I was choosing shoes to order on heels.com, following an ongoing dispute with Shoespie.com
The many negative reviews are very similar to the experiences described for Shoespie!
I sure hope these two websites are not affiliated in any way.

This is my first experience ordering from this company and I regret I didn't read this website first. I order what I thought were a new pair of Frye boots at what was advertised at a discounted price. When Heels.com arrived, I saw that the soles were worn and it looked as though part of the heels were replaced. There are imperfection on the shafts of the boots. These cannot possibly be new. I called the company immediately but it was after hours. I am awaiting news from Customer service. If they give me a further discount as befits the sale of used boots or replace the boots with new ones, I will change this review. If not, I will be contacting consumer affairs in the state where they are located.

Ordered dress, after 3 weeks contacted them as it never arrived was told be 10 days more obviously never sent it first time. When it did arrive it was nothing like pictures posted, have tried 5 times to contact them and nobody will respond as I want refund

Terrible customer service. Terrible company who pockets your money. Heels.com sell you USED shoes for FULL price if they don't have any new ones in stock. Just a forewarning, if you live in an apartment or home with no carpeting and you are not sure if you're going to like the shoes you're getting, or if you're unsure if they're going to fit how you would want them to fit, MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. Because they will not refund you their money because they can't afford to.

I bought a pair of shoes that were too big, and hey, turns out I'm one of those people who live in an apartment that do not have carpeting in my building or room. I tried the shoes on, they didn't fit how I wanted. Returned them, and they are sending the shoes back due to "damage" from me walking around on my wood flooring. So at the end of the day, I'm getting a pair of poor quality shoes I'm never going to wear, and donating $70 to this sh*t company. I suggest you go to a trusted site/store if you're looking to purchase a nice pair of shoes.

Heels.com send you damaged pairs and then give you credit as a posed to a refund
They are con artist who cheat people into credits to heels.com

Usually I have exceptional service from Heels.com, but as of my last 2 orders, I noticed that there are some glitches with the system. I often checkout through PayPal, in which I can input & confirm my shipping address & tell them exactly where I want my shoes to go. Well the last 2 times, Heels.com have ignored my PayPal address, & delivered to my old address, which is on my heels.com account, & in which I DID NOT confirm. The first time, I thought I made a mistake & fortunately, my shoes were forwarded to my new home. The second time, they were lost & I realized that this was a glitch on their part. I called & was told by a heels.com representative that it was my fault. I am still waiting for a resolution. They told me that the only way anything could be done is through the shipping company or basically, I lost my money & my shoes. I'm HIGHLY disappointed.

Amazing company. Shoes you won't find anywhere else, a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

Ordered a pair of shoes. Was charged. Shoes never came and I had to contact them to see what the problem was. When Heels.com responded all they said was we were refunding your money. No reason why and when i responded and asked why they NEVER replied! DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM HERE!

I recently placed an order and had trouble on the website which ended up charging my card twice. Heels.com placed two holds from two attempted purchases that did not even process. I called and they claimed that the hold would lift in a few business days but why even place a hold if the purchase did not process? They said that they could not fax my bank a letter head to release the hold. I don't understand how they could not have a fax machine! I still have not received my money back and this was my first time making a purchase with this website. Horrible customer service and I cannot trust them with a VISA purchase anymore. Please reconsider & be cautious! This site may be a scam or fraud.
