Still understanding it, looks fine.
In the 12 years I have been working with ISN I have never had a more disappointing experience. Normally the entire team goes over and above to assist, but today Aura advised she would only assist me with something I needed in ISN by learning how to do it myself. Normally we handle the majority of the work ourselves, but I was wanting to add items to the excluded items on the order form, and subsequently on the inspection agreement. Since this forms part of a legal document I wanted to ensure it was completed correctly. With a large team of inspectors, any extra assistance is always valued and appreciated. I would love to speak further with someone on this. This is the first one star I have ever submitted with ISN the rest have all been five star.
As always, I thoroughly enjoy working with Guillermo as he always delivers!
I've had help from Fernando a couple of times now setting up our company on ISN and he has been fantastic every time!
