and the whole return process could take a long time. Hawalili offered a 15% cash refund to settle everything. What a horrible business model they have. Misleading people with deceptive photos on their website. Making the return process very difficult and expensive. Then offering 15% refund. Stay away from this company.

Previously I bought two shirts, both XL. One fits well; the other is too tight to wear comfortably. Because I like your patterns, I'm ordering another, this time a medium for my son-in-law, for he will appreciate its avantgarde style though wouldn't buy one for himself. I hope the medium fits him well and that the order arrives with the 10- 20 day window, which is a long time to wait for an online order. My prior order arrived a feew days longer than anticipated. I am hoping my son-in-law receives his shirt before our vacation. The third week of July.

Ordering correct sizes is next to impossible. Following "Size Guide" is no help. Just lucky two of my five ordered items were "close" to correct size. Two of original items ordered, were shorted. Delay of weeks for order completion, only to receive sizes so small a young child would have problems wearing.
Product is good looking, however quality is on the economy side (seams, button holes, etc.). With sizing capabilities corrected, and a more stringent quality control, pricing would be applicable to the real values one would expect.

I placed my order in early December as a Christmas present. As it got closer to December 25, I tried to track my order. Pages that the "Track" link took me to were either disorganized non-sense and mostly blank, or in Chinese! I had no idea where my order was, or when it would arrive. It actually did arrive, but in the first week of January. I understand there are problems with shipping that are out of the Hawalili's control. What is under Hawalili's control is the quality of your communications, which was very poor.

I purchased 5 shirts from this site, the quality is low and sizing all over the place, 3 of the shirts are so short Hawalili are like 80's belly shirts, 1 other looks to be child size, 1 actually fits as it should. The adds for these $#*!s continually poop up, and yes I was looking for a deal on this type of shirt, I guess the old adage you get what you pay for, well this company didn't even reach that low bar, save your money don't buy from this seller. I 3 of the 5 that were purchased.

The size, by inch, was way off for the casual pants for the $12.99 item. I could not return the item because shipping was over $100, at my cost. I only got 25% of the cost refunded to me. Ironing the shirts, even on a low heat, permanent press setting, makes the color in the shirt spread. It's a low grade material.

I could not get a full refund for an incorrect size of shorts (too small). I can't use them and yet I had to pay 75% of the total cost for them anyway.

Do not buy from here. Total Scam. Just look at their website customer reviews. All 5 star, fake emails and and fake reviews. I bought three shirts. Took 2 months to arrive. All three were the wrong size. Hawalili had the right tag sizes, but the actual shirt was tailored 3 sizes smaller. One shirt was even marketed as mens, with male model in pic, but it was actually a woman's branded, sized and reverse buttoned shirt. Poor quality materials also. I tried to return and they have you jump through hoops with short deadlines between steps or you lose your right to return. They never actually gave me the return address, but required I send them picture of return label by a deadline or return cancelled. Even though they said you can return to San Francisco, you can't. Have to send back to China at high shipping prices. They offer instead of paying high shipping price, get a 15% cash refund "to get the shirt tailored correctly". Hard to do with half the material required and wrong gender shirt. Save yourself money and shop somewhere else.

My first shopping experience has been delightful, HOWEVER... First of all, I can only hope that the shirts will be what we're hoping for as far as quality and sizing. Further, we need the shirts in two weeks so, of course, I can only hope that it won't take 'twenty business days' to get them delivered to me in Asheville, NC It's premature to say much more but I certainly hope we'll have adequate reason to deal with Hawalili a number of additional times. First of all, when I click on an item and see color choices, I expect to see the same item, just in different colors; not different items.
Second, when I initially gave my email in response to an ad, the H15 code was said to be worth 50%. Today when I go to use it, the discount is only 15%. Third, the customer is not able to see the shipping cost until he/she has already paid the cart total. Then you are asked to pay again. I will not be shopping with Hawalili again.

Ordering was fairly easy, but products weren't all that great or consistent. Order got split into 3 and the first part was fine other than shirts being VERY flimsy material. The second and third arrived later (weeks) and were wrong sizes (marked correct, but several sizes small than others in fact). Contacted for return and got ridiculous options. WHen I chose one received an email which seemed to disregard my choice. NEVER again from Hawalili.

On one order you missed one shirt completely and on the last order you sent one shirt incorrectly, both the size and style and another, sent as an XL but i gave it to thin friend who wears M? I love you products but maybe i can get a credit or two.

Still Experimenting... this is my 2nd test order... My first order was delivered to my door... but it took a lot of follow up and tracking down... now that I know the shipping process... I've modified my shipping address... If it comes right o my door without a lot of tracking down... I'll order $400 or $500 worth more?

I'm pleased to say my 2nd $293.14 test order of Oct23 2021 finally arrived on Nov 11 2021 and I liked all the contents but something was missing.
I reviewed My "Checkout Success hawalili" file (excerpt attached) and the following item was missing

I do not feel that I received the best discount that I qualified for. I purchased three shirts. Your site indicated that the third shirt would qualify for a 20 % discount. In addition, I used the discount code of H15. The later is the only discount I received on one of the shirts. The other two shirts were final sale items. I understand from your email that because these shirts were on final sale that Hawalili negated receiving any quantity or other discount. Your web site should state this fact.

My order exceeds the amount needed to obtain the 20% discount, but I get a message telling me I need to order a few more products with no further explanation. The website also encourages me to sign up for updates, specials, etc., and receive a 15% discount. I signed up, but did not get that discount, either. I am not happy about that. I hope the quality of the shirts exceeds the veracity of your website. I am also not happy with not being able to call the company and discuss my order. My phone number is *******771.

Hawalili is a scam. It is run by the same shysters who run Andy & Zoe (compare the two websites and you will see what I mean). I ordered clothes that took 10 weeks to arrive. When Hawalili did arrive, they were of substandard quality. What's more, the company refused to give a refund. If you read the customer reviews on the Hawalili website, you can see from the broken English and bizarre phrasing that they were written internally, probably by an employee of this fraudulent site itself. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

When my items arrived, ALL OF THEM were clearly two full sizes smaller than standard sizing, and the return policy is very much geared in favor of Hawalili and not the customer. That being said, Hawalili responded quickly and followed through on our agreed upon resolution.

I was mot fully aware of their return policy (which is my fault), which does not favor the customer, but in all fairness, they did respond quickly and followed through on our agreed upon resolution.

When you click on continue shopping, the site takes me back to the start, continue shopping takes a bit longer, could you make it go back to the item i was looking at b4? When looking at the cart if i click on my item the size goes to small, a little concerning at $30 a shirt, took me a few times to work it out but i wanted to be sure I'm getting the correct size, also why do you have inches, most of the world works in cm/ metric, difficult to work out what inches are if we don't use imperial.

Mostly satisfied tho I had accidentally selected a shirt twice. Then when I was reviewing the cart, I caught the error and reduced the quantity from 2 to 1. Then I placed the order and the order still contains that shirt twice! Also noticed that the cart seems to not consistently contain the same stuff if viewed from different tabs in a browser - y'all need to work on this as the cart when opened should always be consistent regardless of how one gets there...
