Love this snack box so much! The Premium box was perfect partnered for my Netflix me time. I hadn’t tried any of these snacks before so im so excited and it was a great way to expand my snack drawer. I also feel the price is really great for the items you get!! Knowing that it came from Japan and shipping is expensive. So it is really fair. Customer service was a top notch as well. KitKats were always the bomb! Only in Japan Crate were you can find “rare” flavors of KitKat that are not available in US! Awesome

Hoorah! For the first time, I received my crate earlier than expected. I can’t wait to show my snacks and candies with my friends :)

Spent $200 on a gift subscription, never received a single crate. When contacted, they told me to pay extra and upgrade my package; otherwise I wouldn't receive ANYTHING due to supply issues. So far they have refused to give me a refund, or ship my items. BBB has been notified.
