See above. You need to revamp your system, it's not very thorough. You need to remind people what item the ordered and from who. I don't remember Ifabric, or what I may have ordered from them... it was 8 months ago! Can't provide 'proof of purchase' for the same reason. Sorry.

I ordered black and white checked fabric for a special memory t-short quilt. Areas of the black squares are white lines and smudges. I will have to cut around the marred fabric and. Su not have enough to finish the quilt for the widow of a racing man who died unexpectedly.

I have had great luck with this company! Both their products and there customer service were Amazing. I purchased fabric. It look gorgeous! Just ordered 3 more yards to make a matching. The price of the fabric was 1/3 what my interior designer wanted to charge me and the quality of the fabric was much better than the sample her supplier sent for approval.

Fantastic app! Easy access to pricing and stock! The customer liked the sample very much when it arrived. I had to cancel the order because it took more time than anticipated. IFabric issued a refund for the sample but very generously sent the sample anyway. Honest and professional service that was much appreciated. Thank you!

There was no number to call and actually speak to someone other than a number that said the mailbox was full, so obviously no one checks the messages. I emailed in reference to status, only to get generic answers. My package finally shipped after threatening to file complaints with several consumer advocacy agencies

When I found your site, I was so happy. You had 120" tablecloths that were PERFECT for my son's graduation party. I ordered them and you took my money $349.43 immediately. Then things took a downturn- I never got an order confirmation. I have called - the voicemail is full- I have emailed, I have filled out chat forms on your website- and NOTHING. Now I am having 200 people to my house on Friday and am left to scramble to find tablecloths. Very disappointing.

The roll of 60 inch sanitized burlap I received was perfect for the 10 table coverings needed for the backyard reception.
Yes this is burlap so there was constant shedding when I was working with it and that is to be expected. Any remnants will be used for other decorations.

IFabric sent the wrong color. Tried to call, the call went to some obscure mail box extension that could not take messages. Tried to Chat, waited all day to get an email say they were available for a chat. Sent an Email, got a response of "send me a picture of what you received", did that. Haven't heard another word, that was 2 weeks ago. Still waiting.

I ordered several yards of fabric at what seemed like a steal of a price listed on their website. Then the company canceled the order after I placed it and told me I had placed it for swatches instead of yards. But I had double checked before I ordered.

I was so impressed with the service I received from Fabric-Online. I sent a question and it was answered very quickly and in a very professional way by Tom Bird. I placed an order and within a couple of days the fabric was delivered and everything was exactly as agreed. I would highly recommend this company.

Every fabric I bought was completely different in person than on the website. The pale lemon chiffon was florescent yellow, the beaded lace was unbeaded, the minky was dirty and none of the pieces were usable. I was really disappointed and even threw some of it away. Because of past experience with online ordering from foreign countries, I didn't even bother to contact the company or try to return any of it. Just considering it a lesson learned.

I paid for 5-7 day expedited shipping. My order was delivered 15 business days after my order was placed. When my order didn't come on time, I emailed ifabric twice to ask to cancel the order and refund me. No response. When the order arrived, I had to email twice to ask for information on how to return my items. IFabric said they would charge a 50% restocking fee plus I had to pay for shipping. No way! Clearly they never responded to my requests to cancel the late order because they knew I'd be stuck with the items once they arrived. Terrible customer service and frankly a dishonest company.

I found 25 yards of Hello Kitty fabric at a fraction of the cost that the same fabric was at other sites. I read the reviews, waited a bit, was really skeptical at first but Decided to take my chances despite the bad reviews. Got my shipment in 10 days. Extremely satisfied!

Like many reviews before mine. Ordered my choice of fabric site showed it in stock. 3 weeks pass and just now getting a label created email from them. The next day I receive your package has been delivered please share your review…. Peter T you can get $#*!ed. With your generic response to people on here. You are trash and so is your company.

I ordered fabric on the 1st of April and NEVER received the fabric. IFabric told me they shipped it out on April 12 which was already too late for my project but I would have been OK with that but literally there's no tracking info. I've called- the number is not in service. I've emailed and only gotten one response (and that was when I threatened to dispute the charge on my card). Since then I've emailed and used the chat service on their website (the chat is 100% pointless. No one answers). Too bad I didn't read the reviews BEFORE purchasing.

I purchased a large order on October 28th 2020 for a total of $222.87 I NEVER RECEIVED THIS ORDER. Customer service emails have been ignored, ups has no tracking for the package because IFabric also NEVER RECEIVED IT. Upon trying to call the phone number listed, the only thing I got was an automated message telling me that the number is out of service. I am being blatantly ignored by this company who is withholding my order from me. I have been recommending this company to others but no longer, as this is completely unacceptable.

I was totally surprised how easy this fabric was to sew on my sewing machine. It looked so stiff and thicker then it actually is. I made valances, curtains, pillows and recovered seat cushions IFabric turned out so beautiful. I love this fabric so much, I'm looking to purchase other colors to use I'm my home.

I ordered fabric in November 2020: have many emails stating that it will be shipped ASAP, 1 email stating Mailing Label (UPS) generated on 1-6-21, called customer service - "# not in service" every time in Dec 2020, and again in Jan 2021, tried the online chat - no response... THIS COMAPNY IS A FRAUD!

Their tracking is bogus. Don't try calling, you'll get no answer and if IFabric do contact you by resulting in email. You'll get a half truth response. They lie saying it's been mailed but after a month of not getting your merchandise you'll realize that yourself. I can't say enough bad about this company, I truly don't believe they care about their customers. Only good thing I can say is at least I won't have to deal with them again!

I purchased this fabric for a prop I am building, and it is exactly what I wanted. I'm thrilled! Delivery was as estimated and it was packaged very well for shipping. It is beautiful, the perfect weight, and doesn't crease easily or change shape after being on a roll.
