Almost wonderful
I love the choices and info, but your fit parameters really did not work for me so I am doing a massive multi-size order to go the trial-and-error route. I would also love more sorting options, e.g. best bra brands for narrow shoulders, separated breasts, etc. Also more info on whether the bra is not a good style for me or whether there are adjustments might make it become perfect: lengthening the straps? Tugging here or there? What does it mean when everything seems to be comfortable but there is a bulge here or there? Go up a band size? Cup size? Both? Look at a different brand? In other words how to get a professional fit/adjustment at home. Thanks!

Online Site Doesn't Work Properly
I tried for two days to place an order and tried calling, but no phone service currently, sent an e-mail and finally heard back today. Apparently site was not working properly. Worked with a bit of a problem this morning. And I was able to place my order. I have ordered from you before and have been very pleased. And, I understand the restrictions this global crisis is placing on businesses. I sincerely hope the technical issues are addressed completely. Also, I would love to see half slips in colors other than black, beige and white. Thank you for your time.

Horrible Customer Service
Returns and exchanges take forever and you pay shipping on these. In addition, HerRoom are very difficult to contact. Forget about calling, chat availability is spotty at best and they take a very long time to respond to email. Most recently I had a return that was finally processed after almost a month but they never issued the refund. When they finally did (I had to contact them), it was short by $35 even though the return shipping is only about $6. Am trying to resolve this now and I have one more return (God help me). Once that's resolved I'll never purchase from them again.

I purchased 3 bras
I purchased 3 bras. Opened one and tried it on. It was uncomfortable and did not fit well. I asked for an RMA to return the 2 not tried on ones still in the original packages tags still attacked unworn as per the return requirements. The requirement further ad the return merchandise would be inspected for signs of wear. Her Room received the returns refused to accept them or refund them and want 20.00 for me to get them back.

First call after 20 min wait was disconnected. Tried chat was told HerRoom were having a sale which is why I was just hung up on. I explained the situation she told me the items were not in original packaging therefor not returnable. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one may respond by email. Not by phone when they had time.

Better Than I Expected
I have been blown away by my experiences at HerRoom! I have never really been a big underwear shopper before. My routine was to get a pack of undies or a bra from Walmart or somewhere cheap as long as it fit and generally suited the style I liked. Ever since shopping with HerRoom, I have been excited to see what is out there. The online shopping aspect still makes me nervous, but I have been pleased with everything I have received so far and it is always so easy to search it out. Not to mention the variety of cute and comfort focused options that HerRoom provides! 10/10

Good Shopping Until you Need Customer Service
If you know what you need and what size you wear, it's pretty easy and HerRoom often run sales. HOWEVER if you have to make a return or contact customer service, it is horrible. Be aware that "free" returns actually require a processing fee. This is stated on their website, but "Free" is very misleading. Next, in my most recent experience, my return sat at their processing facility for who knows how long until I reached out to customer service, who told me it was still with fedex. Miraculously, the return was processed within 30 minutes. I had to reach back out because there was no mention of the rest of my return. They then said they couldn't accept the return due to deodorant stains, and I could call a number to pay $10 to have it returned to me. Strange since everything was tried on at one time, but whatever. I asked if I could get that in writing with some pictures. The response: Since you contacted us before we could contact you, we probably won't be able to provide anything, and once I pay the $10, I can see the stains when the product is returned. WHAT ON EARTH?

Terrible customer service--so disappointed
After purchasing several very expensive swimsuits earlier this year, I realized that I'd neglected to return one item (which was originally backordered by Her Room!) by mistake. The 30 day return window had elapsed by about 2 weeks -- the item was still listed on the site as current, available, and at the price I paid. I called and very politely apologized for my delay, and requested an accommodation so that I could still return the piece for a refund. The garment was unworn, tags still on, totally re-saleable. The response I received was extremely (shockingly) rude and unwavering. Worst customer service I've experienced in years -- let alone from a retailer who sells luxury goods. I'll donate this garment, and hope that it will bring someone joy. I do not expect to shop with Her Room in the future. HerRoom clearly do not value their customers as they should.

Customer service fail
The customer service person (Windy B) was curt to the point of rudeness. When I indicated that I had had a bad experience with a customer service chat that was closed mid-conversation before the issue was resolved Windy did not apologize or even acknowledge that complaint. Throughout the chat I had to continually solicit information rather than a normal, helpful customer service exchange where the person is trained to volunteer information. It felt like I was attempting to get information out of a pouty, recalcitrant child. Absolutely bizarre and very frustrating.

Makes the torture of bra shopping easy
Everything about this site is great. The chat help is great- so are the customer service people when you call. This site really makes a very torturous and uncomfortable process easy, allowing you to shop from the comfort of your own home instead of a crusty smelly department store dressing room that never has your right size or fit. The fit guide and the available advice-AND the return policy all make it work. I have bought bathing suits and panties and bras from here because HerRoom are the only place I have found that makes beautiful bras for large breasted women.

Customer service is extremely slow
Customer service is extremely slow- assuming not enough staff to deal with support. No ability to track shipments of orders/exchanges/returns. Customer support number is a joke. I'm hold twice for 10-15 minutes, then was disconnected. Live chat is mostly not live. Please set expectations or let public know you are trying to hire more. Very frustrating. It' is experienced like these that have me turning to other vendors.

My last package was never delivered
I was home all day and got other packages - this one clearly just never made it to my address. And no one on your team cared. No one looked into it, gave me a credit, a coupon or anything - and I spoke to a couple of different people. It felt like I was being accused of stealing or looking for something free. I'm sending this package to my office (as I'm now here all day). If this isn't delivered per your tracking information that's it - I've loved this company but I'd better get this or it's over - other sites aren't as good - but at least I get what I order.

Poor customer service again!
It's not your agents that are bad; it's your policies. 1. Only 30 days -- from the date YOU SHIP? That gives very little time to make decisions & mail back during slow covid mail. I also should have until Jan 15 based on my order date. 2. The CSR also tried to make me -- a non-techy person in my 60's -- try to arrange a return which included an exchange. After realizing I'm not a computer person -- despite my telling her that upfront & asking her to do it -- she refused until she realized having me do it was futile. 3. Do not know if the 1 item was reserved for my exchange (it's being discontinued & there's only 1 left). 4. Want to be able to return after receiving my 2nd order so I can figure out what's best since 1st order wasn't great. 5. Because my return will include an exchange, I was told I could not use the pre-made label that simply deducts the $6 postage from the refund; instead I HAVE to go to the post office (or other service) to mail the return! In other words, I'm being FORCED into the post office b/c of your lousy policy -- I'm in a compromised immune group & now I HAVE to go to the post office! Bottom line: All-in-all your policies are awful! And then, 6. You sound so mean about returns & inspecting returns -- like every customer is trying to scam you. I don't know-- I'm a professional & I have not been impressed by Her Room either time I've placed an order.

Intuitive website navigation & lots of product detail
Your product selection is phenomenal. Return requirements should be less stringent, though.
Many manufacturers make it impossible to try on their garments w/o removing at least 1 tag. Ex: Jockey underwear sold in 3 packs. So, if I remove the tag holding the 3 pair together & try a pair on over my own underwear, I would be unable to return them if HerRoom didn't fit because I removed a single hang tag? Things like this make me hesitate to shop with you unless I'm certain the garment I'm buying will fit (i. E. I already bought one elsewhere & this is an additional purchase).

One stop shopping
Love HerRoom shopping! I have never been able to find such a terrific range of styles of bras with the color choices as I have here. I was a bit overwhelmed at first glimpse but quickly got into the swing of things. It has always been an extreme issue for me to find a bra in the right size in a style that I like that is the right color and here I have had the easiest time ever in finding it all in one place. I went a bit overboard and bought nearly half a dozen! Bras at one time, when I usually leave a site or store with nothing. What a great experience! Now I can't wait until HerRoom get here so that I can try them on. I will keep you posted on what I think. Oh, yeah, the prices are incredible!

Out of stock or too over-priced
All the bras I was interested in were either $65.00, $70, $75, or $80+ And when I did find a reasonable one, it didn't have Hcup with 36 back. 36 band would be a smaller cup size. Or, I find something that is in a good price range, and 36 H - but then some bizarre color like bright pink for the price. If want off-white/cream it's double the price? Or out of stock. I spent way too much time searching and searching. So, I opted to buy my regular bras at Layne Bryant. And I only purchased this one sports bra from you, because it was on sale and right size, in black. Not some crazy color.

Did not immediately see emails (x2) requesting address confirmation 12/4 & 12/7.

Saw today and finally connected via CHAT (after waiting on phone for lengthy period). Was informed the order was canceled.
Was told to re-order even after ensuring I got no phone calls. And that NO... could not honor original price of 25.20 Chat was then disconnected by "Windy from Dallas" even as I was still typing a question. Unpleasant experience. Have reluctantly re-ordered as this is a gift for my 87 yr old Mother... even as one is now out of stock.

Customer service would not even acknowledge that an order was placed. Paypal is saying HerRoom are waiting for Her Room to accept it. Not my error! I requested to get help with expediting ($5.00 extra charge) because I felt this was not my error and they declined and were not very customer friendly. My new order is now pending and I hope to get it soon. I have to say I have never had a bad experience with you and by all my stuff here. I hope this was an isolated incident and customer service becomes great again! Thank you for your time to listen. I have asked for a manager to call me back. We will see.

HerRoom--Interested in YOUR Best Body on YOUR Terms While Providing Quality Lingerie!
I found HerRoom several years ago after going through cancer and wanting to know how to return my body to its previous healthy state and appearance. My bra band size increased by 2 inches at that time, which was not normal for me. I wanted healthy advice to make healthy changes. Originally, I stumbled onto the site because I simply needed some new bras. This well organized, well-laid out website educates regarding many lingerie topics, in my case, how to get back to my previous band size. By following the recommendations I found on HerRoom, not only did I return to my pre-illness shape and size, but I also got some beautiful, supportive bras (36D2) at a great price--a small way to return to normal living & give myself a treat!--all of which have worn well. I had hundreds of lingerie choices which were well illustrated & well documented with reviews from other customers. All the items were shipped directly to my home. It led me to discover a related site called HisRoom. If YOU were to tell the truth, wouldn't YOU really want to throw out every piece of your man's undergarment, replacing them with something pleasing to YOU in your life in the bedroom. I enjoy looking through both sites to find items for the both of us.

Nightmarish Customer Service
What an amazing thing, all my undergarment shopping in one place! Then the nightmare started. Half my order was on back order and still is a month later. I received the rest of my order and 3/3 pieces were way too small. Thinking maybe different brand, different sizing? I attempted to contact Herroom through email. No response. Tried again, no response.Sent a text message to their posted text number, no response. Finally got ahold of someone on the chat. I could have $5 deducted from my purchase amount if I wanted to print one of their shipping labels and initiate a return. I was only trying to exchange them for a different brand so I could get the proper size. I was then advised exchanges can only be made for the same exact item even though HerRoom did not carry the size I needed. I would have to return the items and hopefully get fully credited then wait for the $$ to be deposited back into my account then initiate an entirely new order. Thanks but no thanks! Enough of my time has already been wasted!
