I was so excited that an email came to me titled " The wait is over" forgotten really about the inquiry a few months back, and loving the" The tree of life" stained glass panel, Mty husband and I enjoy Frank Llyod Wright and knowing exactly where I would display in our new home this design known for representing "a bright future and live in harmony with the rest of the world." Is so important now as our world is going through so many challenges.
Having a new home built and retiring
Is an exciting new chapter in our life. The tree of life will be will be a design to reflect upon.

Houzz has a lot of products with good design and quality...
Houzz has a lot of products with good design and quality and is also great at showing related products so you don't miss something that might be a better size or preferred style.

I have purchased tile, lighting, and most recently a fancy lighted medicine cabinet. Their filters are good when narrowing down selection.

Houzz are very good at supporting products after placing an order. I'd give them 5 stars except for a recent lag in solving a problem with broken parts. It did get resolved, just took more steps and emails than should be necessary.

I am a fan of the shopping experience on Houzz
I am a fan of the shopping experience on Houzz. However, over the past year I have been disappointed to see the huge gap in the way items are priced. There might be the very same item for sale by multiple sellers showing 3, sometimes 4 different prices. As a consumer this does not make for a confident purchase. I wish all items had multiple pictures and things were priced more fair, but I do truly enjoy the variety of items on Houzz and the ability to picture some items in my home.

Dreamstyle bath remodel
I first made contact with Dreamstyle because of FB add. Made an appointment and had the work and cost discussed. My wife has Multiple Sclerosis and has difficulty bathing with a bath tub. We came to an agreement on the work to be done and chose what we needed and price from their many options. Joseph Thomas and Will Holt did the work in less than eight hours, were curious, informative, and willing to let me observe the progress. The work was excellent, done professionally and as promised. My wife and I love our new shower and life for her now is much easier.

Paint Arizona
My house was one of the most embarrassing houses in our neighborhood. I called around, and Tom, and Alex called me back in minutes! Houzz came down to see our house that day! They gave me an honest quote, offered to do, EXTRA work on the stucco, too! They are honest, reliable, and have been doing this for 40 years plus! With magical hands, my house is gorgeous! I no longer am embarrassed by our house! I can't say ENOUGH great things about this company! Try them, you won't be disappointed!

This will be my second order from Houzz, and I've been happy so far. Even though the first item had issues, I'm glad to say that it was replaced after submitting photographs to show the problems. Everything was handled efficiently, and I was eager to shop again and use a promo code that was expiring in a few more days. I finally decided on a corner bookcase for my new apartment, an object I've seen at a very few stores and at such a decent price. With Afterpay helping me make purchases and split things into 4 interest-free payments, I couldn't be happier. I'll likely check out Houzz again in the future.

Buyer Beware
Purchased a $1300 dollar vanity and paid extra for room of choice delivery. Was supposed to be delivered last Thursday. Took day off. Finally talked to delivery company and Houzz didn't have anyone to deliver it. Rescheduled for Saturday. Never showed up. Called Houzz. Their stance is that once it leaves their hands it is not their issue any more. Have asked for a full refund and haven't gotten anywhere yet. Don't say you were not warned. Will never purchase anything from this company again.

The Greatest Design and Build
Steve designed and built our house over 15 years ago. From the beginning of design to the end of construction it was a great experience. He is very creative and was careful to recommend idea's that were stunning with the use of indoor/outdoor elements. The attention to details, workmanship and materials we used only require minimal maintenance. It looks as good and stylish today as the day it was finished. To this day we are still in touch and he is always available to discuss and recommend solutions to any questions we have. We strongly recommend Steve and we would use him again.

Buyer beware! I ordered two bathroom vanities from Houzz and both arrived damaged and the finish was very poor quality with pores showing through all over. After contacting them, Houzz only acted as a middleman between myself and the manufacturer, who required that I repackage the vanities in the same packaging or new packaging in the same way they arrived for shipping 3,000 miles away. Impossible! It took a month of correspondence to even get that far. Then they had the gall to offer me a third of the cost and a repair kit, and suggested I sell them to recoup more of my cost. Never will I ever order from them again! Beware!

Worst company ever
How this company stays in business is beside me. I spent $900 on a faux marble coffee table that not only didn't arrive at all, but after 10 days of them dodging my calls trying to see where my table is, Houzz finally tell me 2 weeks after it was supposed to be delivered that it's lost and now out of stock. What a joke! I told them to either find the table they lost and send it immediately or refund my $900 immediately. This is a ridiculous scam and waste of time and money. I will never order from this joke of a company again!

You need more reviews from your verified purchasers. Also, add more thorough descriptions of all the specs of a mattress that matter to consumers like me: coil count, comfort type/level (medium, medium firm, firm, etc.), coil type, foam type, specialty foam infusion type, mattress compatible with adjustable base, weight capacity, edge support, reversible, low motion transfer level, mattress type. If you look at wayfair Houzz use a very helpful table with all of this information for easy comparison.

Buyer Beware
I did most of my shopping online and given this year's supply/demand issues, I started shopping for Christmas in October. Most business extend their return policy for the holidays or at the least provide store credit for gifts that either miss the mark or turn out to be duplicates. It is not the case for this company. In today's market when there is so many competitors in pricing and delivery, you're much better off getting your goods from another supplier who understands good customer relations as Houzz most definitely does not.

Online shopping portal appears to be simple to use but has proven to be frustrating. Everything entered was correct yet my order did not process so I tried two more times only to find that not only would my order not process but that I received a fraud alert from my bank. Today I was able to place my order with less complications however when I went to clic on expedited shipping it kicked me out of my account and made me sign in again, had to reset password and try another two times.

Awful Experience, Will Never Order From Houzz Again
I barely escaped both having to keep my product and then, as a solution, being charged $25 to return it. Houzz took a month to get the product to me and then said I had only had a month to return it. Only by fighting for free return shipping did I get it. With so many really customer-friendly vendors out there who don't make me feel concerned that I won't be taken care of, why would Houzz choose to be so difficult? Plenty of other vendors sell this product. I know I will never order from them again. Buyer beware!

Awful customer service
Would give a zero if I could. Received a console/credenza through them. Houzz failed to respond to 2 online requests for help when it was over a week late. When it finally arrived on June 10, the console was severely damaged- obviously had been dropped. I filed an online request for help with return/refund and received an automated email that I would hear from someone in 4-5 days, and 10 days later I still have not heard from them. Tried calling two times. After 18 mins the first time and 33 mins the second time, the call just went dead after it rang through to what I thought would be a human representative. I've reversed charges on my credit card. Will never order through them again.

I have been holding for over 40 min on a response to my vanity delivery. Absolutely dreadful experience. Definitely not typical of Houzz. I know it was deliberate. Who treats repeat, valued customers like this? Every time I inquire about it I never get a definite response. I was advised to cancel at first "who days that to a consumer!". This time I'm left holding; 40. Mins! Really! The order has been in a pending status for two months. Dreadful! When will it ship? That is all I'm asking

I was looking for a specific Outdoor lighting item...
I was looking for a specific Outdoor lighting item in the search window i typed in the complete name and product but i got sent to Lighting professionals = - I had to search around in the top menu to see how to search for specific lighting then i chose outdoor lighting and then the exact same product again and once i pressed enter it came up. I should be able to type in the exact product description in your top search bar at any time to be able to see the product not have to go to the shop specific department area - just a suggestion

I would like to know who is used for delivery?
I would like to know who is used for delivery? Fed Ex? UPS? I did place a call and then was told the company is only communicating through the website and not through 800 # through automated message. I wanted confirmation that product was in stock and not back ordered. I chose you as a vendor since you have an excellent reputation. I need the item soon and so this is why i was concerned. My hope is that you would not have accepted the order and not informed me if it was back ordered. Please confirm and thank you so much for your assistance. Nancy

Barbara Stock interior designer.
We moved into our beautiful new home last Nov. Barbara listened to all our ideas and needs and based on on that gave us an overall theme for the whole house. She divided up our living spaces into the Master, kitchen and family area, formal living and dining room and the Office /study.
She helped us source furniture and fittings based on these themes whilst conforming to our budgets. We were therefore able to make the necessary renovations easily. An entire bathroom and the office/study had to be completely designed and she worked with us on both these spaces. The selection of colors started with the walls, the flooring the carpeting and then the finishes.
We selected the furniture, the color palette, and the individual pieces for our master bedroom together. We discussed color, fabrics and design and once the decisions were made Barbara helped us to order the furniture and supervised its delivery as well.
The family room pieces are still coming together but she helped us with the layout, the colors and the ambience we wanted to create for ourselves.
The Office needed a floor plan and had to be designed with our individual needs in mind and Barbara was able to fuse all this together and design a gorgeous office which she then helped us to order and is now in the process of supervising the delivery and assembly.
We also used her expertise in placing our ornaments and decorative pieces and that proved very aesthetically pleasing.
Pictures of her work on our home are on her pinterest wall under the heading West hills view home.
We have much more work left to be done but the areas that are complete are a delight and we are very grateful for Barbara's work.

Coronavirus
I'm a small business owner and paying Houzz a monthly fee for advertising.
Since we lost our income now, we asked Houzz to hold our billing until after this crisis is over and we can get back to people homes and work.
Their respond was only one month free or 4 months penalty if we canceled now.
I don't think that a big company like Houzz should take advantage of small businesses these days.
I will not continue using them in the future and will not Recommend them to our clients anymore.
