Hi! While the pouch you sent as a gift was a wonderful surprise and much appreciated, in terms of the personal touch... the rakhi which I had ordered was not. The patch of Kundan that was stuck on it came off as soon as I touched it and I was unable to use it for my brother who was on a short trip to my place, after almost 3 years. That was sad. The rice and tikka were a lovely thought. Having said that, I love your ware and shall look forward to ordering more.

I had ordered a few masks. The package arrived timely, in recycled but sturdy packaging - really wonderful to see how much effort had been put into it! There was a sweet, handwritten note too, accompanied by a surprise gift :)

I bought two shirts, the prints were beautiful, the fit was fine (could be a little looser but that’s my personal preference), they were delivered quickly. I thought the colours would run like with most vegetable-died fabric and they did but not excessively. Similarly I thought they might shrink, if they did, I did not notice.
I liked them so much, I check their web site often for more beautiful items.
My one request would be that the label be moved from the neck to the side, as many people are allergic.

I am very much disappointed with the fabric quality of my latest order and comparing with the overcharged 4 x times the price as per invoice receipt I received .
You have charged me 6490 plus delivery charges 2000 for things that are priced at 1550 Cost to you .
Very disappointing and totally money oriented service of model .

Just one glitch, I had availed the fall & pico service for the saree and the fall was put on the wrong side. I do understand that not everyone would be aware of the right and wrong side of the bhujodi motifs, so that error might have occurred. Hence, the 4 star.

Let me begin by saying that I Tokri has interesting products at decent rates. However, on ordering a few things from their website about a month ago, I was extremely disappointed.
The delivery was quick but I was shocked when I received my order. The products, which were a bag and a few pieces of bastar wrought iron were in a roughly wrapped package- all thrown together. They were not seperately wrapped to ensure no damage. As a result my light coloured bag had become discoloured with the paint from the artifacts, and one of the iron artifacts had bent. I respect not wanting to use plastic. But what is the use of damaged products. I called itokri and they told me I would have to email my complaint with pics. It has been more than a month and nobody has bothered to respond to any complaints. I ended up throwing the bag out as it looks old and used. What a waste!

My ordeal with finding good cotton stoles online ended when I finally found this fantastic website iTokri.com :) They have a stupendously amazing and vast collection of stoles and scarves. You have so many choices in vibrant colors, beautiful designs and comfortable fabrics that you will certainly fall in love with them and I am sure anyone scrolling through these stoles and scarves would end up buying a lot more than planned. I ordered various stoles and scarves and totally loved the material sent by them and the best was the handwritten note sent by Jia and a cute little surprise gift. That means a lot and actually it connects you to this brand emotionally. I am very impressed by their service and would highly recommend everyone to explore iTokri.com :) :)

I purchased a 3 piece Kutch Batik print Cotton suit material set for Rs.1450. The material looks different to that in the picture in terms of shine and crispness of design, but by itself it looks good.I have not yet used it.The packing was really innovative.I got a handwritten paper and a welcome gift of earrings as this is my first order. The price could have been a lower.The packing and other things show their meticulousness and effort to impress the customer and be eco friendly. May be my review would be more proper after I wear the dress and wash it a few times.

What a fantastic company ! The fabrics purchased were really beautiful and delivered in record time, to the UK. All communication with the company regarding payment was swiftly and efficiently dealt with.

We have been shopping on iTokri frequently, and it's often our go-to for presents for family and friends. We actually requested that our order be sent early as we have travel plans and wanted to purchase gifts - and iTokri delivered lightning fast!!!

The elastic of shorts I ordered was really very bad. When charges are premium, quality should also be premium. I have two suggestion for improvement
1. Use good quality elastic.
2. Don't stitch elastic with cloth , if some one is not comfortable with elastic, he can remove it.
3. Give space for nada.
4. Provide shorts for size 42 waist also.
If you will change this I will order next shorts otherwise not.
My son is really getting irritated with poor quality elastic and it's marks.

Just one feedback regarding the shirt i ordered. On the website the colour seemed brighter. I still love the print and the shirt but this was my observation.

I recently purchased some lovely earrings from iTokri. Am very satisfied with how they have kept the communication going with regular updates on email and the conscious environmental friendly packaging. It was a pleasent customer experience and the quality was wonderful! Just wish that the earrings were photographed with a sens of scale as some were larger than it seemed. So maybe photos of a ear wearing each type would help.

My experience of buying 2 bandhani dupattas online from I-tokri has been fabulous. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a WhatsApp message immediatrly asking if I needed help after I struggled a bit with my orders. Once order was placed, everything moved really efficiently. The beautifully packaged parcel came with a lovely hand written note...really happy with my experience...will certainly shop at I-tokri more often. Decent products but went through a mind-bending exercise to figure out the size chart for mens shirts.
I wanted to order mens shirts to send as gifts to the US. But the sizing chart and the description below the product do not match. I ordered shirts from 2 different Itokri partners and the sizing for both was different. So sizing uniformity is an issue. The Shirts from BINDAAS UNLIMITED have sizing all messed up. The size chart and the sizing in the description given below don't match. The Chest measurement in the description is incorrect. The Chest measurement mentioned is 1/4 the chest size. Calls to the customer care and asking for images of the product to figure whether the shirt is an adult / a kids shirt (according to chest size mentioned) is how I ordered the product. So buying a men's shirt from here is an absolute NO if you are not in a position to return the product.
