How you can charge your customer credit card with different amount without his consent . Filling a fraud case with my back. Will be canceling my tickets even if it cost me
STAY AWAY form this company OR. DOUBLE check your credit card transaction and see if they charged you more . DO NOT TRUST WHAT REPRESENTATIVE SAYS TO YOU

My family booked the tickets through Indian Eagle. Return tickets I got are fly dubai(Hyd-Dubai) and emirates(Dubai-Houston). Fly dubai flight got schedule change and i have to reschedule the ticket for another day. As this is very peak summer time i did not get the tickets for the dates i am looking for, I was so panic .Sandesh pick up the phone and patiently listened all my concerns then worked with Fly Dubai and Emirates.Sandesh , Suahs and Satish was keep on watching the preferred option and as soon its available they informed me and issued the ticket. I really appreciate Sandesh, Suhas and Satish for all your great help and providing me the excellent support through out to resolve the issue. Thank you very much.

This man Harsha from the team is fantastic at his work. He has good knowledge in what he is doing. He helped me in clearing corrections in my itinerary just like that without any hassle.

I was looking at an itinerary and then Bhagat reached out to me via Chat. We got into a call and he provided me with 2 different itinerary. I was able to make a booking for an itinerary of my choice in less than 30 minutes. Bhagat was very helpful!! Couldn't be more smoother!!

STAY AWAY - REPEATED FRADULENT AND MISLEADING BEHAVIORS BY AGENTS AT INDIAN EAGLE
The agents Sandesh, Rahul, etc. at Indian Eagle are big fraudsters. The floor manager, Ramakrishna is a liar and even worse. The company is run by crooks. After finally heckling for the fare they collect the money and issue the E-Ticket. Several hours later when I check the airlines website I find out that they have issued me a CHILD ticket. When I contact the airlines they tell me Indian Eagle booked the wrong ticket as a CHILD to get a lower fare. Numerous emails sent to Indian Eagle but no response. After calling again and being on endless hold I am told that they will need to cancel and rebook the ticket and now I have to pay a higher fare. SHAMELESSLY THEY INDICATE THAT EVEN THOUGH IT IS NOT MY FAULT I NEED TO PAY THE HIGHER FARE THE NEXT DAY. IF I WOULD NOT HAVE CHECKED WITH THE AIRLINES I WOULD HAVE BEEN CHEATED.

Mr Shivam from Indian eagle made sure as my request and his response was so quick and nice. I would recommend him , if you are looking for the best travel assistance from Indian eagle.

My recent experience with Indian Eagle was great. Lavanya helped me with my travel needs within minutes. It was very easy to complete thebooking process including the payment. I don't think I would have gotten such great rates without her help

We had to book two itineraries and the customer care person (Rahul) was quiet patient with all the queries and helped us thru the booking process. The fare was cheaper compared to the Airlines website. I would recommend people to try Indian Eagle.

Their prices are great. Their customer service is excellent. LAVANYA helped me to book, cancel on request, and rebook my flights. They gave full refund on cancellation (because I booked with them again). LAVANYA was extremely courteous!! Keep it up !!

Leonard was very helpful and followed up with me throughout the ticket reservation process. Even though I got ticket email confirmation, he called me again and made sure that I got all my reservation was confirmed.
