Ideal Image

I signed up for laser hair removal with Ideal Image a few months before the pandemic hit. Once the pandemic hit I was unable to get an appointment. Of course going a long time between appointments will cause regrowth so I was told Ideal Image would do makeup appointments. The problem is it's almost impossible to get an appointment with them and now they're no longer offering the make-up appointments. My contract will be up soon and I've only had half of my session due to not being able to get an appointment. This treatment cost me a lot of money and it is unfair that I will be able to complete it. It was the first and last time I will use Ideal Image.

This company is horrible! Ridiculously unethical! Ideal Image lie and steal! They know people are vulnerable when it comes to how they look and they take advantage! I was sick for a month and had to quarentine after that and they would not stop charging me. Had I went in there and exposed them all, it would have been what they deserved! It is companies like this one, that are the reason the American people need protection from unscrupulous companies. They have a company motto of "Get the Money by Any Means"! I will never go back and I will let any and everyone I know or meet Not to go there!

I am so disappointed in the way this company has treated me. I did a consultation wanting to know more about laser hair removal. I wasn't given much information about the procedure and apparently the contract. After the consultation I researched the procedure and was terribly frightened. I have terrible anxiety which leads to panic attacks. I have also had various seizures from my panic attacks. So, I called to cancel my whole contract with ideal image and Ideal Image told me I could not do that, that I had to do the procedures. I had an anxiety attack that moment because of how ideal image was basically forcing me into procedures I was to frightened to do. I called the next day after calming down to see what I could possibly do to cancel my contract, they said they needed a doctor's note. So, I went to see my doctor and he gave me a note to send into Ideal Image. I emailed the doctors note to two different people that I was given email address from. I didn't ever hear anything back from Ideal Image. A month goes on and I'm getting Ally Lending letters in the mail. So I call again and Chris, an Ideal Image manager, spoke to me again and tells me that the doctor's note was denied. So I either have to go get a procedure done and have a panic attack at the clinic that might send me into the hospital or pay $3,000+ for nothing. Chris tells me that Alex, Ideal Image's Corporate manager is gonna call me within a week and I did not receive a phone call. After waiting a week and I called Chris again and she told me she was going to reach out to Alex again and I should have received a phone call from her that day. Well hear I am a whole week later and haven't heard back from anyone. I have called Chris multiple times this week and left her messages and she has not reached out to me. I want to resolve this ASAP! If I have to get my lawyer involved than I need to know.

The Company has a very good sales person ill give them that. I did like the way Ideal Image financed so you can use there product. There nurses that do the hair removal are horrible they treat you like dirt and pretend that you don't feel anything at all. I did ever appointment followed ever step they gave me to make sure I do not have hair. Every time I came in for an appoint I told them I don't see the difference they told me it takes time don't worry the hair needs to die off. I have now fulfilled the time allotted from them where I shouldn't have anymore hair on the areas. I have hair and even more hair than before. I have filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because this company is a SCAM. I should have listen to all the reviews because they guaranty satisfaction and treat you horrible when you question the services. They told me oh its blood hair on your arms. MY ARM LOOK JET BLACK NOW. I am also going to social media and local news. DO NOT USE COMPANY SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Ideal Image offered services over the phone during the pandemic time and gave me a loan for $1999.- wich service i never got because when i went to my first appointment the people working there. Told me that i wasn't a good candidate for that service, BTW I had a horrible experience during that apartment, that place is very dirty and very unprofessional. End of the story since I wasn't a good candidate for the service I needed, I wanted to cancel the services and yhey said, their policy don't accept returns or cancelation, so they try to sell other services and keep the money and the agency who gave me the loan, started sending bill after bill for 3 months and Ideal Image didn't want to cancel the service, it was so stressful and horrible experience. Hopefully they will cancel this loan, still waiting 5 months so far, in the mean time o owe 4 months to the loan Company for a service i NEVER RECEIVED!

Start of Covid all appointments were canceled. When Ideal Image reopened, they never bothered to call "all" customers, myself, to schedule appointments. Once I called and was placed back into rotation, they're now overbooked. My hair removal is idealy scheduled every 8-10 weeks. Upon leaving each appointment they state the schedule doesn't go out that far. They'll call with an appointment date. Call never happenes. Now I'm 12 weeks out. Appointment scheduled for today, I arrive with appointment card in hand, showing May 26th, 9am and she says appointment is for tomorrow, May 27th 9am. It's been one disappointment after another since reopening the Mall of GA location after Covid. I do not recommend this location. This was my second and last time patronizing this establishment. Staff is quite rude. Not so much in person. I wonder why.

I went to ideal image 5 weeks ago there is still no results my stomach is still the same I contacted them and told them I didn't want the other set because nothing happened with the first set to just give me my bill for the first set Ideal Image informed me that that manager will contact me which she never had I reached out again to idea image they said the same thing it's been a week I haven't heard from anybody they are a complete rip-off I'm going to write a review every week if I have to talk to some lawyers and reach out to the news because they should not be false advertising things that aren't true I'm a proven fact that they treatment don't work and on my next review I will upload pictures

I had a zoom consultation in July and was told that BBL was the best thing, better than previous laser treatments I had had elsewhere that were successful. The salesperson said I would only need 3 treatments based on what she saw. I have had 3 treatments and even the tech said my results were "unremarkable." I basically threw away $800.
The techs were nice but what difference does that make if I, and they, see absolutely no difference from when I first walked in.
A manager was supposed to call me to discuss but hasn't.

If I could rate in the negative I would. After inquiring to an email advertisement that advertised a discount for 50% off photo facial treatment, I was not provided the cost amount upon inquiry, but rather repeatedly called and emailed day after day to schedule a video consultation even after I explained that I was on vacation. Once I finally agreed to the consultation, during yet another attempt for them to schedule, it immediately was turned into a video consultation. At that time I agreed to service at a location on Windward Parkway in Milton, Ga near my home. The representative then indicated that she was having difficulty with the system and could not schedule at the time, but advised that the scheduling department would call me back. Several days later I received a call and was informed that the service I purchased based on my location was no longer offered there as Ideal Image did not have the equipment in said location. Other locations were suggested and I indicated they were not options for me due to distance and that I would need to be issued a refund. I was told someone would be calling me back. When I did not receive a call for another week, I contacted Ideal Image. After telling my story, and being transferred to the third person, I was very rudely informed that the staff member that performed the service was no longer at the location and I would just need to go to another location or accept credit for a different service. When I advised that I would need a refund as they were not able to provide the service as sold to me I was informed that would not be happening. I explained that this was a bait and switch method as I entered into an agreement for a service at an agreed upon location when I made payment. When I asked to speak to a Supervisor I was laughed at and informed that if I spoke with someone is management I would experience an even worse response from them. I assured the representative that it would be necessary for me to speak with the Supervisor. After holding for a lengthy period of time, I was informed the individual was not available and I asked if I would like to be called back. To which my reply was affirmative - they still have my money for services sold under false pretenses, and I am still waiting for a return call and full refund. To say I am appalled at the terrible sales model and inept customer service would be an understatement!

I recently purchased the membership for Ideal Image mainly for the discounted Botox. However, when I called to schedule an appointment to get Botox, I was told Ideal Image are short staffed and they are months out from me being able to get an appointment! They said they might have additional help by 7 July, but I'd like to have had the Botox BEFORE 7 July or at least close to that date! I don't think I should have to wait months to get an appointment for Botox when it's only supposed to last for 3. Additionally, I honestly believe the last injections I received were watered down because I really shouldn't even need additional injections yet because it hasn't been 3 months since my last appointment. I would like the $250 to be refunded to me, so I can go elsewhere for my injections.

The cool sculpting DOES NOT work! Do not be sucked in by their sales staff. Ideal Image will lie through their teeth to make a buck. They are scammers and liars. That's what their sales staff is paid to do. If you change your mind they won't refund any of your money, nor will they allow you to back out of the sculpting. You pay for it whether you go in for the worthless process or not and they will not return your calls if you want to discuss options. $4,000 later you have no results other than you now know to tell others about the awful experience at the Non-ideal image.

Ideal image is very bad, you can't even review your experience on their website. I got cool sculpting done not long time ago, under my butt cheeks, first of all one side is completely different from the other one, one side you can see that the fat was taken off but it didn't even blend in with the rest of my leg fat, it looks ridiculous, on my second leg, it didn't take any fat at all... my legs just looks so uneven and bad, I wish I was told that this could happen, this was the biggest mistake of my life, Ideal Image didn't even offer to fix it, because they don't know how and they can't promise me that they can make it look better, so much for years of experience lol, such a waste of money! 2500 k for this treatment, still paying for it...

I had called ideal image for fat removal on my stomach area. I was told by Danielle Damarmis it would take eight cycles the first would take four cycles and you come back four to six weeks later and have the other four cycles done to make sure Ideal Image removed all the fat cells from that area. I was told by Danielle how much it would be she told me around 4,000 she would need two thousand up front and I could pay 136.00 a month until the balance was payed. I agree and gave my permission to use my debit card. I did exactly that and I was made a appointment a month later that was all she had available. When I finally got to get my procedure done I was told I would need 16 cycles to complete the procedure. I went home and called Danielle the same day and told her what had happened in the office that day. I was told by Danielle that I was right and I was very mislead by the procedure. She apologize and told me the only thing she can do is have her manger give me a call. So I waited a few days and spoke to the manager who also apologized and offer me Botox I said I wasn't there for Botox then she offer me free hair removal I told her I wasn't there for hair removal. She said the only thing she can do for me is offer me eight cycles more for 2,500. I said absolutely not I'm not giving you 2,500 on top of the four thousand she said then I can't help you. Then I immediately went to my bank to reverse the charges and they did. Two weeks go by and I looked at my account and the money for ideal image was revised again to ideal image. My bank said I signed a paper stating no refunds I was furious at this time I'm now 1,900 hundred dollars over drawer in my account that I have used over the two week period. I never felt more scammed from a highly recommended place in my life. Please do not get any work done in any of there offices around the US. They tell you one price and make you pay for it even before they will make a appointment. THIS Is ANOTHER Case of FRAUD. Beware do not fall for what I feel for don't ever go to any of there locations even the one in boca they are all connected.

I would love any feed back about this company because I plan on suing them for false advertisement for Misleading and misrepresentation people.

I am 40 years old, I did ultherapy on my neck. Ideal Image mutilated my neck. When I called to them they said wait, in 2 months everything will be fine, and it was like this for 6 months, in the end when they finally decided to accept me again they said we don't know why it happened. When I asked for my money back, they said no. Before accepting me they called and wrote, and when they did mistake they began to ignore me. Manager never in the office. If you decide to do the procedures in the ideal image think 1000 times, they disclaim responsibility. I was add picture what they did to my neck.

Please be advised that Mr. Whitefield submitted the loan documents before contacting the nurse for clearance of the procedure. I am still receiving invoices from HCS, the finance company for the full amount of the loan, $ 2700. 00, I only used Juvederm filler which cost 500.00. I did not want to use the other services and I want these charges removed from the finance company.The nurse did not clear for the cheek filler, which is the one I am requesting to have removed from this account. I have requested the cheek filler charge removed several times to no avail. I even contacted the Better Buisness Bureau for help but he will not respond to the inquiry. I am very upset with this company, now I'm stuck with a loan for services I did not get.

I received a call from Kelly after I had filled out a form on the site to get a consultation for cool spa therapy. She recommended that I pay for the service up front so i could hold my place in line and that I should expect to hear back in the next few weeks with an appointment. It's been 6+ months and I never heard from anyone. I emailed Kelly back multiple times and she let me know she could not refund me my 100$. Thank god I did not pay for the whole service up front like she suggested. Essentially she told me tough luck on my 100$ or I could apply it towards the procedure I originally asked for... after 6 months of no response. Save your time and money! Don't go to these crooks and if you get Kelly do not give her your money! You're better off at any of the other companies in the boston area.

I purchased Botox more than 6 moths ago. The same day if the appointment Ideal Image tell they couldn't do it because they need it to see my blood work from my doctor because one of the medication I take. Well, if they have tell me this I have gotten to the appointment prepare. I was asking the lady that supposed be a nurse questions about Botox and she was looking at me, like she didn't know what I was talking about. She make me feel like I was an idiot. I would not recommend this place. Very unprofessional and I wonder if that lady was really a nurse? Because she didn't know anything about Botox. I'm very dissatisfied with the way they handle business and they way they treat the clients. All I want right now is my $420 because I would never going there again.

I was harrased in to hurrying up and signing a contract for coolsculpting. The lady called me over and over within a short amount of time. Eventually even blocking her number. But I found out I was pregnant within days of signing a contract. I didn't even have an account number when I called to notify them and cancel. I was told today by Casey Weisz that Ideal Image would cancel with Ally lending but I would still be reapfor paying Ideal Image for services I never received and won't receive for quite sometime. Unbelievable!

This is a really terrible business who will take your money and when you tell them you don't see the results you paid for Ideal Image will tell you that they cannot refund your money and that the treatment works differently for different for different people. Their customer service agents will not acknowledge that the procedures they offer do not work. Additionally, the individuals performing the procedures are rude and did not make me feel welcome any of the times I went. Save yourself the time and avoid this business at all costs. When I told the customer service agent that I wanted my money back she told me that there is no money available to refund. I paid a lot of money for the services I received not to mention time and energy attending the appointments.

Dedra from Ideal Image Buckhead, Atlanta performed my Ultratherapy Treatment. She was Amazing! I was very nervous about the process. She explained every step and was so patient answering my questions and calming my nerves. During the procedure she told me everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. She told me what I could expect and was incredibly knowledgeable about phototherapy. I felt like I was I expert hands and will definitely go back to her for the lower half of my face. I could not be happier
