Have placed several orders for beans from various Roasters in SA and for me Heavenly has been the MOST responsive and professional of them all! Everything I have asked for (even date and method roasting, type of equipment used etc.) was answered in great detail. I do wish Heavenly Coffees would lower the minimum quantity to get the free shipping, but other than that I have no issues of complaints whatsoever. Highly recommended, especially for Joburg-area residents!
