Nothing in the original report offer shows that I will be auto enrolled for a 20 fee in one week from today. I never would have requested the report. Now I have to go through the extra step to cancel and I'm afraid that your firm is full of crooks that will bill me anyway - I've had this happen before - you should make it clear up front.

Let me see your so call services n charges that won't leave me broke or over drawn as all the rest of this so call look up for free n still got charge $3.95. This is probably the most in depth information site I've ever used. Not only does it give an array of useful information but the information is accurate and as up to date as it can be. It was also fast and provided good, relevant links to other records on other sites. I like that. I was very impressed with this site and hope to keep it in my back pocket for years to come.

You make it look like if you pay the $4.95 trial subscription you will get information. It didn't even tell me my subject was a registered sex offender. I got robbed of five bucks! Very deceitful

Paid the fee for "full access" on 20 March 21. Once inside all you get is very generic access, such as that a file exists with the name you searched. Useless information that you can get free online. Click on the report for the details, then you must pay $18.00 for "Premium Service". Then you try to find out info on a "Breach Report". This is another extra fee ranging from $9.95 to 19.95! This is internet FRAUD!

Still waiting. But regardless, I am sure all I will hear are excuses. Full Access should be just that. Its not!

I paid $3.95 for the initial 7 day trial which is fine. Then I was given the option to buy the premium report for $9.95. I paid for the report and it looped me back to the point where I had initially put in the information I was looking for. I did that and it asked me again did I want the premium report when the site never took me there in the first place. My card was charged $9.95 and the service was not provided. Infotracer are just collecting people's hard earned money. What a horrible experience.

Honestly can't say because I haven't been able to look anything up yet. This survey popped up immediately after I created a password. I would suggest maybe waiting a day or two before asking this question so you could get true feedback regarding someone's experience if you're able to do so. I still gave it 5 stars because I'm hoping to have a good experience based on what I read on your website prior to signing up.

The loading bars are pretty annoying. It doesn't seem like a website search needs that amount of processing to find results. Seems more like a deception tactic. I have not read my requested report yet so can't comment on that.

Basic information provided comes from the most useless sources that you could probably find yourself. That made me weary of the website and didn't risk paying another almost $20 for a "premium database" that who knows what would've provided.

Supposedly there was a "report" generated when I signed up. But, after clicking "access this report", I discover I have to generate the report all over again! Very misleading and frustrating. I will not continuing my membership.

I just hope I can get the information I need. I did and I didn't... I was looking to find out "who" my brother in law married, not just that he was married. I knew he was married to a woman in 1998, but she was murdered, so he is a widower. But your website said he was married (and other sites have said he was married also (to the woman that was murdered) and that is not an updated fact. I could find out who he is/was married to but would have to pay another fee. So unfair.

I have paid for your service to get some very basic information from your website because Your advertisement shows great expectations. But I was truly disappointed and a little bit aggravated. I could've used similar websites to accomplish what I wanted. Now I wasted my money and didn't get any useful information. Honestly, I felt being cheated.

So far just by an initial search from a google link, ie, an introductory search before i even paid any money i found more records on a subject tan i ad after pulling full reports on several other sites! Awesome, hoping the site keeps it up! LOOKING GOOD SO FAR

So far so good. Definitely not like the cheesy rip you off sites that ask for a payment then say no additional info found. I will definitely save this site for future service if the need arise.

After entering my credit card information and creating a password, I hit "save and continue" and it didn't continue, and the password blanks reset to empty. I really-entered the password, hit "save and continue" again, an hour the same things happened. Since it didn't continue, I had to re-enter the search that I had already entered at the beginning of the process and now fear that by re-entering my password I may have incurred duplicate charges.

I found out a friend of mine died on October 2. I didn't want to trouble his family by asking for the specifics about the cause of death so I googled his name and search public death records. It should be a free public record. All of the free sites have been blocked,( seriously I have found absolutely not one free public record site), this is the only one I could find that could give me immediate information! However, this company charges $4 and then insists on a RECURRING $20/mo Fee.

The information is at least 5 years old and unless you pay extra, you barely get basic information.
When you cancel your subscription, you account is suspended the following day, even though you paid for 30 days worth.
Infotracer don't not reply to any communications.

I did finally get a refund (updated 2-26-2020)

It was easy to set up. The language of getting first service for 3.95 and reoccurring payment 19.95 month was easy and written in plain language. What made me set up right away instead of putting off, was the words "you can cancel anytime". Just because of this I intend to keep this for a long time. Thank you.
