I was thrilled to learn that bamboo has been added to the I Love Linen family and I purchased a sheet in clay. I didn't notice 2 tiny holes until I had washed it and laid it out.
Sammy was able to rectify the issue and immediately sent out a replacement. Thank you! I love the combination of linen and bamboo , I love the contrast of the softness and warmth of the linen and the smooth coolness of the bamboo. My whole family loves it too (we all have very sensitive skin) and the colour range and quality are wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend I love Linen to anyone, you won't be disappointed by the quality and feel and wonderful colours, thanks again:-)

The product is amazing and by that I mean it lived up to it hype of being super breathable and comfortable to sleep with. Bought the sienna quilt cover and sandalwood fitted sheet. Exactly as expected in terms of colour and more than expected in comfort. I'd never had linen bedding before and took the chance after researching various brands. The website is fun as well!
A little expensive but the product is great and seems like it will last very well.
I had a slight hiccup with ordering but general manager was very helpful in resolving in a very satisfactory manner.

OMG these sheets and doona sets are sooooooo comfortable and luxurious! I started with just one sheet set, (Sage) then went a bit crazy in the sale (Blush, Warm Grey, Pinstripe, Sienna) and can now mix and match the sheets and doona covers. I absolutely love them and my bedroom suddenly seems to have so much style! It has been years since we did an update on our bedding and the sale definitely helped with multiple purchases. I also purchased the King pillows which are extremely comfortable and luxurious as well. Highly recommend a beautifully made product.

My package was lost through Australia post (almost a month after ordering), I mentioned this to I love Linen and they posted out a replacement - express and added in a bonus goodie!! This came within 2 working days!! Would highly recommend their quality products as well as a pleasure to deal with!

I purchased a full set (sheets, extra pillowcases and quilt cover) in DAISY. It is a lovely splash of soft yellow which brings a sunny look to our bedroom. At the moment I am enjoying the “complete Daisy” look, but plan to switch in some white or grey when I want a change. I think the Sienna will look good too. the quality of this bedlinen is amazing and when it arrives in its simple packaging, it feels very special. I love that there is no extra cardboard packaging (unnecessary and wasteful) and no plastic wrapping - all in keeping with a quality natural product. The linen sheets and quilt cover are warm in our cold Melbourne Winter, but I know it will be cool in the summer, unlike cotton. delivery times for “in stock” items are very quick. All in all a great product- and I have already ordered more!

Last year, after staying in stunning accommodation on the Eyre Peninsula, SA, I came home and ordered everything that was on the bed, which I discovered on peeking, was from “Hotel Cloud/I Love Linen”. The mattress protector makes it feel like you are sleeping on a cloud, the linen sheets just a delight to feel against your skin, and the quilt has proven to be perfect for summer and winter. I recently bought another linen sheet set to ensure we can enjoy the pleasure of linen all the time. All beautiful quality.

I've bought linens from here before but it was my first time purchasing their fitted sheet to add to my linen rotation. Not sure if it's just their fitted sheet but the amount of shedding is insane!! I have many other "stone washed" linen brands too but never experienced this much shedding despite washing numerous times and following their care guide per customer service. If they think washing it many times is going to get rid of much shedding, why don't they do that themselves before sending it out to the customers. But of course their advice wasn't helpful and I'm left with this linen I'd rather not use. Don't waste your money like I did unless you don't mind having your entire bedroom covered in loose fibers despite vacuuming it up every day.

I ordered some beautiful linen sheets and I have been thrilled with their quality. The price was cheaper than other places where I have got linen sheets before. I will make sure to always come back to this business when I need new sheets. What I especially liked about this place was that they had the measurements of the bottom sheet in relation to the height of the mattress. Very helpful to know this as I have been stung before. Final word is that I was delighted when I received the lovely wrapped package in the mail so quickly.

Same bed, same pillows, same doona, but felt like a brand new everything with this linen. I loved the process of building my bed online and mixing and matching colours and patterns. Lots of people are skeptical of 'scratchy linen' but I washed the set once and slept in it straight away, and it has a really nice worn linen feel. I also usually alternate between two sets, but now I'm hell bent on washing and remaking the bed with this linen (or ordering another set!). I was very pleasantly surprised by the whole process from clicking to sleeping! Thanks ILL

I bought a set of Q sheets and really like them! But they were marked 20% off, then just a few days later, there was a 40% off sale. I inquired about getting a "price adjustment" -- common in my experience from good retailers -- and they dithered. I asked again, and they said they'd do it, and would pass my request and description of good cust. svc, including price adjustments, on to the management. Hopefully they have done so and will implement a specific price adj. policy that anyone can seek if they meet the criteria. Responsive, yes, but not without more prodding by me.

I love linen has become my favourite sheets and bedding supplier and i have just baught my second sheet set from them!
I have tried3 other brand of linen sheet so far and I LOVE LINEN has been my absolute favourite! Very generous when it comes to sizing so there is plenty to tuck into the mattress, and colours are so nice and don't fade. In my latest order i received a swatch of all their linen options and i am already eyeing of another set for my bedroom of a gorgeous blue stripe.
I so far have the olive pinstripe and a Beige Gingham set.
We have had over 3 guest also comment on how soft and luxurious the sheets have felt when o stying overnight.

I’ve been looking for a long time to purchase linen bed sheets that are of quality and comfort. I have finally found them. I always read reviews before purchasing, as I find the feedback incredibly helpful and trustworthy. The moment I opened the packaging, I was reassured and delighted not only with my colour choice but the luxurious feel of the linen, I love my new bed sheets. Also, as an extra touch, inside my package was a selection of swatches! Clever and thoughtful. Now which pattern and colour shall I choose next?

I already have some linen sheets and love them, but was impressed by the gsm of these, at 170 gsm, the perfect weight, apparently, to last for a long time. Time will tell. I bought Clay in Queen and have washed them twice prior to using. They're nice and soft, and a beautiful color. I know I'll love them on the bed. BUT: two ideas for improvement: At this price point, please make the hem on the top sheet at least 3-4" wide. It looks so much better, rather than cheap. Also, please offer open ended pillowcases: I really HATE the pocket type --they must be ironed to even sort of lie flat, and you can only sleep on one side of the pillow because the pocket flap is on the other side. My pillows are about 26" long, normal size, and I LOVE having a long open flap to drape on the bed. Or offer both types and see which kind people prefer . . . !! Otherwise, I'm expecting elegant comfort and great appearance! More stripes please; in more interesting stripe patterns. I'll buy more if I can!

I have SO many ilovelinen products - shirts, shorts, pillow cases and a quilt cover. I've had my desert rose quilt cover for ~2 years now, and it is so comfy, beautiful colour, makes my room feel luxurious and is such a perfect material for the tropical North Queensland climate I live in.
I am writing this review however, because I have a little black kitty that sleeps on my bed every night. He likes to make biscuits and knead into my quilt, I tried to stop him when the ILL quilt cover was new but as time went on I just let him. I don't know what magic it is, but he has managed to make holes in the quilt underneath but the linen quilt cover is unharmed?? Zero damage! Both of us love it, 11/10. Thank you :)

It was great that I could get free fabric swatches, as this made it much easier to decide on a colour for my quilt cover. I went with desert rose, and I love the texture of the linen. It does look more orange than I was expecting, with barely any trace of the rose I could see in the sample. But at least it is the right tone for me: not too dark, not too pale, and with plenty of warmth. It remains to be seen how well it washes and wears over time, but this is a great quality, beautiful product which I expect to enjoy for years to come.

I love your products, the quality is there and I have been enjoying your bedsheets selection since 2016 - That's why my last order experience with I Love Linen was so disappointing. I ordered an entirely new bed set in the Ochre (which we love) I also ordered some new White King Pillow Cases and a new Warm Grey Fitted Sheet (to go with our existing sets). I was told that the white pillowcases were currently out of stock but I could have the remaining items shipped. Only the ochre bed set arrived. I've now been informed a month after my original order that the Warm Grey Fitted Sheet has been discontinued - I was given an option to pick another item or request a refund. I saw on your website that there were still 50cm versions of the fitted sheets available (my order was for the 40cm) - I requested the 50cm Version for the sheet but was told it would cost an extra $30 with no discount, even though there has been a delay on these items. I've now requested a full refund on all the remaining items (which for some reason will take another 10 days) I'm very disappointed that you have discontinued the warm grey fitted sheet range and that you couldn't offer any kind of discount considering the time and inconvenience caused. I was a very happy customer up until this order and I don't think I will be using I love linen again.

These days you expect a business to not only have a great product but also to provide a great service. I love linen might have good products (I can’t tell anything about their quality as I am waiting for my parcel to arrive and it’s been forever) but provide minimal to zero customer service. Too lazy to investigate the delayed status with Australia Post and ask their customers to do so instead. I understand that you are small family business - that just means you have to try harder in serving your customers. 1 star for a terrible service and won’t be back even though the products are great.

My recent purchase of your beautiful ivy gingham quilt cover and matching pillowcases was received with squeals of delight from my daughter in law. They had admired it on your website so we purchased it as a housewarming present for their first home purchase. They rightfully described it as soo very cute and just exactly what they had been looking for. Thank you for your excellent customer service and prompt delivery. It was difficult for me not to tell them what I had ordered while awaiting delivery as I was soo excited also at the perfect housewarming present I had found for them but wanted it to be a surprise. Very happy family all around. We shall all certainly be purchasing more of your beautiful wares. Lea.

The whole shopping experience was enjoyable; the website is well put together, the delivery was quick and easy and the product (even the wrapping up was considerate and beautiful) The linen curtains I ordered certainly didn't disappoint and I love the texture as well as the subtle colours and the details such as the rubbons to tie up the curtains.
