Sign was great (everyone at the party loved it!) but even better than that was the service provided by iCustomLabel. They were so patient and helpful and I received the sign very quickly.

The cigar labels turned out perfect—exactly what we wanted! If ordering, stick to larger size cigars so the band is easier to affix. Shop owner was terrific to work with on our custom order!

My party is on May 24th. I was supposed to receive these labels by the 17th!! It is still not here and you are sending an email to review the product that I have not received

When you could peel the labels off the backing the color would rub off. Very poor quality.

I ordered 2 ornaments that came out really nice! Make sure to read the directions if you order multiple items, I ended up doing it wrong but the company quickly fixed the issue which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely order from them again!

Product was perfect and turned out just as I wanted. The screws were a little small compared to the product but we just used bigger screws to hold it in place and it worked fine!

I do have one suggestion. It would be nice to have an option for one custom label. That would really make this idea special.

The labels looked great when I received them. However, in removing the label from the sheet to put on the wine bottles, where ever I touched the black label the ink came off, creating white streaks through the label. I tried to be very careful removing them, but almost all labels ended up with these streaks all over the printed label. It was very disappointing.

I like giving house gits that are personalized and the placemats are a perfect gift at an excellent price.

The labels came out fast and they looked fantastic. I've used this company several times and the labels are always great.
The new website was a little harder to work and their customer service wasn't that much help. Also, the prices have gone up substantially since the last batch I ordered.
