Misleading (Lying) promotion
You (His Room) sent me a promotional e-mail advertising and extra 20% off of their year end sale items. I clicked on "Shop Now" which I assumed would take me to the sale items. I found items I wanted. It said the extra 20% would be added at check out, so I continued. It was never added. There was no code to put in. So, I can no longer trust His Room and their promotions. Won't be back.

Fantastic purchase
Fantastic purchase! I love these Tommy Hilfiger briefs. It's 71 years old I have bought a lot of briefs over my lifetime and these are replacing a few that I've had since 2005 and I just can't wear them out just from 15 years of washing and drying they're starting to get a little bit threadbare but HisRoom have been incredible and the elastic Has maintained all 15 years!

GOT EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED!
Spent nearly 2 years trying to find Nike's jockstraps. HisRoom are some of the best out there. I was able to finally track this company down to get ahold of them. The check out & delivery went very smooth as i purchased with them thru the eBay & Walmart app. I received both packages 3 days early. So if you see something you want. GET IT. It'll be gone by time you come back. I had to find out the hard way lol But im happy & satisfied with my purchased with HerRoom & HisRoom.

I wish there were some way to review sizes
More than once I've bought something that didn't fit, and had to rebuy the next size or two larger. If you guys could implement some sort of rating system for sizing, or reviews period, that'd help people. For example I bought a new swimsuit from a brand I buy a lot of so I'm pretty safe on sizing, and for some reason this one piece ran really small. At $50/ea it's a huge waste of money for something that I now have to sell on Ebay to recoup the cost.

Misleading discount promotion.
Upon entering the site you are asked to sign up for test notifications to receive 10% off, it states that *Few Exclusions... and by Few HisRoom mean most of their products. The process of signing up for text notifications to get 10% off is extremely misleading for the customers. Very disappointing. Further more sales reps abruptly end online chats with you without reason which is exceptionally rude for a client facing sales rep to do.

THE WORST customer service
The worst service. Purchased 2 pair jockey underwear, arrived too large (my fault) returned both pair in the same package for the correct size. Took one month to received the red pair. NEVER did receive the blue pair. Non existent customer service via email or phone. Thank goodness for PayPal. Finally 60 days after the original purchase received a refund. Not even a complete refund. Received $21 of the $26 paid. I no longer have the time or energy to fight this any longer. Needles to say STAY AWAY or purchase from your local Jockey store location.

Very happy with the whole transaction, merchandise...
Very happy with the whole transaction, merchandise was high quality, all on sale, web site worked well, unlike soo many others. Product arrived quickly, well packed and everything was as described. Almost all of the items were made in El Salvador which I prefer to support rather than China.
As long as quality stays high, prices are good and it all goes smoothly, what's not to like?

Mercerized cotton tee shirts feel so good on my sensitive...
Mercerized cotton tee shirts feel so good on my sensitive skin, and HisRoom don't shrink like traditional cotton. For decades I've been enjoying Brooks Bros' mercerized tee shirts. I need some more but could not find them any more. So, I gave HisRoom. An order despite the outrages price. I usually wear size Large but since I like loose-fitting sleepwear, I ordered XL. I do not have a large midsection or protruding belly, but the XL clung to me like an extra later of skin.

Tried to cancel order but couldn't because "item was now being shipped."
If you want to return the items ordered using their shipping label HisRoom will deduct the shipping costs from your refund price.
I chose to ship it back to them myself at great expense.

HisRoom has one of the best websites to shop. Navigation is easy, feature to review several items before flipping pages is nice, continue shopping (going back to page where I left off) is added convenience. My only suggestion would be to be able to see available sizes on the main page before spending clicks/time to view only to learn my size is not available. That is somewhat annoying. Other than that, one of my fave sites to shop

Confusing selection of Obviously underwear. Display not fully functional.
Obviously underwear has become a very confusing line of underwear in that many items have a unique style number for each color, e.g., PrimeMan A00-B through A00-F and the differences in fabric aren't highlighted very well for the same style, e.g., PrimeMan A00-A vs A00-K.

I'm not sure why, but only the top three items in the search results are displayed. I had to "hover" over all the other items to get the image displayed. Made it very difficult to shop because I couldn't easily compare styles and colors. I'm using a Win10 laptop.

Holds the "boys" just right
I hate compression lined shorts…HisRoom tend to hold the stink even after washing, bunch up under my shorts and most of all don't offer support, just an extra layer pressing my junk against my leg. These are the reason I go with a jock strap every time under my workout gear (lifting or running). The Nike jock gives me the right level of support with a very comfortable (soft) material…like your boys are being held by clouds. The support prevents my boys from hitting my legs or getting stuck as I develop a sweat. I also like the wide leg-straps, keeps everything in place that a gym rat would want. So, if you're new to a jock strap, give these Nike ones a try…you'll never go back to wearing compression shorts under your shorts I promise.

Last order I've hardly worn any of the underwear I purchased because the description did not match the fit. HisRoom were ill-fitting underwear.
Going to give these a try. Hoping for a better outcome.

Draw String Too Thick and Bulky
For the price, I don't find the quality up to par. The only plus is, the material is comfortable. I ordered a medium and needed to wash it a few times to shrink it enough for a normal fit. I don't like the extra thick draw string. When I say thick, I mean it's like trying to tie a sock. It adds unwanted lumpiness and bulk to an otherwise lightweight pair of shorts. Very strange. Also, shipping was a day later than the end of the estimated delivery time frame.

Reference My Previous Email
I ordered 3 items as a gift for a friend upon receiving my confirmation a few days later I was told to call ASAP. I am unable to, due to my situation. I did however, respond to the email to which i received no reply. I was finally able to call through the USO and found out my order had been cancelled. I then reordered over the phone just to receive the confirmation that not all of the items were included on the order. Now i had to go back to reorder the item. If a company is going to reply in an email format to report an issue, the company should allow the customer to communicate via email. I was never told that the order was cancelled until I called.

Unable to edit original order
On my original order there were items "out of stock" which were supposed to be in stock within a few days of placing the order. I was then notified that those items (shorts) would not be in stock until the end of October... In Michigan, the end of October is not usually good shorts weather. Tried editing my original order, which included a 10% welcome discount, but was told i was not able to edit except to change color or size... i wanted to delete the backordered items and replace with something HisRoom had in stock.
I had to get the order cancelled, then reordered items in stock, but lost out on the initial order 10% discount.

I was not finding success in purchasing comfortable recommemded shorts via Amazon. I was about to give up when i took a closer look at the comfortable no sleeve shirts that have held up as pajama tops for many hears years. I saw the name was Russel and went on line to see if HisRoom were still made. I ordered a sampling of sleeveless tops and pocketed shorts. They were exactly what I wanted so I just bought a bunch more of each.

Color info needed!
It would be a great help if you would print the name of the color next to/above the color swatch. I am colorblind so I only order black socks so I can match them. I can't see the difference in the color swatches so I had to order and then read the color that I ordered, then go back and pick another color, then delete the color I didn't want. It may feel repetitive but it would be a big help to some of us. Thank you!

Website good, products need improvement
HisRoom site worked well. LOVED the filters that are available... I will return to this site if only for that reason. I am the primary shopper for the men in my family and there is a surprising amount of pickiness in regards to their underwear... no fly underwear is a no-no in our family. Would love to see more cotton knit boxer briefs, but in fun or witty fabric prints instead of boring blue, black, grey. Also, none of the guys I know enjoy synthetic fabrics for their everyday underwear with the exception of cotton modal blends.

Customer Care...
I return purely for your pricing. I have never had good customer service with a company who prides itself on providing it. You reps never have an answer to a question or assist when an order goes wrong and it has for me several times. It also never seems to fail that at least 2-4 pieces of every order are back-ordered. Why not just wait until you have stock to sell?
