I keep getting Moble Homes Listing Leads that are not are the market-Update
I just wanted to give an update to the previous review that I had given to Homes.com. I did hear from a Homes.com representative to discuses my displeasure with the leads that I was currently receiving. To my supersize Devon took the bull by the horns by working out a solution to my complaint and will also follow up in May before my substitution runs out to see if I am doing any better with the solution she has given to me... I will let everyone know how I am doing with the quality of leads. I must say Homes.com is working to get better at customer service.

OMG what an Amazing person you have working for You! Regina Joseph's, is so very Brilliant, Patient, Helpful, Caring and Truly is what makes a company Stand Out amongst the Rest! Regina really takes the time To explain every little detail, especially people like myself who are a little slow to understand and the dynamics with setting up my account, as well as going over the many great features this company has to offer for me and my Team! George was amazing today explaining all the new features added to the dashboard. We made it an office team meeting where my 3 new realtors could see in person. Homes.com were really appreciative that Homes.com would take the time to share so much information. I am so excited to see all the new features my company has added. 2020 is going to be a great year. Generous and gracious salesperson, Jennifer, Chesapeake, Va.
Speaking with Homes.com Jennifer of Chesapeake, Va was so easy and she explained and examined all my options with Homes.com. This is my first time contract with any of the Public homefinding sites and she had followed up with me from an earlier conversation.
Jennifer was professional, yet personable. She's clearly a great representative with Homes.com and I look forward to working with this public homefinding site.

I can't comment on how well the product works as of yet, since we are just getting started, but we are very hopeful that it is as effective as it seems. As for my customer service experience, that I can say has been very good so far. Monet Teague first reached out to me approximately 8 or more months ago, and continued to follow up in a very respectful and diligent manner for many months. She has been patient through all my questioning, and provided me with all the information I requested, and put together a package for us that we feel good about & have high hopes for.

Chassity is PHENOMENAL, im beyond satisfied with my expierence with Homes.com and their zip code lead products. I will not lie I was a bit hesitant at first, but once Chassity broke down the systems and incentives that come with Homes.com client care, I was sold. Not only did she get me a great deal that has brought multiple clients, she also follows up reguarly to ensure that I am satisfied and ask if I need any help. Umatched professionalism, superb communication skills, and overall just a great person to work with.

Roth was very helpful yesterday in solving my issue. However, I don't understand how my website was just lost for over a month. Somehow, and by someone, a change was made to the set-up, and my website was offline for all that time. Are there no checks to be sure that when changes are made, that the website is still functional and accessible? Marcus was great
Marcus was great. He directed my call right away to the right person. Then I spoke with Rick who was fantastic. My issue though was what I went through to try to fix my website and all of the wrong information that was on my houses listed. Homes.com promised to fix it and call me back. I asked to speak with a manager, 2 weeks later i am still waiting for that call back. I had a website for many many years and I expected better service that that. So because of that, I had no choice but to leave.

I can't speak of how well the service itself is yet. As far as the customer service, I must say that Brennan was wonderful to deal with. I had a really bad experience with one of their competitors that I am still dealing with. He understood and came off as very personable and real. Honestly, with the experience I had with the other company, there was absolutely no way I was going to be trying anything like this again. Brennan was able to change my mind (for now). He explained the service he offers extremely thoroughly and friendly without a song and dance. So far this has been a completely different experience already. I hope it stays that way. Brennan was great to work with and I look forward to working with him going forward!

NO SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION
Signed up for three months, after multiple attempts to reach them to correct several issues (#1. Homes.com did not even list all my listings) they did nothing. Never received one lead either. Terrible attitude, no one cares or calls back. Trying to cancel but they won't answer, acknowledge emails or anything... UGH. I have never written a review but I have never seen such a lack of professionalism. Absolutely terrible.

I have to admit that this was a very RARE phone sales...
I have to admit that this was a very RARE phone sales experience, as 99.9% of the time I cut off the caller before Homes.com even had a chance to explain what they have to offer. I have two jobs and very little time for such calls. But Hagins managed to overcome my (rude) initial response and then did a great job convincing me that it would be worth my time and $ to consider the homes.com product he was offering and to give it a try. It helped that Homes.com is reputable and I, as a RE/MAX agent already am working with them to a degree. I'm anxious to see what more they can do to boost my lead generation. I will mention that my second job is as a sales manager in broadcast radio. I have been selling air for over 30 years, and understand the challenges of selling something you can't touch or see. I wish I could hire Hagins!

BIGGEST SCAM EVER!
I was called by a sales rep and he indicated that I could get approx. 15-20 leads per month. After 2 months, I had received one lead with a bad number! I have called at least 15 times and occasionally actually speak with someone. Homes.com say they will have their supervisor call back. No call ever comes. I asked for them to refund the 3rd month and continued to call. Just received a call from a collection agency! Please please tell everyone you know to run from Homes.com and to tell everyone that they are scam artists taking away our hard earned money. Shame on you Homes.com!

INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED in this! I feel completely ripped off. Definitely overpromised and underdelivered. Only had about 68 "leads" in 3 months, but none of them were actual connections. One was even named Joe Blow; I mean, come on! Reached out multiple times to all "leads" via text, email & calls, but no connections. NONE. Signed up for 3 months ahead of time and it was a complete waste of money for us. Hard pass on doing this ever again. How do I recoup my wasted money, or at least a portion of it? Tell me. Eugene Little was very energetic and professional. He took the time to explain the program and give me examples of the products you offer. He answered all of my questions. I am having difficulty with the dashboard and cannot access it. The representative could not get my password to take even though it was reset several times. She has scheduled an appointment with product review for the same day so I am hoping this will quickly be resolved.

Jeff's style of selling resonated with me
Jeff's style of selling resonated with me. We as agents get so many calls that try to hard core sell us and that doesn't work with me. He first thanked me for my previous business and presented me with the opportunity to come back. He showed me the options and suggested that I do the premier option. Since both zip codes in my city were available he thought I would have better leads. I appreciate his style and way of selling and I hope that it is a profitable relationship for both of us!

Cecilia understood my extremely busy schedule and made many accommodations to work around it. She respected both my time and my clients time, but was able to present the product in a very professional manner in the many, but short phone, email and text exchanges we had. I was surprised to here she was rather new to sales! She was the sole reason I am giving the product a try... most cases the cold calls for real estate products don't allow you to be a REALTOR first and take a sales call second. Cecilia gets that balance. Great job to her!

Jason has been phenomenal to work with!
Jason has been phenomenal to work with! He seems to be able to quickly size up your tech level and work at your speed, making sure you are able to follow along, which is perfect since most IT Techs either treat you like you like you don't know how to turn on a computer or you're a tech wiz yourself - typically no in between for the intermediate users. Jason helped us every step of the way to be sure our website design looked exactly how we wanted it for the areas we were not able to edit ourselves. He also helped us with 301 redirect from our previous websites. After having trouble with our Registrar not being able to help us point our URL, Jason WAS able to help us. These are just a few examples of why we really feel he went well beyond our expectations in getting us up and running. We are excited to see the results from our new website with Homes.com!

Frank Mollo is awesome
Frank Mollo is awesome. He is informative, insightful and wow- what a super personality. In one phone call where I would generally say I am not interested, thank you - he managed to grab my attention long enough for me to feel he truly does care about helping me grow my business. He was understanding and responsive to my concerns and reservations. I am giving this a try and hope it works out that it allows me to connect and help others looking to find their piece of paradise here in SW Florida.

Tech provided great follow up
Tech provided great follow up. I had originally thought i solved the issue and ended the chat. But I then realized I was having the same issue. I basically gave up on it for a few days and the rep sent a follow-up email asking if everything was going well... to which i replied that I still couldn't log in. He said he would look at it and he corrected the issue (company address didn't match official post office address or something like that). Once he fixed it, I was able to finish setting up the account and now I am good to go.

Ty was very helpful and did a great job explaining things to us. We had a minor hiccup and Ty was very helpful in getting things changed so we could move forward.
