DEAD BEATS
As a Vendor with a contract I find it irresponsible that Home Click does not pay their Invoices. Countless e-mails and phone calls go unanswered. Let it be known that you may have received the product you ordered and paid for. However, our company built it for you and received NOTHING!

2 times placed and order, after waiting for 4 weeks never recived it.
This company is a ibternet middle man. HomeClick charge your credit card right away and then delay shiping until they will find it the item you ordered. They do not have it in stock, they can notship it to you right away. I have placed orders 2 times and both times I had to cansel after 30 days waiting. Do not waist your time and money. It is not worst to even try.

My product never arrived
I ordered 2 lights for our foyer in September 2017. HomeClick were supposed to arrive by October 18,2017. It is mid- November and the lights have not arrived. I have tried to contact HomeClick about 10 times over the past 3 weeks without any response. No response. I have also called their customer service number multiple times and their is no option to talk with anyone or leave a message.

Scammy at best
I ordered two lamps for over $800 and the small one arrived broken and the larger more expensive one, never arrived. Worst online retailer ever! DO NOT BUY HERE.

COMPLETE SCAMMERS! Buyer Beware!
Literally just got off the phone with these scam artists. Order a $1,200 mirror that was supposed to be shipped out a week later (7/11). I then receive an email aa week later saying the item won't ship until 8/7. So, I wait the 5 weeks with no update. I can on 8/7 (the day it was supposed to ship) to deal with a super rude woman that tells me my card wasn't charged and HomeClick sent my numerous emails about it.

Well, I'm STARING at my online statement and I clearly see the charge of $1,200 on my card. Nope, she says. That's just a pending charge but she can cancel the entire order, no problem. Yeah, no problem for you maybe. Huge problem for me that has been waiting for the mirror for over a month.

After dealing with the super rude woman who kept overtalking me, I didn't trust her information and asked for the manager to ensure it was accurate. Of course it wasn't! He tells me it didn't charge my card, then after much arguing, it did charge my card (duh!) and that it already has tracking... I tell him I'm done with them. Had I not asked for the manager I would have never known anything.

Still waiting for the refund. Unbelievably rude customer service. I will never buy anything from them again.

Either a scam or the worst customer service
I submitted my order early in July and was told the product was backordered and would arrive in August. I was willing to wait because the product looked beautiful and it seemed to be the only one online that would fit my space. My ship date was changed 6 times. I finally asked to cancel my order and receive a refund on Oct 24th, but the customer service representative stopped responding even though I was initially polite about it. I followed up a few days later, and then a few days after that submitted an inquiry through their website. In the past, all inquiries and responses were quick - HomeClick were quick to inform me (when I asked) that my order was delayed again. They asked if I wanted a refund and when I said yes, they just stopped responding. I just submitted a complaint with the BBB and I really hope I can just get my money back. Do not shop here! Ive been out $3000 since July and have little hope of getting it back at this point, unless my credit card company will refund me, or the BBB pulls through. Now Im going to have to save up again because I still need a bathroom vanity and wasted 5 months and $3000 at HomeClick.

TOTAL BS COMPANY STAY AWAY!
I purchased a furnace for $1800 through their website. One month later no furnace, HomeClick never answer the phone its just a message and they don't respond to email. UPS said the shipment was sent out freight and then one week before delivery date it was turned back by Homeclick.com no explanation. No response. Now I am trying to get my money back through PayPal.

Product never delivered-Do not use
Don't use this website. You will never get what you ordered and there is no customer service. I tried 10+ times to contact them via email but there was no response. This site is bogus

Scuffed $250 mirror.
I need a replacement. I liked the website. I love that I found this item in stock. It appeared to be packaged very well. But it's damaged/defective

Pay more and buy from a reputable company. It's worth it.
Item was well priced and sent in a reasonable amount of time, but in the wrong color. I called, took a photo of item as instructed, emailed the photo and was told it would go to Defects department. Then, nothing. I called again, and was finally sent the shipping label, so now I have to repackage it and take it to Fedex. Only after HomeClick received the item that THEY sent incorrectly will they reimburse. After reading many bad reviews and having this experience, I decided to cancel the request. Frankly, I don't trust that they'll get it to me. Lesson learned. Sometimes paying more is not a bad thing.

Worst Place to Shop and Terrible Customer Service
I ordered $600 lamps and a month later, literally a MONTH later I had to call customer service to find out that the item is on BACK ORDER. Are HomeClick being serious? Why on earth do they hold my money for one month and tell me the item is out of stock? Why the heck did they even accepted my order in the first place?

Outdoor lanterns
I was very satisfied with my shopping experience. The website was easy to navigate, the product was exactly what I was looking for, and price was great. I received the lights quickly but have not installed yet.

If every site was like Homeclick!
Have used homeclick many times HomeClick have always been great! My Orders come quickly and whenever I have to call the reps are always friendly and extremely helpful! Can't wait for my next project!

Do not use this company!
Ordered pendant lights and their site had no problem printing a label with Fed X issuing a tracking number charging my credit card and no product when promised. HomeClick do not return emails and when I got someone on the phone no apology just a ridiculous explanation that they did not have a delivery address. When I questioned how impossible the explanation then they said they did not have the correct zip code. INCREDIBLE!

Scam Operation?
My experience has been the same as many others here. I ordered 2 products. Unlike many others, I did receive them. I decided I wanted to return them. Homeclick touts their Free Return Policy. I contacted them twice via their website contact form. No response. I contacted them via email at their suggested "*******@homeclick.com" email address. Nothing. I have called them multiple times, at all times of day, on all days of the week, at all of which times the recordings on their number say HomeClick should be there, and tried to reach Customer Service, Sales, and Returns, and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS, IT'S ALWAYS A RECORDED RESPONSE. I would assume that means they're a bogus, rip-off operation. I will eat the cost of the products I ordered and stop wasting my time.

Bought a 3 piece living room set from Homeclick and the furniture shipped exactly when HomeClick said it would. The website was easy to use and the selection was phenomenal! Will absolutely be buying more in the future from Homeclick.

Great experience.
I order a chair from them. The price was 1/2 of other places. It came package unbelievable. Need help to unpack. Chair is beautiful, and instead of paying 1200 dollars I got it for 650. I will be buying from them again
