I am delighted with the excellent quality of my new oak dining table and the customer service was top notch! Everything was handled for me and it arrived faster than expected. I’m so glad that I chose IconByDesign after searching for months for the right table. I couldn’t be happier!
The company responds really fast and I enjoyed the process with the shipping company. They pick up right away and keeps me informed of my product. They put the table together within 10 minutes.

We bought the Magnus Round Dining Table. It is absolutely beautiful and a perfect size for our NYC apartment. It is well made and sturdy and we couldn’t be happier.
The process of ordering was easy and as I waited for the order to be complete, I received ongoing notifications which was reassuring. The notifications regarding the delivery process was clear and straightforward. The delivery was made as promised and in the early part of the window of time. The day of delivery I called to check in and was helped by a rep in Australia who answered my questions. I love the table and chairs too. They are simple and stylish and just as advertised. This was my first time to purchase a larger piece of furniture online without seeing it ‘in person’ but I have been happy with the whole process. Thank you!
I would give an overall 4.5 stars. I ordered an extendable table, 4 chairs and a bench. It came a month earlier than expected, which is not bad, but did not have the room ready yet. When I received the shipment, one chair was missing. They remedied the issue fairly quickly and with ease. I would give 5+ stars on customer service. The delivery experience was also 5 stars, they make it easy to schedule your delivery time and bring it right into your home. They offered to unpack as well, but I declined knowing my husband would want to put it together. For some reason I thought the furniture was made in Australia, but it is designed there and made in China. The quality of furniture is 4 stars. Two chairs, where the wood layers have been pressed together are slightly rough to the touch. With time this may need to be sanded so not to snag clothing. The cushions could use a little more plushness. Lastly the finish is thin and will likely need updating if your table sees a lot of traffic in a handful of years. Overall, for the price and service I would give 4.5 stars.
