After having an awful experience with one of their competitors I decided to try Internet Reptile Online and not only did they satisfy my needs...they have excelled them. I ordered a 500g big bag of live mealworms and they were delivered THE VERY NEXT DAY it was wonderful and my baby Jay was gobbling them up in no time :) thanks Internet Reptile you guys are the best!!
I ordered some crickets for my tarantulas. I set up a subscription so I don’t have to worry about reordering. However, I ordered the brown instead of black crickets so I went to the website to alter the subscription. Despite internet reptile telling me I can change, cancel, update my subscription at any time I was unable to alter my subscription. I had to cancel and reorder the correct items. This was a little annoying but I eventually was able to do this. Please review your ordering process so we can alter the order if we want to.

Hi yes I received my order much appreciated I've got a large corn snake have had him about ten years I don't take him out now as he's as big as me I only just learned about ceramic lights I've set it at the temperature and it stays the same which is excellent with this changeable weather thank you once again
First time having insects delivered to us for our leopard gecko after our local pet shop closed down. Was delivered quickly by royal mail.
Would say that maybe some kind of padding may be needed in the box to stop the bugs being flipped around as much. But other than that a great service and we've set up a regular delivery.
I am a first time customer of Internet Reptile and I bought two packs of frozen rats as emergency food for my pet Boa Constrictor as he didn't like the new food items I bought him. My usual supplier was sold out of rats and after searching online for reputable sellers, I came across Internet Reptile. The range that was on offer was excellent and thankfully they had my snake's favourite food for sale. The price was reasonable, as was the delivery costs associated with shipping frozen reptile food. However, what pleased me the most was the care in which the two packs of frozen rats were wrapped up. Although a lot of material was used, it ensured that the food items would arrive unspoiled and able to be put into my own freezer straight away. The use of frozen gel packs was a big bonus and a few were still frozen solid when I opened the package due the careful wrapping an insulating layers used. You have a new customer in me.
Normally buy live food weekly for my beardie, & not normally any problems, however this time I purchased larger locust, (bulk 100 pk) only received 3/4 of that, contacted them & they have said they will post x50 replacement ones out, also at least half of what I have have died, Within 3 days of them being delivered, (all my feeder locust are stored in a 4ft enclosure with ample food & water gel)

Terrible service as ordered a cabinet which the delivery company didn't try to deliver so when asked if wanted a refund or replacement I replied I need it as soon as possible so replacement and they go and refund me because (and I quote) "we couldn't get it to you quickly enough" - how in the hell did they know how quick I needed it? What an absolute disaster! Usually the company are pretty good but on this day at this time they had an absolute numpty working things
I found my first experience of ordering excellent. Registration was simple and ordering was easy. Communication was well maintained via email and text. Delivery was swift and my order was very securely packaged. The frozen products were extremely well insulated and arrived in the same condition as if I had just removed them from my own freezer. Overall, a great transaction.
Fantastic quality. All of the locusts (7 boxes medium) were alive and a good size. This was our first delivery order of live insects for my son's baby beardie. I was getting fed up with store-bought tubs containing so many dead insects! So this service works out more than store-bought but the quality is worth it! Plus convenience of delivery is also great.
This was my first time ordering from Internet Reptile, and I was not disappointed at all. I needed some new cork logs for our bearded dragon, and I found exactly the sizes that were required. Will definitely order from internet reptile again. One of my bulbs looked blown on arrival so I contacted customer service through email and had a reply the same day offering a no hassle replacement and arranging a free post return. These guys are brilliant! Great choice of stock and fantastic competitive prices.
Internet reptile have always been an absolute brilliant company that I have used for years and years. Brilliant and helpful service, great deals and prices! Deliveries have always been super quick and the right quantity and items have been supplied everytime! Very professional and can't fault them! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to buy reptile accessories and live food.
Super impressed with the way they handled everything to do with my order. The items were amazingly well-packaged to protect glass and contents, and there was not a single scratch or nick on any of the panes. I also had issues placing the order online due to an IT issue, which the guys sorted immediately and quickly found a simple solution for me, and they were super accommodating and quick to answer when I requested help re organising a specific delivery date. All in all, super impressed, very grateful for the great service and can't wait to build my new stack for my pythons!!
I placed an order which was due to be delivered 27th May. I received a message saying they didn’t have my house number and would it be possible to send me the house number and they’ll try to re deliver on the Monday. I’ve sent numerous messages and haven’t had a reply or received a delivery 🤷🏼♂️ It’s now 10 days since the expected delivery and nothing 😞

However, the live food could have benefited from either being sent individually, or with better packaging. The substrate from the mealworms box was so fine, that it had all leaked out the holes in the storage box, into the delivery box. This meant it was in all the bulb packaging too, which was in the same box. This then subsequently spilled out onto the floor upon opening.
Always a brilliant experience with internet reptile! Will always be my go-to online store for any of my reptile / exotic needs. All of my Vivariums are from here, absolutely quality and quick delivery! Recently ordered bulk locusts and some hatchling tubs for my breeding geckos and they arrived the next day, perfect condition, not a single dead insect, over the moon with the quality of their items and the prices can’t be beaten! Convenient, quality product, quick delivery, excellent customer service. Unfortunately on one occasion sent wrong order. I photographed and emailed customer services, within an hour had an apology email with a confirmation of the correct order being dispatched the following morning. Can't fault that.
Why wouldn't you use them.
Placed an order totalling over £350. Along with my order I wanted 2x pachnoda grubs and 1x locusts. They send one tub of pachnoda grubs. I email them and they say the other livefood was missing so will send out the rest, that's fine by me. I get my redelivery, still missing the locusts. I email again asking where my locusts are they just send an email to say they've sent a refund for them, I don't want a refund I want the stuff I ordered, they said they've sent the refund of now of just over £2 so they can't send me the bugs. But I didn't want a refund in the first place, I didn't ask for a refund, I asked for the bugs that I'd ordered. Such poor service, why would you not just send me the bugs? I understand mistakes happen and gave you the opportunity to fix it but you didn't you just palmed me off with a refund and no further help.
Internet Reptile has been fantastic in all orders I've made from them. The customer service is fantastic when needed, including giving fantastic advice on what product I needed. All orders have been delivered incredibly quickly, and the products are at reasonable prices. I will definitely be using them over and over again!
