Customer service very rude! Hidden shipping costs, and deceiving pictures! DO NOT BUY FROM I LOVE DOONEY!

If I could give it a 0 I would. This is highway robbery. The bags are fake and there is no customer service to talk to. I should've known better when the "sale" and "promo" left them at $20 each. I let them have it, but each time I know of someone about to purchase I tell them. ‍

Do not spend your money here. I have been carrying Donney and Boiurke since I was 16, I have nearly 100 of their bags. Unfortunately because of this company I will never purchase another one. I Love Dooney are dishonest about shipping, it arrives over a month late if you receive it all, and refuse refunds or credits for your trouble. I ordered 2 bags one was ripped on the inside and the other never arrived. They will continue to lie to you in chat and over the phone saying that the package is on the truck as if you cant read what's on the website. Fedex only had a label created and never got the bag. They refused to refund it even a month later still lying by saying they see that it is on its way. I had to have my credit card stop payment on i as I never received the merchandise. I also had them stop payment on the ripped bag they sent me. Do yourself a favor and save the headache. Don't give these people your money.

I Love Dooney sent me the wrong bag with the packing slip and order form for another woman in another state. MIstakes happen and while it was annoying I had no idea or expectations that I would be treated as horribly as I was when I called. After being on hold forever, I finally reached a representative who told me that my bag would not be shipped to me until I sent the wrong one back. Seriously! They are holding my bag hostage until I go to the trouble of sending the incorrect bag back. I had no intention of keeping the bag. I want my bag, not someone else's and they refuse to make their mistake right and send me the bag I ordered and paid for. My requests both by phone and email to speak to a supervisor have been met with empty promises. I am still waiting to hear from a supervisor and for my bag even though there is a tracking number showing that the incorrect bag is on it's way back to them. Disgusting!. This is it for me regarding D & B!

Gave valid credit card info, of course with security code, site will not place the order. Attempted X3, assumed this is a scam. Canceled my credit card. Beware!

I ordered merchandise on Aril 25th, it should have been delivered Aril 30th. It was not and now I can't reach anyone at this company. Are I Love Dooney really legitimate.my credit card has already been charged. I need to hear from they to straighten this out.

Ordered on April 1st, on April 4th I noticed my order said "Backordered", I contacted their customer support and I Love Dooney said that was an error my order was on the way, they had provided a deliver date of April 6th when I ordered the product. I asked customer service again to confirm it would be here on April 6th and they again ignored. Got tracking today on April 5th and it wont' be here until the 10th. Some 2 day shipping, it took 8 business days. Turns out they sat on it for 4 days and then even when they found it, they didn't try to make it right by sending it quicker. STAY AWAY, they could careless about you.

I Love Dooney screwed up on my shipping. No one knows were my purse is. Says fedex buts its ups tracking number. No email receipt. My bag is lost and ilovedooney screwed up on shipping

The absolute worse experience ever. Never received my order. Call customer service couldn't get an explanation from them. Calling them on a weekly basis about this I finally got a refund after a month and 5 days. Never received an follow up email or a email stating I Love Dooney was going to refund my money.
I will not purchase anything from them ever again.

On 1/28/21 I spent over $300 dollars in the ILoveDooney website and I Love Dooney sent my package to a different city and state than the address I provided. The incorrect address is called a Default Address on their website. Three days later I emailed their customer service to try and fix the error. However, their advice to me was to either try and fix the problem thru UPS, or, if the package were deemed undeliverable it would be returned to them and they would then start the refund process. When I contacted UPS the same day they said it was up to the sender to correct the problem. Because, the package was going to travel by both USPS and UPS and, as of that moment, the package continued to be with the sender. They placed the blame on me and PayPal for okaying the incorrect address. But, the error was hard to detect because the first half of the address, the house # and the neighborhood name, was correct. Their website is now asking me to review my orders. However, as of yet, I haven't received the package nor a refund.
