It is with deep disappointment I am writing this review. I have made payment of 14 k regarding patta processing in 2018 through online after discussion with Indiafiling staff at Chennai office. A month or two later after repeated follow-up IndiaFilings confirmed that the respective survey / taluk office have agreed to issue the patta after receiving out of payment charges of another 15k.

Almost a year later... With my 500+ (not exaggerated) phone calls they came back and said they are not able to process the document and will arrange for refund immediately. The amount of stress I am facing after making the payment close to 30k which is a big amount for a person coming from middle class family like me is unparellel.

With this senario, not even once I have crossed my limit while communicating with the India filing team to show my dissapointment. I always spoke to them with respect and dignity.

With the out of payment charge of 15k they returned me 12k. They said 3k was paid to officials and was not returned.

With regard to the 14k which I paid through online, they said they will return only 5 or 6 k as partial payment due to their policy. Till date even that amount is not refunded. So in total, I lost 17 k without getting the job done. During the initial days, Indiafiling staff used to call me every single day till I paid their amount. Once you complete the payment, you become their last priority and if it comes to the case of refund, consider your amount is gone. After 2.5 years have lost hope that I will receive my amount. But if this incident of myn would avoid one person to get cheated it will be good.

I had purchased Ledgers accounting software premium license from Indiafilings on 24th July by paying Rs 988/- The sales guy had promised to give me GST invoice, ICICI current account with zero minimum balance but the person stopped answering to my chats and calls from the day I made the payment. After almost 1 week I had send a mail to the company to activate my software account but it was also not answered. After 2 - 3 days I got a call from the Ledgers software support team and IndiaFilings activated my account. The support team was assisting me to set up the account for the first few weeks, still the ICICI account opening formalities were not done even after multiple follow ups.
After using the platform for few weeks I identified few issues and reported to the team for resolving the same and to my surprise the support team also stopped responding to my chats and calls after this. They had not met any of the promises made while selling the product and even the product was not useful. Considering this facts I had written a review in the Google play store and after which I got a call from someone form the company addressed himself as senior manager. Even though I explained all my issues to him, he disconnected the call in between and they had changed my subscription to free and restricted access to many pages in the software.
Now I am not able to use the software even after paying them. These are a group of frauds and I no longer wants to associate with unprofessional team like this and demand for my money back

IndiaFilings are thieves of the first order. Grab your money first and make a bunch of false promises. They will call you a 100 times and try to get your money. Once you transfer, then they show their true color. Wouldnt respond to emails. Keep giving reasons not in desk, gone for lunch, on another call etc, keep you on hold. Also their english and professionalism is totally lacking. They employ a bunch of poorly educated staff, who are good for nothing except their marketing personnel, who will fleece you with their talk. It took them 5 months to get a pvt ltd company incorporated and they blame the govt for it. Also the MOA and AOA was totally different than what was agreed upon and now i have a problem. They squeeze you on time and say that this is the best offer valid only till end of this month and make you pay for it and then alas you have the best nightmare of your life trying to chase them and getting stressed. You land up paying fines to government for their delays in IT filings, ROC filings etc. Please refrain from INDIAfilings. Also to note that all their good 5 star reviews are written by their own staff. If you check their names keep repeating over a period.

My Private Company Registration was completed in 3 working Days. I believe that should be a record of some sorts!. The team which handled it was very considerate and very professional, especially Ms. Preethy who followed up diligently and informed me at every step of the due process.
IndiaFilings also have competent CA teams, Trademark Teams, Legal teams & Statutory Compliance teams to advice us and guide us and take us through the initial process of documentation, registrations, licensing etc.

I wanted my company registered. I had a word with their business advisor. IndiaFilings just wanted to make money nothing else. When you ask them your doubt, they will put a big number in front of you as their fee thinking other people are not intelligent enough. When asking about total cost of registration, that guy increased the amount of govt. Security deposit saying it goes to govt. When i asked "but_____ is the govt. Deposit amount". They ended chat session.

Please do not waste your time and money with such people who give false information and just want to make money.

This is the most pathetic company that you can work with to get your company incorporated. IndiaFilings are the most unprofessional, disastrous, money sucking leeches that you can find in India. The moment they realize they can get your business they will call like beggars to get the money and after that they conveniently forget you. They are nothing short of scamsters who take money at the behest of getting your work done and completely disaapear after that. DONT EVER give them any work and i giving them my company to incorporate was the worst mistake i made. Never Again

Sometimes these review sites could be so misleading because only bad experiences get reported and happy customers do not go out of the way to report. I had a great experience and thought i would report about it in detail, so people can make informed choice. For me this is the third company i am starting, two were started by a local CA friend. I chose indiafilings becos its online and didn't have to travel. I did some research online was a little afraid at first but then decided to go with them becos of the professionalism in the followup process... I liked that IndiaFilings clarified a lot of doubt without asking for any money for any number of hour over phone which made me chose them... once, paid also i was assigned a relationship manager sathya and he took the process very professionally. I got regular email and updates on the status of my registration work and my company was registered in 19 days. During the process, I had to get stamp paper and sign documents which is a hassle but needed for registration so OK. But, i really like them for what happened after registration... once registration was over and account was opened i tried to become an online seller on flipkart but my registration application was denied, so i called indiafilings for help and Deepak was very helpful in getting his contact at flipkart solve the issue for me. They went out of the way to help me, without any charge and this i liked. So, indiafilings people are helpful and genuine in what they do... they go beyond the requirement which is commendable... keep helping more entrepreneurs. Best of luck - Darshan

I, after searching online, selected India Filing for our business registration and as per their available service packages, I selected Rs. 12000 package and started working with one Mr. Mukesh. He assigned few people for various processes and initially IndiaFilings all started communicating with me. But since business registration process is in sequence, for example first process is registration of Partnership Deed, then obtaining company PAN etc, I found no internal communications within their team and after repeated calls and mail approvals for completing Partnership Deed, responsible person Mr. Ramraj stopped taking my calls. And same happened with Mr. Mukesh.
I am very much disappointed with the services and approach of India Filing staff. I might need to initiate refund process to get back my money if I don't get my job done.

The account manager is knowledgeable and professional. The account manager responds to our inquiries in a timely and constructive manner. Effectively solves problems rather than symptoms. Consistently answers the phone with a smile and a friendly hello. The accounts manager is making a positive contribution to my business. Overall, I am very satisfied with the India filings account manager. Though it's not my business but at last I would say he is capable of distinguished performance in a higher-level position and a big THANK YOU to INDIA FILINGS.

Beware of these people. IndiaFilings are fraud and cheaters. They have given me false promises before payment. And after I made the payment they started saying that what I need is not possible. However, I have stated them very clearly my need 3-4 times before paying them. Their people started talking rudely and told me that they can't do what I am asking. I asked them to return my money and they told me to fill some form, which I did, and as they promised that money will get refunded within 30 days. I filled the form on 2. 12. 20 and now it is 11. 2. 2021. It has been more than 2 months, and they are not responding. They are saying me to talk to some Hemapriya, who doesn't answer call. I have spoken to the following people several times but of no use:
Imatavarman, Lela, sarit and many more. They started deleting our chats also.

IndiaFilings were some what OK couple of years back. They now say that they are largest services business, but their portal doesn't work. You never see reply to emails and questions. I went on doing trademark but their reps dont have coordination. They dont even know, they should search for trademark name on MCA and file only unique names.

They promise two days, but nothing really happens. All that happens is they take money and disappear. Later its all your responsibility to follow up, motivate them to work on your file.

Hi, Very good staff & very polite and would refer to every known person of my friends in case if IndiaFilings are looking to start a company, I would say go ahead with indiafilings the best people to serve your needs easily at your convenience of time they take all responsibility in the doing the work on behalf of you & you can relax they will do everything for you. We have purchased an offshore company in Hong Kong through IndiaFilings to make a holding for our activities in Asia. The financial advice of our IndiaFilings account manager was very significant and appropriate. We got our holding company within a couple of weeks, just the time it took for us to remit our documents to IndiaFilings. We were surprised at how trouble-free it was to set-up this company. I have taken India filngs service for MSME registration for proprietorship, GST, TAN and Ledger softaware. Did not get any solution on time. No response from their assigned executives. We have to keep calling them and follow up. Don't have proper knowledge about anything. This is my honest review. I have not been provide whole service yet though at the time taking the service IndiaFilings have mentioned that it will be done within 2 to 3 days and yet whatever software they are providing nobody is there to provide training. For GST also I had to beg that please do the changes and all.
Worst service I have ever seen.

After visiting indiafilings website I have always been impressed about the website quality. But, was skeptical after reading some reviews here. Since I live in Chennai, I decided to go personally to their office and make a decision. Large office with hundreds of people working and 24/7 operations. So, its not a small setup like some of the other vendors I saw. Based on what I saw decided to go for it and my company was registered in 18 days. Some times I had to wait on phone for a customer agent or my relationship manager. But, other than that great service for any person looking to register a company or trademark at very good price.

Here is my final e-mail to IndiaFilings.
Due to the incompetence of your people, I missed my deadline with RoC, Bangalore and am now in default. After repeated phone calls, your people were unable to file a simple letter with RoC, Bangalore and give me a clear path to close my defunct company. Every time I call I get a new person who has no background and thus far have failed to talk to any of your "senior staff".

Due the default, I am forced to hire another provider. You should stop all work, if you did any in the first place, and immediately refund the full amount of Rs 24899 paid on my card. If refund is not processed by tomorrow (14th March, 2017), I will be forced to take legal action that would only increase your cost.

I am fed up of calling and writing to you, and getting only inaction in response. I will not be calling Indiafilings from this point. But if you fail to return the money, I will initiate action. You should take this e-mail as final communication on my service request to close the defunct company.

I have gone for trademark services for my startup, i have asked several questions and told Ms. Rajeswari to advise on things, since i am a layman. She guided me to the other person, i gave them documents but no one advised me the basic thing that the logo has to be black and white upon trademark registration. And upon asking everyone was passing onto another person and shouted we just do filing in 1500 fee apart from govt fee which in market can be done at a very lower cost. People go to such companies to get better advisory, i would advise IndiaFilings just do paper work, better get the paper work done at a lower cost from other source
