Well first i ordered a one seed and i got a free one so 2 seeds were in my package and some how even with herbies stealth shipping they were confiscated by the coustoms agents so i never received them but becase of their guarantee and with a friends name and address they sent out another package with a few extra seeds and in this so called stealth packaging had 7 seeds in it guess what remind you this is a diferent address and coustoms got that one also so now i no longer can order stuff from out of the country and neither can my friend And for all i now im being watched for growing marijuana now some stealth shipping they got but heres the best part now i cant even get herbies to get back ahold of me for my refund on this guarantee they got they said sure no problem then that was the last i heard from them this has all taken about 2 months to play out and it has completly destroyed anything me or my friend had going on i 100% do not recommend this company to anyone who is serious about what they do becase it will screw it all up like mine is now and im not done im only being 100 % honest about what has happend and ive got about 4 or 5 more places i need to write a review about thes guys that people should now their is no stealth shipping and their is no guarantee and you'll probably get you stuff confiscated now i get to start all over again and belive me the one seed was a test and if one seed isnt going to make it then a couple hundred definitly wont either and i would add photos if i would have ever recieved anything!

The only problem I had with Herbies was posting this review. This is my 3rd attempt, hopefully successful. I think it's worth the effort to let people know how brilliant they are. I ordered, 4 days later my seeds arrived, all germinated very quickly & at the time of writing they look like a young forest just turning to flower. Customer services were/are excellent especially Lea as I always seem to get her on Sundays which is today coincidentally. If you're in Europe then look no further. Can't fault them.

Been sitting in Spain waiting for international delivery for over 2 and half weeks iv sent a email and there response was it has to go through customs I don't understand why does it have to go through there customs when it comes to Oz it would go through our customs . First order was in April and im still yet to see seeds I'm so doubtful it will make it here when it hasn't even left original destination in 2.5 weeks I'm over the wait bit of joke really happy to change to full 5 stars review if package arrives but Like I said very doubtful

Great site, intuitive interface, great selection. I like how they have the rate the strain info and it's all laid out under that specific strain. Ordering was easy. Free seeds? Thanks! But I never received them. Confiscated at customs d/t lack of photo-sanitary cert. No fault of Herbies but now I just waited 3 weeks for a letter from customs. Less than ideal for certain. However, they're customer service got back to me quickly, offered a refund or replace and asked for picture of the letter from customs. Awaiting next e-mail. I really like this site and the feeling of trustworthiness, however, I don't care to wait 3 weeks for a piece of paper in the mail instead of seeds. Again, no fault of Herbies, just the way it is I suppose. Will update with outcome of next package.

I ordered to AUS. I must say this shop has the best range and prices but seeds didn’t show up. I have contacted live chat 3 times and got told to wait longer and longer each time. Clearly they are seized. Happy to change review if promptly sorted out however not receiving goods is sorta a deal breaker. I looked at reviews and many people from AUS have good experience however this was not the case for me😩
UPDATE: Herbie have been great in sorting out my issues. Have re sent my missing order promptly. Will change to 5 plus stars when they arrive. I was confident enough to place another order.

They actually deserve two different ratings. 5 stars for great communication and first order got thru but the last 2 did not. The reason for my 1 star is that I paid with my debt card and I don’t understand why they just can’t refund the amount back. Instead they send me a list of things they need from me like my bank name my account number and address and there are other things on there they also need from me. Below is what they need from me. If I paid you with a debit CC then you should refund the same way back and not ask for all of this info. By the way my 3rd order is in customs right now and probably not coming either. On my first order all the seeds were great except for the 5 blue dream seeds. They all failed to germ and grow. Very disappointing.

The seeds came in 14 days from Spain to Serbia. I am very satisfied with the customer service, the germination rate of the seeds is 100%. Absolutely all the seeds have germinated. I got a lot of free seeds that also all germinated. I will always order from Herbies. I ordered again and then they took the seeds at customs. Herbies refunded me down to the last cent. Quite a fair shop. I will always order from them. If the seeds do not arrive, they will refund your money or send you seeds for free. Nothing bad can happen to you. 😉

I have been a customer of Herbies for a very long time, over 5 years now. I've never really run into any issues, though recently, I've had two orders which have simply disappeared - the tracking has simply stopped updating. I was able to promptly get a replacement order dispatched from Herbies, however, the second replacement order has also gone missing. I have been in touch with Herbies to try and solve this issue, though unfortunately, after days of back and forth, we are still in the same position - we have not solved this issue, and the lack of communication and response is getting increasingly frustrating. The Live Chat agents are useless and aren't willing to help, except one or two. It is extremely difficult to get a response from anyone surrounding the actual issue at hand, and waiting two+ days between emails from the Claims Department is simply not acceptable. I am starting to think twice about purchasing from Herbies in the future, especially given how their support is. I genuinely thought Herbies was the best seedbank out there, though I'm really having second thoughts.
To those who are reading - don't get me wrong, Herbies has been great to date, though their support when something does go wrong is extremely frustrating and it makes me feel like I've hit a wall/dead-end. It's not fair to keep customers waiting, especially when their initial order was over 3-4 months ago. While I understand courier delays are out of Herbies control, as a loyal customer of over 5 years, getting treated like this is not fair, especially when the order is over 250€ (250 Euros).
All the seeds purchased from Herbies have been of high-quality, so there's no doubting that, though their service really leaves more to be desired. I may have to consider shopping elsewhere in the near future.

My experience hasn't been bad. Customer service and response time has been awesome.
I'm in Australia, and ordered on the 24/04/22, 8 weeks ago.
I tracked my order to 'sydney waiting clearance', where it's been since 23/05/22. This makes me a little nervous. I messaged Herbie's and got a fast response, asking me to wait until 29/06, and assuring me the order will be replaced,l if they're lost. I will change my review to a 5 when my order arrives, as I am very pleased with your services otherwise. I am only commenting now as a response to someone else's previous comment.l, and I must review before I can comment.

This is my follow up review on my first order. Originally I gave them 5 stars and despite a couple of mix ups along the way I'm still giving 5 stars. The staff especially the Sales Manager are very professional they all bent over backwards to make every issue right. Not only did they fix all the problems but they did it all very fast and gave me plenty of options as well. I stand bye my statements great product great price and great staff. Thanks for everything I will be placing more orders in the future.

Easy to use, gives me all the information I need to make a purchase.
My seed germanation is so far 100%, Even though I killed 2 germinated seeds ... It was my fault for being to touchy feely with them. Price is excellent, when you sign up they will keep you informed on sales etc. Delivery is Normal no excessive wait time.
All in All, This is the only site I buy seeds at, all the other sites I've had difficulties with, & just an FYI .... Don't buy anything within the continental U.S., They are either Scam sites or if you live in that state where something is sold.

I tried to buy a few seeds and went to pay for it with my card but it didnt want to go thru they blamed it on the 3D-Secure code BS but i called my card up to make sure it had it and that it was good to go i tried it again and it kept getting declined was told to give it an hour from my card company so i did and put my card info in they took the money off my card but then they declined it so they they had no problem taking the money off but was told the order wasn't paid i was going to recommend it to my friends that grow but after this there is no way ill recommend this site to anyone

Without fail I always use herbies. Customer service is excellent and quick. Stealth delivery is excellent. Price I would say is fair, not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Also generous amount of free seeds so I’m not complaining. Genetics? I’m not the world expert but in my opinion I would say brilliant genetics. I have never had to use return/refund system but I imagine it’s pretty good as everything else is. I’ve used a fair few seed banks in the last few years, but Herbies comes out on top x

Hi guys, I had some misunderstanding before and everything is very satisfying now. Herbies did everything to keep me happy. So I got some Grandmommy purple and they all germinated and looking great. I can't wait to try them. I am also getting Apple Betty . I checked the internet and so many people are very happy with Herbies seeds , I saw it on hightimes.com. I'll let you know when I get the Apple Betty. I like some nice psychedelic effects like the old times. Two thumbs up 👍👍 definitely recommend, especially Herbies own seeds . These guys are legit to their core, shipping discretely to New Zealand, have made 4 big orders and they have always turned up without fail, shipping can take up to 8 weeks max as it’s coming from the other side of the world so I recommend if you’re in nz or aus ordering 6-8 weeks before you need to start germination if you are growing outdoors, definitely quality seeds, got some of Barney’s farms glookies for my outdoor grow this year and the genetics were unlike anything I’d like ever seen, 8 out of 10 of my seeds germinated and were successful all 8 plants took super well to training, all grew to 10 feet tall at their main calliper.. Herbies is my go to ay when I’m ordering seeds and have highly recommended to my mates here in nz, few of my mates have already made orders from herbies after seeing my success, you can be the best grower in the world, but without good genetics it doesn’t really matter how good you are or your knowledge, it won’t matter if you don’t have a good foundation to start, Highly recommend Barney’s farm strains

Price was good , delivery was quick, and they actually arrived lol seeds look healthy I was kinda worried about reading the few bad reviews and not dealing with this company before I will update if there are any issues
Only complaint is trying to pay for things lol not gonna lie tried many cards I eventually went threw my chase debt and it went threw
Most people get mad about this but let’s be honest I live in the USA and the charge came from Paris so I could see the credit companies being worried about fraud

Great communications and vast strain selection. All seeds I’ve received from Herbies are fresh and germinated quickly. I’ve not experienced different phenotypes with seeds from Herbies. Other seed providers don’t match this quality making cultivation much easier and more uniform crops. Herbies estimate for how long is should take a strain to mature are very accurate. For some that advised it would take 70 days, they took 70 days, from germination to harvest. Thanks Herbies for the great selection of fresh product and info on how to succeed! ✌️

Hi folks! I've been ordering seeds and growing for the better part of 30 years. For a few years I ordered from Attitude, but they made it increasingly difficult to pay via debit/credit cards, so I started ordering from other entities who did. ILGM touted its germination guarantee with replacement seeds-never happened! Then I ordered from Growers' Choice; and they were/are okay, but Herbies offered free seeds and better deals. I was a bit hesitant at first, as I always am when making a first order from a new company, but I must say, I'm impressed with this company: excellent tracking and rather than the usual 3-4 weeks delivery time, the seeds arrived within a week-the fastest of ANY of the previous companies. All seeds arrived as ordered, so now the grow; I anticipate the quality of the seeds to be as good as the service has been. In essence, it looks like I'll be staying with Herbies! Thanks, Herbies, I'm impressed!
