You are charging me a California rate and I live in NC. You would not allow me to go back and cancel because you are charging me $24.00 shipping which is excessive and unfair for an $11.98 order. Let me know if I am wrong.

Some needles where under the "Misc" category and not in the "syringes & needles" category and that made it hard to find the ones I needed.

I am placing this order so I may have the correct syringes to apply my medicine. The first order I was charged for and never arrived. I went through the email process and teied calling, but have received no resolution or reply. Now I am getting charged twice for shipping and need to go through the process of contesting with my credit card company to receive a refund from the first order where this item was never received. Very very poor customer service and will be going elsewhere in the future as well as letting my experience be known via social media as a result of needing to spend an inordinate amount of time trying to get the order discrepancy resolved.

Your site was beyond aggravating with the insistence on using PayPal. Not sure I will come back if it isn't smoother next time.

This was the first time shopping with your company and I found it to be very easy to navigate though the shopping process.

I struggled with the payment section insisting PayPal when I don't have and don't even want a PayPal acct. 6 attempts later I got it to override PayPal and accept my debit card.
