Applicants completely unqualified
The ad we placed was clearly for a doctor of veterinary medicine, the resumes we got from iHire were from people with literally zero relevant experience or training. Not even any veterinary experience, much less a doctorate. One, who had an "iScore" of 51, was a hairstylist with a high school degree. Another with an iScore of 68 is a dog groomer. Obviously neither of these are qualified to work as a veterinarian so I don't understand how iHire would get scores above 10. It got to the point that I wasn't even checking the applicants as it was such a waste of time, and then, of course, I got a few resumes from actual doctors that I missed. One had an iScore of 52, so according to iHire the dog groomer was more qualified for this position than the licensed veterinarian. Very disappointing; will not use again.

Not apply
Needs first response how ever, doing the time of search there were lots of chellenges reaching to the submit were I had to finish up all part of that applications and I hope the employer sees me as part of consider. During this time, I would like you to find me as part of your EMPLOYEMENT

Misleading Advertising
After posting the job we got 3 resumes - 2 of which had no experience. IHire suggested we lower our qualification for employment. Then they gave us resume search for free which had 3 resumes out of 350 that actually had some of what we were looking for but they were 3 months old. I would save your money and not try this one.

Very pleased with support from the iHire Team.
We are all trying to hire great people during a challenging economic period. The iHire team was really helpful in reviewing our post, providing recommendations, and checking in with support. My team and I appreciated their support, which was unique to this platform from the others we used.

Poor results!
I feel I didn't get responses in a personal manner due to the percentage aspect before I sent resumes. This was very insulting. Simple wording, not incorrect. Perhaps informing applicants so iHire have a chance. People lives depend on this information and in the end your company uses your services to help out by paying for help. Cancel my account.

Senior Analyst Quality Assurance
I did use iHireQA technologies some. I found the site quite useful. One of the things I liked about the site was the Resume match feature. Since I just landed a position, I have decided to cancel my membership for now, since I am not using the site so much but instead concentrating on preparing myself for the new position. I will probably join iHireQA later if I am again in the market.

Job Openings Information Needed
No specific job opening confirmed. I, received emails and notifications of job openings, but no specific Co. Or Employer. NOTHING indicated whether or not I was considered or not, nor was there any indication of which Co. (or companies) was hiring for which job, or which job I was being considered for (if being considered). The information was to vague & simply general with no specific info on specific job openings, no specific job titles, no info on which Co. For which job.

Dont waste your money
This is the ultimate middle man of a website. IHire provide no actual service besides being a website you get to other websites from. As well they charge a ridiculous amount for postings that nobodys going to find or take seriously on this borderline scam of a website. Dont waste your money

Pointless site unless you want to pay to look for a job
I'm sorry, but with all the sites out there now, you can use those for free and find a job. I am on many sites and after going through this whole process and making a profile and adding my resume only to find out I have to pay to use it to even view a job! That's just ridiculous and so not worth it to me. I definitely would not use this site especially pay for it. With all the sites out there now I don't know why anybody would pay to use this site to find a job inless it's a miracle site that finds you a job right away. People are obviously looking for work so not everybody has the money to pay a site to find one. Sorry just really aggravated me.

Not what I expected
When I signed up for iHire, I was under the impression there would be more applicants that Indeed. I have not found that to be the case. There are several that I have reached out to that are not even looking for a position currently. I feel like it is not as easy to use as I thought it would be and a lot of work for people who are not even looking for employment.

At odds with with advise provided by similar resume building sites.
My resume was according to the view properly formatted and used a proper font selection. The stand out is your site advised a summary of experience type of opening. This summary of skills has been marked obsolete, and according to the other site is not preferred even in the cover letter.

Such inconsistency in resume building advise leaves me conflicted as to whether the profession of Resume Writer and the advise provided by sites is to be trusted. This made all the worse when I have been searching for work for quite some time.

Impressed
I have been looking for a job for several months. I thought what the heck I'll try the premium for an couple of months and see what happens. I received 3 emails from different companies about a position within the first two weeks I was on premium. By the end of the month I was offered a job. Well worth the money.

Customer Service
The support from Mishanna Wood, Cammi Foreman, and Jan (Customer Success Rep) has been nothing less than phenomenal. My company (OrthoArkansas) is currently in the trial run with iHire, and so far I love everything you guys have to offer. I love the fact that we can post on multiple job boards to reach a wider audience of applicants. I love the fact that I can call for a customer success rep and speak to someone that I'm familiar with over and over again - that's life! I love the quality of candidates that I'm receiving from this company, I love the honesty from the customer success rep of things that you guys are working to improve on, and as you can see I'm huge on customer service. With all of that said, what you're doing is working for busy recruiters such as myself, don't stop!

Is this a joke?
I posted 3 jobs for warehouse positions. Only one applicant actually lives in the US and doesn't even have the appropriate qualifications. I feel as though I have been taken.
I have worked in this industry for over 20 years and I have never experienced this before.
Very disappointing.

GM Exec
Laurie did an absolutely incredible job, she takes her clients needs very serious and delivers! I will recommend to all my connections. You are a true asset to the people you help everyday and the company that should feel privileged to have you on the team

No applicants
iHire.com seems like a great place to look for industry specific professionals. After 60-days online, with the featured upgrade and the nationwide upgrade ($365) I received a grand total of zero applications. When I approached them about a refund iHire refused and instead offered me a free listing with the same upgrades. I went ahead with it even though I knew it was useless. I ended hearing from one applicant but he had no experience and lived four states away. Sorry buddy, I'm not going to pay to relocate someone with no experience.

Great site
A key benefit of i-hire membership is receiving more targeted job notifications. I received fewer emails and leads but iHire were more tailored to my needs. I received a job offer for a position that I found and applied to through i-hire. If I need to look for another job in the future, I will re-subscribe.

Patience Goes A Long Way
I am recruiting a physician for our organization, and have placed an advertisement on iHire's job board. Although I have yet to hire one, Molly Floyd, Client Relations, has been very attentive to my needs and concerns. I am amazed at the patience she provided me.

There have been times where I have misunderstood their process, but Molly has always been there to bring clarity and to help to the best of her abilities.

Thanks Molly!

Disappointed in results
I had to give score because for my monthly payment, I received no new job searches. I kept getting customer service or Retail notifications. I have many years of experience in the office and I enjoy the office environment but not many jobs posted. Especially under iHireAdmin which I thought would give me more it did not. When I uploaded my resume it was an older version that was not up to date, but my reviewer did not ask or mention that dates where not up to date. I uploaded a revised version but never got critiqued and I found typos that an extra set of eyes would have been helpful. When I went to look for classes that would be helpful, I found them NOT for free but charged almost $200. Hello local library has books for FREE.

Standardized Resume and Cover Letter templates support efficient online job application process.
The resume and cover letter templates are great. I tailor each (minor changes) to each job description; it's efficient and easy to add notes and track progress (interviews, offers, status) directly within the website.

Also, new jobs are posted frequently, and there has been good response rate from either recruiters or hiring manager to set up a phone screen.

The actual applications are redirected to the company site or other third party application site.
