My evaluation was perfectly done.l saw it and tears of joy filled my eyes because for the past 5 years l couldn't get an authentic evaluation international office.In 2019,l was referred to one evaluation office(for privacy sake l won't mentioned the name)they did a horrible job. I´m glad IEE put a smile on my face.Highly recommended if you have a degree abroad.The service was done promptly just when l needed and it got to me within a week.Thumbs up.

IEE is very professional. They valued my time. I have no difficulty in reaching out them. I received prompt reply of my email. At first, I submitted my documents online. They contacted with me for original documents. They waited for receiving my original documents. I received them after evaluation accordingly. I am really grateful for their professionalism and correct evaluation.

I asked for a degree evaluation for immigration purposes and the documents prepared by IEE were accepted by my lawyer without complains. I asked for both an electronic version and a paper version of the evaluation and they both arrived promptly, with the electronic version being ready within 3 days since I submitted my documents.

International education evaluations is the best evaluation company u can trust your credentials with,I had the best experience with them,I paid for a five days evaluation and I was expecting my evaluated document on Friday because I sent my credentials on Saturday I thought they don’t work on weekends but to my surprise I got my evaluated document on Wednesday instead of Friday,they’re the best in what they do.

I placed an order as Mr. Sadqain Raza Order #1632224399 his education duration is 18 years including high school MBA program 4 years Bachelor program 2 years high school 12 years so its mean he is eligible to get masters equivalency but IEE given me Bachelor Equivalency and they wrote the length of program wrong they mentioned 2 years MBA. i contacted with chat support and they suggest me to apply for revision even though that is not my mistake they charged me 100 $ additional and till now IEE report is not generated kindly review this matter and if possible please refund the fees of revision because i just come to know that they mentioned the program length wrong in the report.

I was incredibly impressed with the service from IEE. All my questions were answered straight away and put my worries at ease. The evaluation was complete and professional, and I liked how the school system in Guatemala was described so clearly. Most of all, I am thankful that IEE has an electronic evaluation option; the other services I checked did not have this option, and Guatemala shut down the postal mail service years ago, making it difficult for Guatemalans to send out mail internationally. The price was also cheaper than all the other services, which I appreciate since my family is going through financial struggle. I hope you never close down the electronic option. Countries like Guatemala need it.

Infact IEE is the best among the rest. My transcript evaluation took less than a day though I requested for standard for five days. I was able to beat my application deadline because of IEE. I strongly recommend this institution to everyone who want his transcript evaluated either for immigration, further studies, employment etc. I am very pleased and impressed for good work done

Chat was easy to use.
Call center staff were nice, but lacked knowledge of processes.
Emailing staff was a bit confusing on who has handling which part of my order and getting an email response sometimes took a long time.
Suggestions:
1. Have all pertaining information on type of services offered and any special rules for IEE posted on website in places where customers can easily access to avoid calling or emailing.
2. Allow call center staff with more responsibilities to give them the power to handle a call with more assertiveness.
3. Create a status queue similar to that of Spantran's status check online feature.

I initially engaged WES. 5 weeks of back and forth and being told there were different requirements, unresponsive, unhelpful etc. What I required was not complicated. Frustrated, I went to the NACES website to seek out an alternative organization to help me. I contacted IEE. The individual on the chat was incredibly helpful. asked several questions before advising me what documentation was required. (Which turned out was less documentation than WES required.) In my case, I was able to upload the documentation. I requested a 24-hour evaluation and received an emailed evaluation within 2 hours and the original was sent by courier a few days later. I wish I had used IEE from the beginning - it would have avoided me wasting 5 weeks with WES. Thank you IEE!

I have tried to reach out somebody but the answer i got from the representative of this company is “IEE is not responsible if the state denied the documents” I doubt if my papers is even being evaluated.

=We have received a foreign transcript, it is not acceptable. We require an evaluation report. Non-U.S. transcripts must be evaluated by "Current Members" of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES), or "Endorsed Members" of the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. (AICE). This allows LFS to determine if your education is equivalent to a U.S. education. Have the evaluation service send an evaluation of your educational institution and academic courses directly to LFS in a sealed envelope to the address below to the attention of the Phlebotomy Program.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received at the International Education Evaluations agency. I had overlooked my credentials evaluations which would complete my application for a wonderful university I desire to be accepted in. I had a Rush delivery request submitted before the Memorial Day weekend for US Equivalency evaluation detailed report of my undergraduate degrees which takes 3 days. I thought the work will commence only on business days. However, I was pretty impressed with "myiee.org" Team service that they started processing my request over the weekend when I received a customer service call. They were on constant touch with me for further questions, additional documents. I received an honest and unbiased US equivalency evaluation report from "myiee.org" within the prescribed date. I'm delighted with their service.

The results were timely and the team was very responsive .However I feel like the cost of 20usd to just send the results via email is unreasonable.I think the studentor client should be involved if the person doing the evaluation doesnt have much information about the course or the system of education..In my case it was written that my program duration is 7 year while it is 6 ..If I need that corrected I will need to pay more money which is extremely unfair

The process is smooth, effective and fast. The within 5 days guarantee was in fact true to the letter and at no point did I need to check in on the progress of my evaluation. The online chat and WhatsApp feature has been particularly effective and helpful for me considering I reside outside of the US. The reps who chatted with me were able to provide correct and appropriate responses to my questions, and offer amazing assistance with getting started, forwarding necessary documents correctly, and even updating my file to accommodate special conditions related to my transcript.

Unnecessary fees, confusing wording of services, useless costumer service. When I wanted to cancel my order, there was a $75 cancellation fee so I ended up sticking with the service. I had originally paid for a verification fee, but then I was able to get my university to email the transcript and I was never reimbursed the verification fee. There are other companies who offer the same service that are cheaper.

Thank you for responding. On 3 May I reviewed the document and found three names misspelled. I had provided the correct spelling for the primary name at the start of the translation but it must have been ignored. Here are the changes I requested:
1. Last name of student is Kasiansakorn
2. Father’s last name is also Kasiansakorn
3. Mother’s first name is Phimpaa
I was told I was put in the queue but have not heard anything since 3 May.
