After I spent some time developing my CV, I discovered that it is not free. You left me no option but to pay in order to get my CV because I don't want to go to another free website and spend sometime there as well.
From beginning you should show to customers that it is not free.

Makes it easy to create flayers
I have been using the Hloom to create my own flayers to promote my business. Its very easy to make flayer using their pre-formatted ones. All i have to do is just download them and make necessary changes according to my event.

You really should indicate that the template featured...
You really should indicate that the template featured is NOT FREE! It says free templates on your google search and website. After spending a good amount of time on my resume, I find that I have to pay (3 bucks is not a big deal), and then you are going to try that subscription crap. I am paying the 3 bucks and canceling the subscription immediately! Scam artists!

I thought the website was helpful but was not aware...
I thought the website was helpful but was not aware there was a fee until the very end. After putting in all of the work, I did not have time to start over on another template. The fee should be indicated sooner in the process especially since this is a site recommended for high school students.

I was false advertised
I was false advertised. My specific key words were free resume templates. I'd give five stars had I known from the beginning that I was paying for a resume I could of done myself and else where for free. The process in making the resume went well. It was made easy for me.

Comprehensible layout, easy to use, but monetization...
Comprehensible layout, easy to use, but monetization of the product is far too vague. Still unsure if I will be charged another $25 for my single resume after the 14 day trial even if I cancel before, but I suppose I will figure that answer out in about two weeks.

This was a very easy process to create
This was a very easy process to create. The only drawback to this program is that you cannot purchase a single resume without it being a monthly subscription that I have to go back to cancel.

I do not think the layout of the resume is very good
I do not think the layout of the resume is very good. I need something to condense my information instead of making a four page resume. The one I got was something I could have done for free, and honestly, probably better too.

You should tell folks that you charge money to download...
You should tell folks that you charge money to download their resumes on the first screen - NOT after Hloom have spent substantial time to finish and then you surprise them "hey if you want to download your resume, you need to pay!" Pathetic!

The resume building was good
The resume building was good. But it is not free like Hloom say to download u have to pay for a subscription which is only 2.98 for 14 days then either cancel or 24.98 a month

The site itself is great, and I was able to make a pretty decent resume. However, it was advertised as being able to do it all for free. So I thought it was going to be to be free to print it, but it cost money, and that's not how it as advertised. So that kind of pissed me off.

I hate that I thought I was using a free template until...
I hate that I thought I was using a free template until I tried to save all of the work I had already put into it. The template is great, I just hate feeling manipulated. I don't mind paying for the template, but it would be nice to know upfront. It would also be nice to have a one time payment option. Now I have to set an alarm on my phone to cancel my subscription after I get the ONE letter that I need. Just INCONVENIENT. It also seems like a dishonest way to make extra money off of people who neglect to cancel their subscriptions.

You just made me pay to edit a supposedly "free" resume template during a pandemic with money I don't have. Absolutely ridiculous and I won't forget it. It was MY resume, you provided no real help to me and yet you still wanted my money!

Nowhere on the website (where I was looking for FREE templates) does it say that in order to actually use the templates, you have to add your personal credit card information and pay an actual fee. I was simply looking for a free template, and was not looking to be baited and switched. I did not even need my resume to be built, let alone PAY FOR IT AFTER IT WAS FINISHED. You held my resume hostage for my credit card number with NO prior warning that this was the case, after spending enough time that I couldn't just start from scratch.

Last year was rough for me with a change in careers and my life in general and when I came across this site I was so happy. Not only is it economical but helped me navigate this process. I now have a professional resume and with tons of guidance.

I wanted to fix a mistake and could not get back into...
I wanted to fix a mistake and could not get back into section to fix it. Also thought it was a free template until I had worked through the entire thing. Also concerned that if I don't follow up to cancel a subscription I will be paying some fee indefinitely into the future and would like to unsubscribe from that service.

Your pricing scheme gave only the option for $34.95...
Your pricing scheme gave only the option for $34.95 per month after I had completed my resume under the impression the service was free. Only after attempting to cancel was the $3.00 a month option shown. I find that very misleading and predatory.

So far the process has been fairly easy. Please make sure you transfer most but not all of your material from your previous resume. Also, remember you can always cancel your subscription before the end of the 14-day trial.
