Internet-Ink

I have been using Internet-Ink for a number of years now and cannot fault the quality of the inks or the service that I receive. I have recommended the company to others, knowing that they won't be disappointed should they decide to place an order. On the one occasion that I needed to return some inks because I had replaced my printer I had no problem receiving a refund.

I can’t remember how long I have been with Internet-ink as my favourite in fact only Epson ink supplier. By way of a hobby I print and bind books. Their prices especially on compatables mean that I can and do give the books away. The speed with which they deliver my ink orders means that I don’t have to stock pile inks.

I have been a customer of Internet Ink for a few years now.When you call them on the phone you always get a very friendly helpful person who sorts out what you need very efficiently.Their cartridges are extremely good value for money and always work in my printer.I recommend them totally.

Placed my first order for comparable ink cartridges, received them two days after ordering, good fast service.
My printer would not recognise the comparable inks, l contacted support, and a lady called Kirsty sent me a very comprehensive advice reply, l followed Kirsty’s advice and my printer is now printing, the finished printing is top class, no difference to the original ink cartridges.

A fraction of the cost of branded ink. 100% compatible. I have never had an issue with my printer recognising the cartridge. The ink is perfect for high quality photo printing. Delivery is fast.

I was confronted by a cartridge compatibility problem (not caused by Inernet Ink) and the need to buy a new printer. Joana at Internet Ink took the time to explain the backgound of compatible inks to me, and also gave very useful advice relating to the way OEMs are trying to force everyone to buy their expensive branded cartridges. Their website is very easy to use, their products are very competitively priced and delivery is quick.
The inks generally last well and only occasionally do I have to replace them early.

Internet-Ink products have always been delivered in a timely fashion. The price of their ink for inkjets is substantially lower than HP's as their cartridges last so much longer. All together they offer an excellent product.

Excellent service, prompt delivery and better than expected results. I keep getting reminded from EPSON that i am using the incorrect ink cartridges and that I could damage my printer. What a load of rubbish. The cartridges and performance is as good as Epson and a fraction of the price.

I contacted the customer support team to ask if my printer was compatible with the inks that I wanted, as I could not see my model on the list. I had a very swift reply saying that it was compatible, so I ordered the inks, they soon arrived and I have had no problems.

First Class compatible cartridges for my Pixma MG500 Printer. Good quality print and long-lasting cartridges. First-class service all round would recommend these cartridges and company. I have used them for a couple of years now and have never been let down

the own-brand cheapos were fine for a while - then they started horizontal banding every time I print! Not something I've experienced before with other sellers' cheap versions. Went with this company based on the Which? reviews - will be less accepting in future

I have just received my first compatible toner cartridges at a great price compared with hp original, I was not sure about the removal of a plastic package strip on the rollers of which I had three to install so phoned the Internet-ink support line. There was a very helpful person who gave me clear instructions on how to remove the strips and within a couple of minutes my printer was happy with the cartridges and printing without any problems. Brilliant company and fully recommend

Up til now, all orders have been prompt. At present whilst black cartridges for my printer have been in short supply, meaning multi-packs are not available. However, an alternative was offered to tide me over until the product is available again. That is sevice.
