Otherwise good service but the live chat representative and the person who emails us from customer service should be on the same page regarding the date of delivery of every item ordered online. Customer service says it can be ordered on a selected date and we place the order but later we find out that it cannot be done on that date so why does the live chat representative says no problem you order it madam and send us an email nd ur ordered will be processed under urgent delivery yet it does not reach on time. So sorry this is the only issue I had with you guys

Both outfits I ordered were beautifully made and fit perfectly. As a plus size woman I was worried that I wouldn't find anything for an upcoming wedding of a friend, and Indian Wedding Saree did not disappoint. Their customer service is also top notch and made sure I had my items on time, and Indian Wedding Saree communicated any delays with the products. I would absolutely order from here again!

I am so pissed off. I bought matching outfits for all of my family. Order placed on sep 24th and tentative delivery date was 4th October. Some of order just delivered on October 9th and other order status is still unknown since it is out of stock. Seriously! Every time, Indian Wedding Saree have different answer for my remaining order and today I was informed I will get detail update on Monday. What does that mean? When I asked "When will it be delivered?" He said " we don't know since it is out of stock?. If we don't deliver we will give you 10% store discount for next purchase". SERIOUSLY! I don't want any store credit. I will never ever going to purchase anything from this site and never ever recommend anyone to buy anything from this site.

Customer service was good. Saree was very good value & was exceptionally beautiful - I wore it for my daughters wedding. First time Ive worn a saree & got lots of compliments from grooms family members who commented particularly on the usefulness of a zip fastening rather than hooks & eyes at front of blouse.
My only reservation is that I would have liked reassurance from website that garments were handstiched & that ethical use of labour was involved ie living/fair wages are given to employees

Worst experience ever.
Ordered a Lehenga with mirrors on the blouse. Before ordering I asked if it could be delivered before a certain date. Indian Wedding Saree told me it was no Problem. The package was late, had to buy something els to wear and lots of mirrors on the blouse were missing. When I field a complaint, they were not helpful. After sometime they agreed on sending me the mirrors so I could glue them myself. They invoiced the mirrors for 100 USD so that I had to pay taxes even when the mirrors had a worth of 5 to 10 USD max.
Would not recommend buying anything. The customer service is very bad.

I can't believe how beautiful the garment is. The fabrics are extremely high quality, the tailoring work is to a very high standard and it arrived so well made that it looks as though it has been tailored for me. Unfortunately it did take a month longer to arrive than anticipated but when it arrived I could see why, the embroidery and stonework is very intricate and detailed. I will be ordering from this site again in a few days! My only advice is to allow plenty of time for delivery.

This is the 5th time buying from them and first 2 times was a hit! Later I got a saree where it looks wayyyyyy different than the picture. It was for a function and the received product's color code didn't match. It was supposed to be orange but Indian Wedding Saree sent me a yellow saree. This time bought a dress where the thread from the satin fabric are torn and it's on the front part of the dress. Guess what it was supposed to be my birthday dress (in two days) and can't wear it NOT BUYING AGAIN

Ugh! Where do I begin! Please save your time and money. Don't buy anything from here. I was very impressed 2 years ago when I bought it for the first time so I returned as a loyal costumer and Indian Wedding Saree screwed up completely.
First of all, they didn't send it on time. And when I received the stuff, I almost cried. Total junk!

Right now I'm in process to return it. I'll keep you guys posted.

The jewlery that I ordered for my wedding was great, but the custom ordered clothes was terrible. The top was super tiny and the pants were so big that Indian Wedding Saree were the length of my entire body, they were also incredibly wide. The pants legs are also two different sizes.

When I called them they said that they did not make a mistake, but I have the measurements that I sent them and it very clearly was. I had ordered a lehenga from them, but now I am concerned it will come out wrong.

They a sent me an e-mail that the lehenga and shoes that I ordered have been discontinued. It took them a month to tell me and now I am scrambling for a new wedding dress. My sister still has not recieved her lehenga either. I have not been refunded at all. This website is a scam, do not buy from here!

I ordered my items with estimated delivery times at least 1 week prior to my event. When my product was not sent, I attempted to contact customer service multiple times and each time was given a false promise. I asked to cancel my order before Indian Wedding Saree sent it, and the company still sent the products. They charged me the full amount, only offered a 10 dollar refund. I still have not received the refund. They were incredibly unreliable.

I don't know from where to start about worst worst worst customer service Indian Wedding Saree provided to me. I wish I could give them negative star. I ordered a product from their site after getting the written confirmation that it will be delivered on a particular date obviously that didn't happen, they gave another date and now I have received another email that it will be one more day delayed. They spoiled my first event and now they are going to spoil my Diwali as well. Moreover the sales manager Jishan Ali is not at all accepting the mistake of his and the company he is blaming me for everything. I don't know how it is justified, not even once I received any apology from their side. Doing something wrong to the customer is one thing and falsely accusing it on another level. Seriously guys there are so many other sites please don't shop from this store, they are going to spoil it.

Started with Online chat to discuss my needs and also to discuss sizing. Prompt and courteous discussion.
Order process simple, and I like the little pictures against the main order items. Honest estimates of delivery times, so I ordered in good time. Received goods are just as I expected and sizing was good. I will be proud wearing. The pyjamas needed a little adjustment over my lower legs, but easily done by my wife who has a sewing machine. I recommended you to two of my friends who also ordered from you.

We ordered two dresses for EID and the website said it would be shipped on time. I even called the customer service to confirm the delivery and he said it would be delivered on time. Today was the delivery day and I called them again. The guy said it's still not dispatched and he doesn't know when it will arrive and hung up on me. I've never had such a bad experience with the other Indian clothing stores online. I'm never going to order from Indian wedding sarees.

I placed an order on 06-Oct-2020 and was assured a delivery on 19-Oct. After several follow-ups for days, literary BEGGING for my order, i have not yet received my order till 27th. I clearly mentioned that i needed saree for an occasion and its no use getting it after the date. NO ONE... NO ONE bothers to reply to your messages / email. Indian Wedding Saree WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THAT IS IT. I HAVE ALL THE PROOF of their UTTER NEGLIGENCE. I faced a horrible experience at IndianWeddingSaree. If I could attach here I would have attached all the proofs of their carelessness. NEVER EVER RELY ON THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM.

I was looking for a Designer Salwar Kameez and one of my cousin sisters told me about Indian Wedding Saree. That was the first time when I came across this site and after then I have been purchasing all my Designer Clothing from this website. This Eid, I ordered a Red Color Salwar Suit and as always, it's fabric was good. Service was also fast and that too at a decent price.

I bought a beautiful Anarkali from this website and the quality of the product was very good. The custom measurements I provided to the stitching team were followed correctly and the stitching of the product and the fit of the garment was really great. Shipping was done on time and the sales team was easy to communicate with and replied to my emails in about 24 hours. Overall I would recommend this website to friends and would definitely purchase from here again.

I have order a two colour saree, and I must say Indian Wedding Saree saree is so beautiful and products are of great quality and looks stunning. It looks exactly like the picture, the price was perfect, and the overall experience was great. And what I must like about this website is that is you have any questions and you email them, they will get back to you the next day sometime the same day.

I checked the same product in other website which cost more than indianweddingsaree.com. Also this website compensate for any complaint you have about material quality or stitching. The fitting was good, the lehnga was good too, however the blouse and the skirt had so many details missing. The cut of the blouse was no where close to what was in the picture, I had to add details to it in order to wear it. There was a whole chunk of blouse which was just plain cloth that i had to fold and put lace on in order for it to be wearable. The skirt as well, the border was way smaller than what was pictured, but over all the color, the material everything was definitely good given the price. I would definitely still recommend this site, however I do encourage the owners to be meticulous about what Indian Wedding Saree are promising. Shipping & delivering was on time, online support is good too.

I will put my honest review. I have placed for $1600 order without reading reviews. All products are not shown as pictures. Bad fabric, colors and stitching. ALL Items SMELLS so bad like DEAD ANIMAL...
Stitching is so bad that look like some learners first project. Unprofessionally done not worth $200 each outfit.
Toll free no did not work for weeks. When Indian Wedding Saree answered they told me that this number only for taking orders NOT for CUSTOMER SERVICES.

Completely rip off. Its been two months since I placed the order. Still issues are not solved.
