Woild Do business again
I was worried after I placed an order with this company I went online to read reviews and HiFiSoundConnection were all so terrible! I immediately regretted my decision and went to see about returning it... would have cost me more than the original purchase so I just crossed my fingers and hoped it would be ok. I called the company who assured me everything was fine... they sent the parts right away and they were the correct one. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because one small plastic piece was broke, but it wasn't a big deal.

Bad business
Direct replacement it said, got it and too small, cant return cuz HiFiSoundConnection charge a restock fee, dont buy from them youll regret it.

This company SUCKS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! (I wish I checked these reviews before I ordered)
DO NOT TRUST THE ADVERTISING FOR THIS COMPANY, HiFiSoundConnection LIE! They advertised that the speakers I was ordering were compatible with my car when they were not! They do not fit at all. AND NOW I'M READING THE REVIEWS AND APPARENTLY THIS IS THEIR SCAM! GET SPEAKERS FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY WITH A LEGITIMATE REFUND POLICY, which this company does not have! ALSO, customer service SUCKS, and they do HANG UP ON YOU WHEN YOU REFUSE TO ACCEPT THEIR LIES! I should sue them But honestly it's partially my fault FOR NOT READING THE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED BECAUSE OF I DID READ THEM I WOULDN'T HAVE PLACED THE ORDER! Hopefully this review helps someone else not to get scammed and ripped off...

Got wiring harness for this car to put an aftermarket stereo in with Bluetooth in and it couldn't of been any easier. Will recommend Hifisound to anyone that needs connections

This place f****** sucks. STAY AWAY!
Ordered a radio from them that was supposed to be brand new. Received the package, opened it up, and you can visibly see that it's been pretty much punted off the top of a football stadium. Box looked absolutely horrible. Was missing the pigtail that powers the radio and speakers. Called the contact number, talked to 'Tim', was a complete douchebag. Not helpful at all. Told him, first of all, the part was missing. Second of all, the radio was supposed to be new, not used. He said that I needed to send him a picture of the back of the radio so he could send the right cord. I asked if he could not just look it up by the part number of the radio. He said he had to have a picture. I asked, if we received the power cord, and the radio did not work, what was the course of action that would be taken. He said I could return the radio, at my cost, and HiFiSoundConnection would ship another one out. So, I would be paying $40ish dollars to ship it back for them to hopefully send a new one this time. Awful customer service, would not recommend purchasing from them.

POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I have ordered from this company now twice. First time I ordered the wrong item and as I was told by customer service was to return the item as soon as I received it, as I was told I did the exact thing the day it was delivered, an did not receive my full refund back.

Now this time I ordered the correct item, received the package an did not receive all the pieces the AMP was left out. And HiFiSoundConnection asked me for a picture of the package the way it came, first off why would I take a picture of something that's all pieces are supposed to be there in the first place, an i am still waiting on the rest of my order which the AMP.

So, no I am not pleased with this company what so ever. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would never recommend this company to anymore!

Caveat Emptor! Buyer Beware!
P. O # 16245233. SKU: HA-SPK-PACKAGE409-1. What HiFiSoundConnection advertise to fit without modifications in a 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 regular cab rear speakers DOES NOT FIT without modifications. Also they sent the factory speaker wire adapters that fit the factory plug but does not plug into the speakers they sent! Duh! And the worst customer service rep "Paul Smith" continued to demand those are the correct speakers. And if I don't want them, it will cost the buyer return shipping even for HiFiSound "Con" making the mistake! The cost of return shipping is not worth the expense.
As for them shipping the product to me. It was small boxes and parts wrapped up in thin plastic wrap. By the time I received the package it was torn, worn and parts scuffed. Obviously the package was taped up by the shipping company as to keep it all together. As if HiFiSound "Con" can't afford a shipping box! What da?
If I had a worst enemy, I won't suggest dealing with HiFiSound "Cons". STAY AWAY! You will GET Screwed by HiFiSound "Cons". There are much better quality products and service out there. I should have heeded all the reviews and warning signs. STAY AWAY from HiFiSound "Con"!

Beast mode stereo prices and kicker dealer.
If you are mad bc you ordered the wrong size speakers then write a bad review on your self for being lazy. Do your homework. I got a better product refurbished and also the newest 1800. 1 kicker cxa 1 ohm stable. That's what I like! So when your ordering door speakers and expect to significantly Enhance your system on the cheap, open your wallet and reach a little deeper. Good components (Mids and highs) require kits sold separately. I'm about 3 grand down via crew cab. 2 L7 - 12 inch, Kicker 1800. 1 / alpine head unit and T speck Wires/caps/AGM 65 batt) that cost more than your whole system. BUY HERE AND KNOW WHAT YOU NEED. Rule of thumb online always know the exact model you need or google it first. Thanks guys and for us that know this place rocks the kicker world

Worst experience
I ordered a sub for my son for Christmas. We called because it's stopped working 15 days after the warranty expired. He was told tough luck call an audio shop and hung up on. I called back was on hold for 15 minutes before anyone answered. I asked to speak to tech support and see if I can get trouble shooting tips, I was told HiFiSoundConnection have none, when I asked to speak to someone in charge, I was put back on hold for 5 minutes, then had the same rude "gentlemen" come back and say she was at lunch, and I could call back. I asked if this was typical to have no managers on duty, he made a chicken sound and hung up on me. This is a joke of a company, customer service is non existent and they are in the business of selling junk and then disappearing when you have questions. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID!

OMG these guys SUCK, I have never had a worse shopping experience and now I'm stuck..
Before ever doing my homework I went ahead and ordered a small subwolfer for my small car and the first one arrived fairly quick, thus the one star, anyway it arrived and just too big so didn't even take it out of the box, called the company and HiFiSoundConnection gave me a return authorazation number and I found a replacement from them as well, good right? Whoa NOT they called me and let me know they would be charging me a restocking fee of 20%, remember never taken out of the box, the person Tim White he calls himself tells me that's the policy. Now I paid the $35.00 to get it back to them no problem. I just want to for warn anyone considering doing ANY business with HIFISOUNDconnection BEWARE They will RIP YOU OFF you can find me on face book Terry Shawler
