I Ordered a sleeping hare necklace by Alex Monroe, the box was missing as it had been gift wrapped. I spoke to the lovely person on the phone and without hesitation they sent the box next day. couldn't fault them, great price, great service.

Very quick delivery, well packaged and loved all the items purchased. Also loved the little note in the parcel to say thank you for the order and enjoy the gifts! Just a simple thing makes it so much more personal!

Very dissapointed with size of earings they looked bigger in photos .The size of these does warrant the cost . Sadly having purchased some things of etsy recently I was already wary of how product may be photographed . I carefully examined photo but again I was decieved . I am going to be alot more reticent to buy of etsy again .

Brooch ordered was exactly like shown on site. Quick delivery. Shame that interior of gift box was very basic would have been better with material instead of cardboard. Would have preferred to have paid slightly more for better presentation of gift
