The baby banz sunglasses arrived with a badly scratched lens. I have emailed twice about the fault but still had no reply. Very disappointed with the product and customer service.
Easy to order and had a great selection with good prices.Quick delivery to Norway 🇳🇴 for people ordering from Norway you should know that this store is not registered in the norwegian custums VOEC register so that if your order is over 350kr including shipping you will have to pay for customs and vat when the parcel arrives in Norway.

Hello. This is the first time I used Hello Baby. I received the articles, internationally, no problem. Luckily it was nothing delicate as the packets inside the box looked like they'd been under a road roller!

I ordered baby sunglasses, unfortunately when they arrived they were the wrong size. I contacted customer service and had a response the following day and a new pair of the size I had ordered where sent out that day. Excellent customer service.

I placed my order on April 18, 2022 and still have not received it. I contacted customer service and requested the tracking information but was told there wasn’t any. My order was being shipped internationally. Not sure who thought it was a good idea to ship an item internationally without tracking on the package. Very disappointed in Hello Baby. I will be asking for a complete refund.
Ordered my grandson the Galt Folding Trampoline was then provided with a tracking number for DPD and the option to download the shop app to track in real time product was received in 2 days all very easy to do
I haven't received the product and never received a tracking number so I can track the item. It's been mote than 3 weeks since I ordered but product hasn't arrived even though while buying the delivery was said tk be within 10 days. Not happy witbbthe service at all.
I still haven’t received item ordered on May 2nd.. though the staff is great returning emails.. Shipped of 5 to 10 days hasn’t arrived.. and today is May 25. I needed to order this item from a different company that I would have for my Grandson’s Birthday
Order from Belgium and have to pay tax 22,5euro to get my package and order was 22euro even the site said no tax has to be paid to order from Europe and no response from hello baby either waste of my money
the only problem was--we live in the United States and your charger didnt work in our outlets--so i had to look and lookk for something to work--I finally bought 2 travel plugs--I wis I would have known--I would have gave you a 5 then

I ordered an item and was notified of taxes in Ireland. I rejected the item and it was returned. That was begining of Apr and I'm still waiting for my refund. I am still waiting for a reply to my last email 2wks ago. Very poor customer service
Disappointed that I was incorrectly charged for postage. Happy that Hello Baby reimbursed me, but it was annoying to have to chase, and the delay on reimbursement was quite long. Not an ideal first shopping experience.
I purchased the Thomas and Friends puzzle set in 4 and my nephew loves it. He plays it with on most days. But the delivery came super quick and payment was very smooth. I would definitely buy from Hello Baby again.
