IGVault is not SAFE! I chose safe trade to buy FIFA 21 coins, the coons were delivered however, I received a warning from EA that the my account is banned do to Coins distribution. I spent a lot of time building my team and collecting coins and it's all gone. I tried contacting customer service but IGVault are not cooperative; that is if they answer. Please don't use this website, otherwise your account will be banned. It's definitely my last experience with them and I will make sure to spread the word out there.

I was selling an account. The buyer kept the account and I didn't receive any money. IGVault did not help me or offer anything else in exchange. IGVault are putting all responsibility on you. Also, as a buyer I bought an account and after warranty the seller recovered the account and iGVault started ignoring me and didn't do anything. I lost around $400 on this website. I don't recommend this website.

I have bought several accounts from this site and most of them were taken away and the password was changed and I was locked out of the account and IGVault won't provide compensation either even if you got it in the 7 days guarantee they will just ignore it and say talk to Epic games or some $#*! like that.
Don't buy cracked cheap ship they are mostly scams.

Most of the cracked accounts I buy literally aren't even delivered and they give me some random bull$#*! scam account which I didn't even ask for.

The account information that was provided was a scam. I took all the necessary steps to either get the correct info or refund me the money. The seller ignored my email. I then emailed iGVault and did not help me or offer anything else in exchange. IGVault told me I was past my guarentee. I stated where it stated I had a deadline. I got a stupid response back. Again emailed where did it stated the deadline. Nothing back. Please dont waste your time or money.

I ordered 250,000 coins from these crooks and IGVault duly sent the coins.
However within a couple of hours EA removed every single coin I had amassed. They took the 250,000 I purchased from these crooks and also coins I had before the purchase and now I have zero coins.
I contacted these crooks only for the customer service to pretend to help them swiftly end conversation with me. (My email,

Absolute pirates, £26 is nothing to me but your attitude in relation to business etiquette will not get you far.

Nothing bad to say, IGVault d their job and we have directly what we come to buy in 1 hour. When they don't have something it is " out of stock " in their webside so it's not like a lot of liar service who told you they have and let you wait more than need to give you something. Just go to their chat and ask them for something you want they will be honnest and kind as $#*!

I never signed up with this site but got charged $78.00 & than BOA Charged me a INT"L Fee afterwards & IGVault don't have a customers service number to directly get in contact with if that doesnt scream scam idk what does they showed up on my card history but "they can't find me in their records" as i was looking at the history on my laptop and they wanted to know my card info and wanted a screenshot of my bill history im currently trying to get a hold of my bank to dispute the charge and block them and report the sites activity

I placed an order for a gold 2 league account from this seller "Turbosmurfs" I received the info instantly IGVault sent me an email called yopmail, a username and a password but when I went to type all of this info in none of it worked. I tried to go to the league website and recover the password or something but NOTHING was being sent to the email address they provided me. Then I saw that there was an email in the inbox that said that the account info was changed 3 days before I even purchased it. When I told this seller what happened they tried to pull one over on me and said "No the account info was changed 15 minutes AFTER you bought the account" lollll what? Thank god they left that email in there to show the info was changed 3 days prior to me purchasing the account or I would have been screwed out of my money. They go "oh that's weird did you want another account?" so after they failed to scam me they gave me another account that was banned 3 days later for "botting" and "leveling by botting". After they gave me the new account I went in and changed the info and stuff to make it my own as I didn't foresee any issues arising. There's a 45 day warranty on this purchase so when I let them know that it was banned from them botting they said that I needed to change the login username back to what they provided me with but when I tried it said "username is unavailable as it is being used in another region" (In China because that's where they make their accounts it says it in the settings on league I can still sign in through the website to see info) So basically I'm assuming what they do is once they sell this account to you and you change your info they recycle that username and password and sell it to the next person so once/if your account gets banned they'll be able to say that you cant give them the proof that they want by changing it back to the original username (that they already sold to the next person) and sorry no refund! I guess that explains why they sold me an already purchased account in the first place. This is wild. The company hardly speaks english they truly don't understand or care about anything going on and they're siding with the seller because I can't change the username back even though I've shown them that the summoner name is still the same as the one provided to me on that account. Just a warning for anyone that's thinking of using them.

OrderS were DAYS late and when I contacted customer service the Live Chat agent "Olivia" I stated my issue very clearly explaining that my orders were not just hours late but, DAYS late. She responded "what so you want a refund?"... Never have I ever had such poor customer service. So unprofessional!
I will be contacting my bank and claiming fraudulent activity and will never use these scam artists again!

NO I will not send you my order number. We are past pleasantries and being cordial. I tried to reach out and got nothing but, attitude and "If you still do not agree with what I am telling you, you can contact our manager." blah blah blah same bullcrap line any scam artist would make.

Many People are saying Igvault is safe. And partially it is true, because if you just buy money for your game or other little stuff it is ok.
I bought a Account and after just 1 month i cant log in to my Account my Email was not longer registred and the support gives a **** about my problem, cause out of guarantee.
Funny thing is that i just got hacked shortly after gurantee:)
Support cant write or speak english or german.
So Guys please dont buy anthing from there.

PS PS: Just for you to know. They write a rating and it looks like you wrote it but you dont wrote it. You cant delete or edit it. (look Picture). You really think i would give a good rating without testing it and after getting scammed i wont change it? THEY WRTIE THEIR OWN RATINGS. How sad could this sh*t website be pls... dont trust them

IGVault sell hacked accounts OR accounts which have Real ID enabled, which makes it easy to recover for the previous owner with their ID card.

Tried to buy one OW account, got access to it then I got logged off by someone I guesses was the owner and a few minutes later the account was suspended. Does the seller scammed the site or did the site sell an hacked account, who knows?

Maybe they don't check accounts they sell to see if there's any way owner can recover it, either way it's a scam and you absolutely don't want to deal with them.

Needless to say I didn't get a refund

I recently purchased 2k myteam currency and waited for 16 hours now and the seller will not respond whatsoever when I just send a reminder this $#*! keeps ignoring me plus he even tried to block my messages. Do not believe that stupid igvault representative who replies to these reviews cause IGVault never respond to any emails. I emailed them 3 times and they haven't done $#*! or responded. Either they have extremely bad customer service or they are pure scammers which is definitely what I've seen other people say as well. So they do this crap to everyone who buys from their site and they make it way too hard just to get a refund. Don't ever buy from this website believe me save your money and use it elsewhere. If I could give a negative rating I really would as well as many others. All of the positive comments are not real people its people from their site that put these messages to make them look good.

Stay far far far far far far away from this site. I have purchased 3 accounts from them for Overwach and within a year all three accounts have been hacked and whoever the original owner was took it back over. IGVault provides no help or resolution for this whatsoever. IGVault only have a 7 day guarantee. People are literally selling their accounts on here and then getting them back after a certain amount of time. This is a SCAM. Stay away! Wasted $50 on this.

I have recently bought two accounts for this website. IGVault both worked fine for exactly two weeks. I changed the passwords and email address just as the support told me to do. After the two weeks in which the support helps you, both my accounts got hacked. The emails and passwords were changed. When I went to the online support they take ages to answer even though it says that you are talking to a real person. The answers have many spelling mistakes and often wrong grammar. The worst thing is that in both cases they were unable to tell me what to do or help me with anything. They just said "We are sorry but can't help". So if you want to buy an account do not go on this website since you will probably get scammed and the support will not help you. The only thing that they will do is talk over the same thing over and over again and in the end you just lose your time and money. Horrible!

I nought a LOL account because I don't want to level another account. However, the account got banned due to level botting within 2 days. I contacted customer service through live chat and provide all the information ( screenshot, username, password). The lady named "melinda" keeps telling she cannot log into the account, which is kind of bull$#*!. I am able to log into my account, but the screen account suspension showing up. Very very bad customer service and IGVault lie about it. I am going to copntact paypal to cancel all of the transaction.

The chances of actual delivery of purchased item in the promised time frame is quite variable. Twice it was within the time promised, four times it was not. The order status page has a link to "Apply for partial refund" which simply sends you to the generic help page. The Online Chat option allows you to be told by iGVault that the (for example) 8 hour time frame promised means you have to wait 2 to 3 days before requesting a refund. As the customer you are required to contact iGVault's delivery person yourself and wait for any reply IGVault may choose to provide. IGVault is happy to take your money, but delivering the goods still requires you to do a lot of follow up.

I made a 65€ purchase yesterday (réf: GLD*******374393) which was never delivered to me.
The seller tried to scam me with a "you have to pay again because you have been debited twice" and almost made me paid another 130€ on top of the 65€.

Moreover, I tried to contact the live support, IGVault said "we won't do anything, it's your fault that you have been scammed by one of OUR sellers, we won't do a refund so f*** off"

I highly discourage anyone from buying there, don't expect anything from your "3 days guarantee" which is just a concept apparently

Bought a blizzard account, changed email, password and secret question. After a week someone claims back the account. Unable to login since. Reached out to IGVault support, their are not issuing a refund or a remplacement.

Their claiming that there is no evidence that the original owner took back the account. I personnally don't care who stole the account from me. I paid 25 euro and only got to use it for 6 days.

So basically it's a scam, IGVault are selling accounts but have no way to garantuee that the owner won't claim it back. I don't even know how he did considering the fact that I changed all the personnal information.

Bottom line is, avoid this website. I got scammed, lost 25 euro. Don't do the same mistake.

So i have had 2 reviews with IGVAULT the first one is where I bought a league of legends account and a month after buying it the user stole it back from me and when I spoke to the website IGVault simply said that its out of the warranty time and they refused to do anything for me (account costed 130 euros)

Second account which was today I bought it but the seller gave me the wrong account info so after talking to the support they froze the payment and said I'm not eligible for a refund for the next 48 hours, why is that? I didn't even receive my order so after checking the terms of service it states (I'm eligible for a refund if I did not receive the order) so after showing that to the customer service they denied it and refused to refund me... what a scam site that let scammers roamf freely inside

Got quite few pokemon go accounts there. Fast delivery and all accounts were really great. IGVault give you access to email so it's really easy to change email/password without the need to contact buyer. Live support is great, all people there been really helpful so far. Also they are the only sellers i found who sell shiny pokemons, if you want to buy pokemon go accounts, I highly recommend it.
