I ordered a pair of shoes. JDSports sent me a confirmation that I ordered shoes. The very next day they canceled my order! I've sent 3 emails wondering why my order was canceled. They've never responded.

0 out of 5, dishonest business, fake listing never in stock and charge you full shipping for 1item
Ordered 4 different items, only 1 arrived. Yet JDSports charge you full shipping of 3.99 pounds for that 1 item and cancelled the rest claiming its sold out. But you can still see and purchase those items on their site a month later.

Pure scam and shady business, intentionally list a bunch of items on sale that were not in stock to make you buy from them.

Customer support doesn't give a damn about the situation and wouldn't refund the shipping because "that 1 item arrived", and wouldn't offer any compensation, even in the form of store credit.

I only ordered because the 4 items justified the shipping cost, I wouldn't pay 3.99 pounds in the first place if I were given a choice and knew 3/4 items were fake listing and never available. Imagine getting your money stolen by a greedy business like this.

Bad everything.
December 2021. So my wife bought me a pair of Jordans for Xmas online. After receiving the shoes I noticed that there was damage to the shoe box and had scuffed finger prints all over the box. After opening the box and looking at the shoes, the shoes were already worn, there was hair inside of the shoe, dirt on the bottom of the shoes, and JDSports were scfuffed. You would think that if you spend over $200 on some shoes that they would send you a new unworn pair.
After going to the store for a refund, I was told by a worker that he i would have to come back when the manager is there because she would have to do a defective refund which is different paperwork.
I then come back at the time he said the manager would be there and was told again the manager was not there and would be in like 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and the manager was still not there. I told the sales associate why can't o get a regular refund and he again said he couldn't because it had to go under a defective refund and he didn't know how to do it only the manager knows. I then said can you just call another store and have them walk you through the process. He said no.
Straight up they suck as a company and have crappy workers who appear like they just want to collect a check and not work.
I went home called customer service and after wait almost 45 minutes to speak to someone i finally did and was able to get a refund.
The only way I will buy anything from here ever again is if they get people who actually care and want to work.

Poor service
We have ordered several times from JD we have had items just not arrive sent an item back never got a refund and yesterday received an item on the invoice as cargo pants which we ordered but the item that arrived was a pink Nike jumper emailed jd but had no response as yet

Place is a FRAUD
3 times this year JDSports cancelled my order because it's not in stock. I highly recommend to stay away from this company and all its outlets.

Wish you do not need customer service - the system is insane
Be careful then, you might be very disappointed if you need to solve issue with you purchase! I am sorry to say but I was absolutely patient until now. I am waiting for a hoodie back or my money back since October. The customer service it's a joke: It's always someone different answering back. JDSports do not know the history of the issue and they keep asking the same questions. Even speaking over the phone, explaining the problem over and over again, I am still waiting for money or the item back - JUST BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO TAKE THE SECURITY TAG OFF IN THE SHOP! Now after 2 months I am still without the hoodie or money.

Poor customer service
Yesterday Dec 23,2021 at the Walden Galleria store, my husband went to JD Sports to do some Christmas shopping. After picking out six pairs of sneakers for myself and our children which totaled $500+ he was told JDSports had no bags. He asked if he brought his car to the nearest exit if an associate would be able to bring them out. They suggested 1. He could carry them or 2. He should go to another store and ask for bags. What kind of customer service is that? After asking to speak with a manager (who was already standing back watching this situation), their only answer was they didn't have any bags. So ultimately he asked for a refund. It's obvious that these employees didn't receive customer service training. This is totally unacceptable. What kind of business wouldn't have either tried to get bags from another store or have someone bring them out. You'd rather lose a sell?

JdSports Incompetent, Fraudsters
In my haste, I unintentionally placed an order for a men's orange large sweatshirt and the idiots sent a women's black small top. I paid for guaranteed 2 day delivery for Christmas. JDSports purposefully sent the wrong item, they could have at least made it look like they were trying to get it right by sending a mens item. I immediately shipped back the women's item and stopped payment on my card. Took photos based on feedback from this site. So when they claim they never received it, because of their own incompetencies, I have proof it was sent in the original box. It's pretty clear it was a fraudulent transaction from the start, taking my money with no intent of sending the correct item. A total waste of resources, boxes, gas, etc sending the wrong item. Stay far away!

The worst customer service
Went in to return something and the staff were so rude, no masks, there were 5 people at the tills and only one actually serving, the others were just messing around doing whatever, the girl was so rude, JDSports placed the order online for me originally and said because I didn't have a piece of paper (which they didn't give me) they couldn't do the return, even though I had the receipt, and that although I paid £70 I'd only get £50 back because it went down in price and I didn't have this magic piece of paper she desperately needed. One member of staff overheard this and told the girl to just process the return, as I wasn't going anywhere. She seemed to be able to process it easily with no piece of paper. Just being lazy, so so rude overall, unhelpful, and staff didn't want to be there and had such bad attitude. Won't be shopping in JD again, no employees in masks at all. So poor

Horrendous
Went toy local shop in town center. Went as soon as it opened. It was like a nightclub with the music so loud. Sales assistant talking to me, couldn't hear her at all, when paying it took her 20 minutes to pack the stuff, 2 tracksuits and a pair of trainers, then asked if I wanted an email receipt which I said no to, she then replied you need to go to anther till and do it all again for paper receipt, absolute joke, really stress ful visit and will not ever step foot in there again, also most of staff didn't have masks and didn't sanatize
