Incredible Rugs and Decor

I bought an 8x10 Saigon Multi rug for my living room and this rug in size 3x5 for the hallway entrance. Although very different because the color fields are the same they work beautifully together.

I am sad to say it was so confusing to be told it would not be shipped for awhile and it was on back order and it did not include a pad, when I ordered it said included the pad, and it was in-stock! now I see its coming for China, I'm thinking I'm not going to see this rug for quite awhile. They say it was shipped but I feel it was just to satisfy me for now. coming for China is not hopeful

This is the first review I have ever done EVER but felt I needed to make a comment.
This company…every single person I interacted with were professional and polite in every way. They clearly answered all my questions and followed through on all my requests. I have so far bought three large rugs from them and love them all.
I would recommend this company to anyone!!

I was looking for Karastan rugs, as I’ve had them before and loved the quality. I was also looking for a particular collection. Incredible Rugs and Decor had both … at an excellent price. My order was acknowledged immediately and I received them within 5 days. I was very impressed with their service and will definitely use this company again if the need arises.

I bought the Rizzy Gossamer area rug in Oct 2021. In May 2022 a storm caused major damage to our home and the rug was not salvageable. I was so happy to find I could purchase the same rug from Incredible Rugs & Decor and it arrived in record time! Thank you!

This was my first experience with this company and I have been over the moon impressed by their communication and follow through. I had some challenges with my delivery based on the location of my house and not only was I assisted by everyone who I spoke with, I received a follow up email to be sure my needs were addressed. Everyone I spoke with has been wonderful -
To top it off, we just love our rug - we had a runner already so we knew what the colors were, now having a 9x13 it has been a great addition to our living space. I have already recommended this site to family and friends and I will continue to order from this company.

The website is very organized & easy to use. The area rug selections are incredible. This is my second time ordering a rug, & am very pleased with the customer service as well. Thank you for keeping your business to the standards it was in the good old days.

I wanted to business with this company as I really like their website. They advertise a 112% price match. If you look at the details, it really isn't 112% . . . . just do the math. When I contacted them to price match a rug, they stated that the other online company had made a mistake in their pricing and they wouldn't price match! Well isn't that convenient! At a 35% difference in price, I purchased from the other company. That's really no problem, but I feel this is sleazy marketing.

The area rug is perfect! I order the Oriental Weavers Toscana 9551A in 9’10 x 12’10 and two runners. The colors and quality were better than expected. Delivery was only 10 days from the day I ordered. I highly recommend Incredible Rugs!!!

This was my second purchase from Incredible Rugs and just like my last experience, this was a 5-star rating. Communication regarding my back order was timely and when I realized that I would be traveling during the anticipated delivery period, the team offered to coordinate with the warehouse to hold the delivery until it was convenient for me. The options are endless and the pricing was comparable or less than other places (that didn't have such a great customer service team).

The Karastan Shapura rug I bought is beautiful. I had seen it in a local store but didn’t want to give the unpleasant sales people my business, so I searched for it online and found Incredible Rugs & Décor. I was fortunate to connect with Noah on the Chat line, and there aren’t enough positive comments to describe his helpfulness and responsiveness. I felt like he was my own personal shopper. Shipping was very quick, but when I received a damaged rug caused by poor packaging by Karastan, he arranged for a pickup and replacement. When the replacement rug arrived similarly damaged, I was contacted by Robert, who asked how I wished to resolve the matter and then quickly resolved it. This company provided superb customer service and was the best online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I’m currently working with Noah to find a second rug. There’s simply no need to look anywhere else.

I purchased a Surya rug for my living room (below) after shopping around extensively for the best price along with good customer service. I found both at Incredible Rugs and Decor. Their prices were the best anywhere and their customer service was phenomenal; they stayed in communication with me from the time I placed my order to the day it arrived to make sure everything was moving along smoothly with my order. It arrived even sooner than promised.
The rug is beautiful! I was so impressed with these folks that I ordered more rugs for my hallways knowing what I received would be high quality, a great price, and dependable customer service. I simply wouldn't go anywhere else:-)

I was highly impressed. We had a flood in our home after completely rehabbing to our dream. During the pandemic! We ordered these same rugs elsewhere. The customer service didn’t come close to these pros at Incredible Rugs. Delivery and response, plus security. We will recommend and use them as our needs progress. Thank you!
P.S. Due to our home condition we were not able to open the packaging yet , to inspect the rugs. But with the service we received, we are confident everything will be great.

While I have not yet received my product, my experience has been simply outstanding in terms of ease of ordering, my ability to have questions addressed, and the follow through of the people that I have interacted with. Totally met our expectations! We had seen rugs by Oriental Weavers at a carpet store but could not find the sizes or colors that we needed. Did find them online. The rugs came very quickly and were exactly what we needed. Color match to website was right on. Quality is great and they are a wonderful addition to our home.

Incredible Rugs and Decor has provided quality products and received in a timely mannerThe sizes are versatile for many locations. I will continue to use Karastan products in the future. and purchase from Incredible Rugs and Decor.

Website was easy to navigate and had the product I was looking for. Ordering was easy and responses regarding receipt of the order timely. Good communication and follow up once the order was received. Appreciate the use of UPS for delivery. My experience is UPS is more reliable than other carriers and I’ve never had an order lost during shipment.

I love that all you have to do is scroll down and more items just keep being added instead of having to click to the next page!! There are so many options to choose from as well. The whole experience so far has been easy, I’ll be shopping here again!

I needed a pad for a living room rug I recently purchased from a different vendor. I ordered the Karastan All Felt Pad in the 9’ x 12’ after researching what would be best for my hardwood floors. The ordering was easy and I felt I got a very good price. No sales tax and free delivery to my door. The communication from Incredible Rugs regarding tracking was fantastic and it was delivered to my home very timely. (In fact it came several days before my carpet that I purchased from a different company). I was very impressed with Incredible Rugs, I will for sure use them again.
