THEY PLAY WITH YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME. NO ICLOUD UNLOCK.
We tryed the NO SERVICE: ICLOUD UNLOCK, in two different periods.
For both imei iPhoneIMEI.net didn't remove the icloud but attention they do a incorrect "game".
First you send payment for the imei to remove icloud, and after some they days send and email with (also) this "There are numerous services such as http://cleancheck.me (FREE) which can be used to identify Lost/Stolen handsets.", this website is probably the same owner of iphoneimei.net, because if you check the imei before send it with the same website he say "the smartphone is clean",( after sending the payment the web site change to lost/stolen ecc ecc,) so after some day iphoneimei.net send to you an email... by explaining that is impossible to remove icloud because is probably lost/stolen?... and what they do? They give to you a voucher for other service, no refund is possible with good manners.
(for two imei we had same treatment).
Ah if you check the imei with Apple or other website these imei are ALL CLEAN, so this service is a FRAUD.

Scammers! Beware!
I wish I could give them 0 or lower!
This website is the biggest scam I've come across. Unfortunately, I used them before reading this and other review sites. As like other customers, I submitted my request and paid $28 only to receive another email needing another $42 which I paid as I believed $70 was cheaper than buying a new iPhone X. After about 4 days, iPhoneIMEI.net sent an email saying the phone was unable to be unlocked and they'll give me a voucher for $70 in good faith which can be used for another device or their premium service when it becomes available.
After reading the reviews, I decided to try another phone on another network so the "voucher" wouldn't go to waste but lo and behold they're claiming the phone is lost/stolen. I know for sure the phone wasn't lost/stolen because it came straight from the phone company.
This company is super fraudulent and there's no process to get back your money. Nochex and Dalpay aren't any help and because they have your phone listed in the email as los/stolen, that's bolstering their case not to refund people their money.
STAY FAR AWAY!
I wish I read these reviews before I used this site but they came highly reviewed in an article.

Horrible Service
I had an iPhone 7plus to be unlocked, it was previously connected to TMobile and I was trying to switch over to Boostmobile. I messaged customer service before submitting any type of payment to explain the situation that I had already sim unlocked my phone but I needed it to be factory unlocked so I could switch carriers, I explained how I was told TMobile iphone models get locked in to Tzmone would iPhoneIMEI.net be able to assist, sure enough they said no problem. Well they didnt do anything different that what I had already done. I got an email saying it was unlocked, turns out they only did the exact sim unlock I had already advised them I had done so I paid $128 for absolutely nothing. I got back to customer service and they were rude saying they unlocked it for me so I had to pay when truthfully I unlocked it myself I just needed the phone to be unlocked so I could switch from GSM to CDMA network. They were such rip offs I was disgusted by the service and how this was handled. They pretty much stole my money.

Scam website - avoid at all costs
I've used this service twice - the first time iPhoneIMEI.net were able to unlock my phone only after charging me $30 more than the original quoted price, it took weeks to unlock. The next time I decided to try them again, thinking maybe it would be faster this time. They charged me an initial $28, and then emailed me a few days later saying the unlock was unsuccessful and they needed to charge me $70 more to unlock it, for a total of ONE HUNDRED dollars for one unlock. I emailed them back asking why the first time they unlocked a phone for me with their "premium service" it costed a total of $60, and why this time they were asking for $100 for the same service. This second phone was the same model as the first, on the same network. There is no reason why suddenly they should be asking for $40 more. This site is running complete scam and fraud practices. I've emailed them twice since then and nobody has responded to me.

Not only this, but the company actually offers you a cash bribe to leave them a good review. If that doesn't scream shady practices I don't know what does. I'm attaching a screenshot of them offering the bribe as proof.

TOTAL SCAM
TOTAL FRAUD
TOTAL FRAUD - TOTAL SCAMMERS - PLEASE DO NOT USE

IPhoneIMEI.net dont deliver what they promise
The Guys are only interested in getting more money from you
1: Prices quoted in USD and they take British Pounds from Your Account
2: Takes twice as long as they say, then them come back asking for heaps more money
3: They hide all the refund info, then point it out if you ask for a refund, when they fail to deliver
3: Site says 100% Guaranteed Refund. This is BS
4: They Only post good feedback on their site
5: They are other much cheaper and more honest companies to deal with
6. They take your money, then tell you you only bought a Pre- Unlock Service - then ask for even more money.
7. The Pricing Table is Ficticious
8. I got a Sprint Unlock, paid Twice, then was told cant be unlock.
9. Getting a Refund is next to impossible
10. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY

Please stay away from these scammers
IPhoneIMEI.net cannot unlock any iCloud locked devices which are currently sold by Apple, other than iPhone 5S and previous models which are discontinued by apple. Even if the device is a clean one they will make it a barred device which gives a msg (THIS SMARTPHONE IS UNCLEAN. This smartphone/tablet has been reported lost and is currently blocked by 1 or more networks.) You can check your device status on the website (cleancheck.me) prior to proceeding. I submitted proof that my devices are clean ones and they refused to process card refunds. And when it comes to iPad devices is also the same scenario, they only can unlock devices which are discontinued by apple. Please do not waste time submitting to remove iCloud or network locks which are currently sold by Apple and which are currently in contracts with any mobile network. They will not refund your money either. Please stay away from these scammers.

Scammers
I was sucked in reading the fake reviews iPhoneIMEI.net publish on their website trustreview.net, (which I found out later only allows positive reviews!)
I took the plunge and ordered an icloud unlock. The site states that you pay £19.99 then £30 upon completion. They use the Nochex payment system, so you cannot get any refund if they don't honour their side of the bargain. I waited for a few days and was asked to pay the further £30. The system to check progress looked really good, it slowly crept towards completion, then I received an email giving incorrect information regarding the phone, but saying sorry they couldn't unlock the phone as it had been declared lost or stolen and was blacklisted. I had gotten the phone from the estate of a relative who had died and knew it was not blacklisted. I went to Checkmend.com the worlds most comprehensive checking site, who are recommended by ebay and paid to have the phone re-checked. Naturally it came up clean. These people are to be avoided at all cost, they pay for fake reviews, and do not honour their agreement.

Iphoneimei.net

IPhoneIMEI.net do not mention that you will have to pay a fee after you have paid the pre-order fee. Or at least they don't mention it clearly- its probably in the small print. Paying the 'pre-order' fee plus the unlock fee would make it 70 pounds to unlock an iPhone - DEFINITELY not a good price. And if you don't pay the second fee, they keep the ore-order fee of 20 pounds for literally doing nothing.

Can someone explain to me how they can keep the pre-order money and pretend on their website: Money back 100 % guarantee?

Here is the email letter iphoneimei.net sent me:

You have a pre-order, therefore as soon as the service is up and running you will be advised as indicated at the time of purchase:)

https://iphoneimei.net/terms-and-conditions

If an unlock is temporarily unavailable, it will be offered as a "pre-order" at a fixed price of £19.99. Your IMEI will be automatically submitted once the unlock becomes available. If the unlock cost is greater than £19.99, you will be prompted to make a final payment. Please note that pre-orders are non-refundable.

SCAM
I tried to get my iphone x unlocked using this website. I have done it a
Couple of times because i cant use my phone. I was able to use the
Credit from before but again iPhoneIMEI.net sent me a message that it is
Blacklisted. Aren't you guys whitelisting the phones. I have already paid
$140 and still i get the same reply saying premium processing required
And when i send an email asking for premium service nobody replies.
Totally pathetic company and running a scam.

See the picture that i have uploaded. It says 100 percent guaranteed and ready for release. But I recieved an email saying your phone is blacklisted while it is not. So i created this new order using the voucher... to get to this page. Again, i request everyone to sign the petition.

READ THE SMALL PRINT SCAM
I lent my younger brother my old iPhone and turns out he let his friend use it who logged into iCloud and find my phone on my old iPhone, when I got it back the person never logged out of it so I cant get back into my iPhone without that person logging out and my brother cant remember who logged into it, so I paid this site 40$ to do what iPhoneIMEI.net advertised to do especially with the phone not being reported stolen and being a clean imei it should have been fine. After paying 40$, 2 days later I got an email telling me they wont fix my iPhone and instead of refunding me my money they gave me 40$ store credit... TO A STORE THAT WONT DO WHAT ITS ADVERTISED OR THAT CAN DO ANYTHING FOR ME. Why would I want store credit to a store that has nothing for me. Terrible scam site. DO NOT USE!

Would not do it again. Expensive, Elongated, worked.
IPhoneIMEI.net guaranteed it from the start, but it got more and more pricey as we went along, constantly asking for another bit of money. It started out at $28, then they asked for more money ($66) and then they asked for another payment down the road ($60). All in all I spent close to ~$160. If I did not pay the increases it then it would have taken even longer. The whole process took like 20 days to complete. They said it could take up to 30 days on their website so my time was in line with their normal estimates. However originally they talked me up saying it would only take a couple days.

When I reached out to their customer support I was met with cold comments such as "your timelines are within reason for our services" so I was left in the dark as to how long I would actually take, left in the dark with how much more they were going to ask from me.

Would I do it again? NOPE!

COMPLETE SCAM
OMPLETE SCAM DO NOT PAY THEM A SINGLE CENT. I normally don't fall for things like this but iPhoneIMEI.net have flooded the internet with fake positive reviews. They first ask you to pay $28 claiming this is all you need to pay to bypass the activation lock on the iphone. I paid the $28 then I was taken to a page that shows you two steps that you can do yourself to bypass the activation lock - these steps are 1. You can contact apple, and 2. You can contact the old owner and ask them to remove the device from their account. Yes thats it! So you pay $28 for them to tell you what you - and thousands of websites on the internet - already know. I contacted them then they said that it cost them money to tell me these two things so they wont refund my $28 and if these two steps dont work then they will unlock my phone for an additional $42. Thats when I realized that I probably fell for a scam and looked further on their website to find out that the address they have listed is fake. If you research the address they have on their website you'll see that their company is not listed in the companies that are actually located at that address.

Big Scam
It's a BIG SCAM
Purchased iCloud activation service and after 2 days I got an email from them saying my device is blacklisted which is not.
I saw a great number of reviews having the same problem with the same excuse "Blacklisted device", so if you haven't dealt with them yet, just don't. If you unfortunately did and iPhoneIMEI.net used the "blacklisted story" you can check you IMEI in this site (swappa. Com/esn but without space) it works if you're in the US but you can use a VPN for that very easily. Also, if the activation screen on your device is showing the first letter of an email (such as s****@gmail.com), this means your device is not blacklisted.

Oh yeah, I have to mention they won't do REFUND. This is a quote from the email they send me
"How to obtain a card refund
If you have proof the device is not lost/stolen e.g. the original invoice from Apple or your carrier, either electronic or physical" which makes it obvious that they are big scammers because if the customer has the original invoice, he/she would not come to you in the first place.

Finally, I will say it again, if you haven't dealt with them yet (iphoneIMEI.net) then DO NOT

Big Scam site
I buy two icloud unlock for two and after three days this site send me message tell me all my two iphone is lost and send me this site www.cleancheck.me to check and i check its really tell me lost but before i buy this service i check in same this site told me clean!?
That main this check site and iphoneimei.net is for same owner!
Because He put my imei in blacklist in his server after i buy this service, finally i check my imei in 5 other sites it tell me clean, if u buy this service and the site doesn't refund your money send to him this message:
(i will call my bank to put in a dispute if you don't refund my money. My Iphone is about 2 years old I just forgot my email and password so it shouldnt be stolen or lost. I have the original box but not the reciept

I checked in 5 sites and it tell me clean and i searsh in this site u put it before i buy your service and it tell me clean and now show me lost tell me how is that!?
Your site cleancheck.me is untrust and it scam you can search it in Google and u will see that)
Copy it and u will take your money back

FRAUD. BE WARNED COMPLETE CON
Be warned All the cellunlockers and Iphone imei.net etc are all the same rip off con merchants
IPhoneIMEI.net take your mi eye on 2 tranches and have no Intention what so ever of even trying to activate a locked I cloud. They pretend it is on the list or stolen blacklist (which mine is definitely NOT) and have since had it proven. They then try and black mail the customer by refusing to pay back a cent saying they are hire than they and can not deal with stolen good? Oh yeah they are happy to steal and steal from al the thousands of mugs that sign into their fraudulent websites which are all connected. They don't read emails and I the end do t answer at all. To begin with they send out standard responses having never read the query
BE WARNED. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I shall take this further and report them all to fraud squad and try and recover the mo way from my Visa card. DONT BE THE FOOL I WAS

iPhoneIMEI.net is 100% scam and cheaters
@IphoneImei.net NOT RECOMMENDED! After I paid £20, I've received an email where I was assured the unlock is ready to be done. Even my bank didn't approve the payment first time I had to request bank to authorize(so all banks know this iphoneimei.net is cheating)After paying another £30 iPhoneIMEI.net told me the phone is unclean (all mayor blacklist says the phone is clean, even the operator itself), and extra service is needed. In all cases, about this you should be informed after the first check, like the other services do. The customer service does not respond at all, after three emails sent I give it up. Try to avoid loosing of money and use another, more profesional service. I sent many email to *******@iphoneimei.net but they are not responding and they are cheating everyone. Don't trust them at all.

Stay away from it, Big Scam/Fraud, bunch of Crooks.
I purchased an iPhone 6 online, when I got the phone, it was iCloud locked.
Now, I did some research on what to do and got good reviews about iPhoneIMEI.net to get unlocked, every review I read said that iPhoneIMEI.net are great, so I decided to give it a try.
At first they charge me $19.99 (pounds), after 2 days theys sent me an email saying that they have completed the full check on my iPhone and they were ready to unlock my phone, but I'll have to pay an extra $19.99.
So I sent an email to them, pointing out to their own policy, which says that prices are final and there's no hidden fees or extra charges.
So they sent me an email saying unless I'll present an Apple receipt as a proof of purchased, they would not unlock my phone neither refund me. They knew I purchased this phone online, but to avoid lose everything, I agree to pay the extra $19.99. For my astonishment, they said that $19.99 was an special offer, so if I want to unlock, I now had to pay an Extra $25.99 (pounds).
I was really pissed, sent another email, not a chance, so I decided to pay. Three days later they sent me an email, saying they were unable to unlock my phone and They Will NOT Reimburse me unless I present a proof of purchased from Apple. Are you kidding me? Before I tried the service, I pointed it out for them that I purchased online, after they asked me for the extra 19.99 I told them again, so now that I paid $55.99 in total, they come with this BS again.
So this is the best suggestion online for this type of service, it cost me almost two weeks of headache and $55.99 Pounds.
iPhoneIMEI.Net are the worst Crooks I ever had a chance to meet. I lost money buying this "crap" iPhone, first time I ever bought an used phone and last for sure, to get worst, searching around I got a lot advice to get this and got Screwed up even further. This guys are worse than the one that sold me the phone, because they go around Stealing from people that already got in trouble for trusting people.

Huge waste of time
These guys are ridiculous. Biggest waste of time ever. I recently just purchased an iPhone 6 plus off a friend of mine which was locked to a carrier. Got it for a good price so I decided IL get it unlocked. I called a couple of local cell phone shops inquiring about the unlock iPhoneIMEI.net told me it will be 30$. Despite all that I found these guys. Their website promised an iPhone 6 plus unlock for $28 which for me is $35 because I live in Canada. Although it was a little more costly then going to a local store I decided why not give it a shot. After making the payment a few days later I get an email saying they want another 45$. (In total $80). I told them I wanted a refund and they would not give me one. THESE GUYS ARE A SCAM... WASTE OF TIME. GO TO YOUR LOCAL CELLPHONE STORE INSTEAD. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME

Huge waste of money with no results
I'd give them negative stars if I could. IPhoneIMEI.net charged me a pre-order unlock fee for an iphone 8 icloud unlock. They said they could unlock it and charged me a final fee. I paid it. After 3 days of watching some bull$#*! progress tracker, they said it cannot be unlocked and they will not refund the payment, but merely give me a voucher toward a future unlock. I decided to carrier unlock my crappy outdated iphone 5s since they refused to give me my WASTED $67 back, and now they are trying to charge me a total of $87 to unlock an outdated old phone! Customer service is awful. They do NOT even attempt to offer unhappy customers solutions. Their solution was to offer me a "discounted final fee" which was actually more than the damn original fee! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY DEALING WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY.

Just had my money stolen by them
Just had my money stolen by them. It's been 8 weeks since I placed the unlocking service, the first day you you place the order iPhoneIMEI.net tell you this is a deposit of $19 to check if they can unlock the phone. Then they send you an email that it can be unlocked just send an additional $147 they say 100% able to unlock. Ok sent them the $then they have this unlocking progress circle which took a week to say 100% complete, then they tell you that they are chasing this imei and need more time. Ok terms are only after 30 days if not unlocked you can request a refund. 31 day I emailed them and I emailed them 5 more times the next 2 weeks. Not one response back as if they they know they screwed me. Now I email Nochex (their processing company)they give me the run around treatment but at least they email me back and tell me to deal with iPhone imei they are telling me that iPhone imei. Net says that Swappa blacklisted phone I checked and Swappa did not black list phone
Lies lies this company is still not giving me emails responses to tell me about any issues as though they have an answer to people requesting refunds from Nochex the bs answer is no. They don't contact me direct why. Swappa said phone ready to activate clean imei
They should have told me when they stole my initial $19 checking deposit that they can't do the job. But they are thieves
They only can unlock phones tha a consumer can unlock by themselves sounds like little children are running this company if it's legit
Do not use them if you are smart. There are other companies with addresses and phone numbers listed that are legit
Also Nochex is protecting them on the scam
And they are paying for good reviews on trust pilot nasty but swift
