I have ordered printer cartridges twice from these folks and both times everything was perfect.
The cartridges worked flawlessly, they arrived the day after I ordered them and they were the least expensive option out there. They were almost half the price of the "official" cartridge I was "supposed" to use. I have never called a company to complain or congratulate their service, but after this last order arrived in less than 24 hours(normal shipping, by the way), I called them right up and thanked them!
I have never been so impressed with a company's service.
Actually I need to return the item because It didn't work on my computer. After my son installed it the paper jammed every time I tried to print. Although the message on the printer had called for a new drum and not a new ink cartridge, fortunately we had kept the old drum which we reinstalled with a new ink cartridge and it works fine. What do I need to do to return your drum for a refund?

They told me it would be a week or two before the package would arrive and it arrived 2 days later. What a nice surprise. I am very happy with the product and the delivery, especially the price. I don't know why the printer manufacturers have to charge so much for their toner. Maybe this will make them drop their prices.
I have been using the inktonerstore for over a year now and have always loved the prices and fast deliveries. But the last two orders have had the chips missing or the order was completely wrong. I have called and emailed them and never received anything back for a response. Believe the company has gotten hit during the covid. Hate that I had to go back to the high prices but work doesn't stop.
The toner had some parts on the page, about the size of a letter, that were not printed. I was hoping it would work out and even pulled it out of my printer again and tilted it left and right and moved the slider back and forth, but there has been no improvement since I got it. There were also no instructions with it. I paid a little bit more this time because I didn't want the bottom of the line. But the 2 cheaper ones I bought before [I didn't remember where], were perfect. Duane Craig, Fitchburg WI.
My experience with InkTonerStore was very positive. I called the store as the toner cartridge I received (to replace the original HP one) didn't work quite right. Stephanie was incredibly courteous and wanted to quickly resolve the problem. I had the option to receive a full refund or a replacement cartridge, which I choose. The replacement cartridge arrived in a couple of days and has been working perfectly, so I will order the three color cartridges immediately from the InkTonerStore. I'm extremely satisfied with product and great service.
I stumbled upon this companies website when searching for a toner and drum for my Brother printer. The other alternatives were very expensive. I've ordered toner probably 3 times and a drum once and found the quality to be as good or better than the Brother alternatives. I'm all for saving money and was sceptical but these toner cartridges and drum haven't altered the performance of my printer. Thanks so much....and they arrived FAST!
Excellent products. I had recently replaced the original Brother drum with another brand and about 1/4 of the duplex (both sides of the paper) pages were being torn. I purchased both the toner and drum the InkToner Store. Everything printed perfectly. No jams. No torn pages.

Why pay retail when you can get the same product (sans brand name) for a great discount? But it doesn't stop there. The InkTonerStore team is super responsive and very customer focused which is rare and getting rarer by the day. If there is an issue of any kind, they will make it right. We are super happy with their products AND customer service!
We tried them because of a really good price on a hard-to-find toner we needed. It worked great and led to more purchases. We had a recent issue with an item and the response from customer service was fast and thorough. They replaced the item for free and provided extra help and follow-through to make sure we were all set. Highly recommend.
They inadvertently send the wrong item which was a second toner cartridge instead of a toner drum. A quick phone call and they agreed with me and immediately sent out the toner drum. They said I should keep the additional toner cartridge instead of returning it. They were excellent in addressing the situation and I will continue to do business with them in the future.

I highly recommend the InkToner Store if you need any of their products! I called first by phone and was very pleased with their knowledge of my copy machine and getting the best price for my situation. The toner actually came a day earlier than expected and works great. I will now be a regular client!

I have ordered ink from the InkToner Store for the last few years and I have been very pleased! The ink is much more affordable than other places and I have never had an issue. Super easy online ordering. I did call customer service once with a question and they answered right away and were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Ink Toner Store.
Great product for my Canon MF726 CDW. I get all 4 cartridges for less than the price of one Canon original cartridge which is $134.00. That's $536 for new Canon toner. The price of the machine was $925.00. The reason I ordered new toner was the error message "end of cartridge life" for black. I've been able to bypass that error and continue printing over 200 pages without replacing the black yet.
It took LONGER THAN YOU HAD estimated to get it. But that's OK, I am a little concerned because there seems to be something missing on the right side of the cartridge. When I pulled it out to check for a misfeed, a small black molding just flapped in the breeze, and there didn't seem to be anything to do about it. I slid it in gently, and everything works. But I do worry if I have to pull it out again at what might happen if it just falls off.
I have a brothers hl-l8350cdw and some times i get a multicolor page according to google it was either the cartridges or the drum i replaced the cartridges first and that did not help so i replaced the drum and that did not help. they told me that i should have gotten an oem drum. shipping from you was fast and the price was good.
I had always gone for the best quality of products I buy and yet, I kept receiving Ink Toner store ads and finally, when as a retiree, I didn’t have the big bucks to spend $300-$400 on supplies, I decided to try Ink Toner- specifically the ink cartridges. The order was filled quickly, the shipment and arrival arrived as scheduled.
And most impressive, the product worked as stated it would! Of course, as good things found later than sooner- well, you know the rest- could have saved $$!

FYI, the cartridges come with a plastic “guard” (for lack of a better term) on them that needs to be taken off before you can install it. The guard looks like it’s part of the cartridge so when I got it I thought it was the wrong cartridge. I called them and they explained it to me, I removed the guard, inserted the cartridge ,and all is well! Good product, good price, good service!
I am a first time customer of the InkToner Store and to date am very pleased with both your service and price. I have but one suggestion which would assist non-techies like myself: A set of simple installation instructions included with the shipped product would be helpful. Without going into detail, it would have been helpful just to be made aware of the rather large plastic piece that needed to be removed which was protecting the green roller. (It was a first time experience for me. Maybe I'll remember that important detail next time??)

He helped me figure out which toner I needed and alerted me of a high yield option for the black toner, he was able to check his West Coast warehouse to help me get my toner quickly!
