Clothes : Great quality and design.
Service : amazing customer service. After a few days (5wd) without order update /progress), I dropped a mail), got a reply within the day. 2 days after,I received the article at home, a fantastic service, replying hyper fast to customer request, finding a way to solve the issue on a very short term, clear information. a fantastic job ( thanks a lot Becci for your help, great job), one of the best customer service I have ever faced in private as professional environment.

Had a very BAD and Unfortunate experience with Jack1t and its delivery team "Celeritas". I returned the product as per their return procedure and with their selected Delivery vendor. After 15 days when I inquired about my refund, they investigated it and told me that the products doesn't match.
Their delivery team and their warehouse team both reported that the package was not opened in between. But clearly, someone replaced the contents of the package.
It was a very expensive jacket and I didn't receive any refund.
Very very bad experience.

Coat is a new favourite! I was worried from ordering from jack1t again as I ordered a coat previous that was a bit of a catfish it was terrible. But this one has given my confidence back and will be keeping an eye out in the future x

Kurtka super, to moje druga z tej firmy:) trochę ciężka, ale za to bardzo ciepła:) Materiał genialny, wodoodporny, wiatru też nie czuć. Kołnierz obłędny, kaptur duży, nie pada na twarz śnieg. To na pewno nie pierwsza i nie druga kurka z jack1t :)

By chance, I saw a Jak1t worn by Carol Vorderman on Instagram. I looked them up and benefitted from the Sale. My Parka is beyond amazing. It is big, warm and indeed heavy. The stitching is excellent and the jacket well made. Sizing is good. For warmth?.....well its winter in Aberdeen, Scotland so what better advert.

I am a returning customer to Jack1t and I must say the quality continues me to come back for more. The ingenuity of these products along with my recent purchase over exceeds my expectations when it comes to quality. Highly recommend anyone who passes by this site and not worry so much about price. It’s all worth it. Expect fast delivery and shipping.

Very good quality jacket. Only downside is that there was a incorrect picture of the item I purchased on the website. The Mens rescue down bomber in blacks 5th picture on the website has a picture of the jacket with a red logo on the arm when it is in fact black. I prefer the logo being black so I don’t even know if it is a downside. A freebie would be nice for pointing out the website error, not a discount loool.

I ordered a jacket and vest. Super cute and cozy. The fit was great. I'm 5'9" 140 pounds and ordered a medium. I ended up returning both because I did not like the hood. It was too much around my neck and face. I will definitely be purchasing other items without the hoods.

Great build quality, well-thought cuts, high-quality materials, fast delivery. The only downturn for me is the bold labelling/advertising on the jackets, big and small "Jack1t"-labels virtually everywhere, often in bold contrasting colours. But certainly, this might be a matter of personal taste. My suggestion to the masterminds behind Jack1t would be to offer also a line that is a bit scaled back and more decent in this regard ;-).

This is a quality jacket which was delivered in a timely manner. I love this red bomber jacket. It will protect me from the frigid cold weather. With most products you buy from China, the product you receive does not look anything like the picture, but this jacket looked just like the picture on the website.

Seriously seriously quality product. I have a Canada Goose parka that I've had for nearly 8 years. I have chosen the Rescu Down Parka as it's replacement. Kept me VERY warm skiing - I think the bomber would have been a better choice! And it keeps me warm at the football...whilst also looking MINT 🤌🏽😁
Love the hooded Gilet I also got. I'm probably a touch too old for them...but hey.
And a great price for all the quality little additions of the jackets too. Well done guys. Superb product.

Dopest jacket I've ever owned! Your sizing system is super effective. The jack of arrived 3 days earlier than anticipated. The ONLY thing is I would rather have such an expensive jacket arrive in a box....but then again... maybe shipping couldn't be FREE!! Other than that, Thank you for existing.

The jacket is so nice very warm and stylish. I don’t need to wearing too much clothes , just only one T shirts with jacket but make my body sweat. But if brand have the colour in white or polar white I think more nice and more colours for choice . Never try never know.

Like everybody I’ve checked the reviews on internet before buying, some where bad but I prefered to make my own opinion and buy one product to see, well, quality is super! Reactivity at the top!!

Well it is very made with lot of attention at all particular, but it is quite weight in front of the weight af similar down jackets, it seems that part of the down could be not natural but synthetic, but I'm not sure. I have oreded already another parka without this discount code, if can refund some money it will be nice.

Really pleased with the jackets except 2 of the jackets don’t have any toggles for the zips and one of them does, can you forward us some on please. On pictures on website they all have the long Jack1T toggles to pull open zippers., and we have 2 of the same style the bomber one with and one without.Thankyou

Excellent quality jacket which arrived the next day. The features are as described and the quality of finish superb. Unlike most products these days they also run to the size measurements stated. Another great jacket in my Jack1t collection

The jacket is very nice the hood isnt as white as it looks online, my main gripe is that the jacket is now £150 and i paid £180 only a couple of weeks ago, almost tempted to return it and order another at reduced price as i havent worn the coat yet.
