INYOPools.com sold me a pool cover that doesn't fit. After sending them pictures of cover on pool they said it was used. They said no returns on used? How would we know if it fits if we didn't try it? Horrible experience. No return? Never again.

We received our parts on time, in great condition and got the right parts the first time. Their web site is easy to navigate and very well organized to find the items We were looking for.

After a long winter finally took it's toll on are pumps label. We couldn't tell what mode our filter system was in. Inyopool had the correct one, no guessing. Outstanding website, easy navigation, endless selection, super price, and last but not least fast delivery! My go to pool website! B go

I have been buying Hayworth PA-90 pool filters for many years now. I even compared their price to the original and it was the same so I thought I would give them a try. I got a cheap Chinese knock off instead. Never again.

Purchased pool cover for my 16X32 inground pool mid September 2020. Just discovered that there is a 3 inch hole in the middle of this very thin cover. Hasn't even been 2 months! Called for replacement on 11/11. Offered to pay difference for a thicker cover. Nothing, INYOPools.com do not do exchanges, they say warranty is only 30 days... Really! Waste of time and money, they just want to move inferior product. They Absolutely do not know what customer service is. Very disappointed.

I order top railing for my pool on Mar 17 and as of today Apr 6 I have not seen anything INYOPools.com made sure to Take my money from me and I have call the phone number several times but I don't get any answers except that my order is on its way. I'm thinking that this company is nothing but a SCAM it cost me 1400 dollor's.

Do not trust this website. Advertise parts that INYOPools.com do not have and send you wrong part. Customer service blames warehouse mistakes... scam. Wait for real part that is never coming

After a stern Email and a poor review, Customer support was fairly prompt in a reply. Shipped my missing part next day! Woo Hoo a satisfied customer! The parts seem to be of good quality and was shipped an extra brush as well.

I was having a terrible time getting the right filter ordered for my pool! I was fortunate to get a very knowledgeable young lady that was very patient and told me exactly what I needed! THANK YOU!

Placed an order for a pool heat pump on 5/12/2019. Stated earliest delivery would be May 16th. The shipment arrived at local shipment venter on Monday May 20th. Called them for delivery time and date and no one can has given me a correct date. It has been pushed back every day. INYO Pools called them Friday 5/24 at 2pm and INYOPools.com told them they could only speak with me and if called them right way they could try for Tuesday May 28th. The installer was scheduled for the 25Th! To make matters worse when I called they had apparently closed early. I found the same unit on Amazon with same price and guaranteed 2 day delivery! Should have looked at Amazon first will not make that mistake again.

In shipping to Canada INYOPools.com charge 4 times the product cost on the initial shopping cart total. However they request that international buyers must complete the full transaction in order to see the actual shipping costs, which they hint maybe cheaper. Further more they claim that an email will be sent with the final billing to the customer but the order has not been processed yet. They then say that the international customer then has the option to proceed with the order or cancel if the shipping rates are outrageous. However this last statement is a lie. $24 for two 3 oz handles for a skimmer basket with $75 US for shipping? What BS. Really that's a $5 stamp in an envelope. Canada stay away for these crooks. Shame on Hayward for dealing with these scam artists.

Placed order online and easily found what I was looking for using the supplied pictures and info. Ordered was listed to arrive on Wed and I received on Tues. So very satisfied, thanks

I ordered a pool pump that said it was compatible with the number of my current pump - but it was not even close. When I tried to return it the process is a scam to never have to give you a refund. INYOPools.com should just have a no return policy so that you know when you order that your not getting a refund if the part is wrong. I packaged it back like they said it had to be - exactly where the tag has to be and spend $105 to return it - then they sent me pictures saying it was damaged by UPS - the pictures are of a perfect box. I knew when i saw the list of things you had to do to get your money back that I was wasting my time. Now they have the pump to resell and my money! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

I ordered a liner and it never arrived and inyo won't answer the phone or send me a refund. INYOPools.com are disreputable. Buyer beware!

Easy order process, good prices, and super fast shipping. INYO Pools is a great resource for the pool owner.

I ordered pump parts over a week ago. It shipped in 2 separate boxes. The first box arrived, but it has been over a week and still no second box. I contacted their customer support and INYOPools.com pretty much gave me a canned answer that your parts are on the way. I wish I could give them a zero star, but I have to give them at least one. Do not use this site to order parts unless you don't need them for several weeks.
