Jeg's outright lies on there front Page
(Place an order by 11 ships same day) OUTRIGHT LIE. Placed an order Sunday night the 6th, first of all i never received any invoices or Tracking numbers and 2 of 3 of the Parts were left at my door with NO notification or Tracking Numbers sent at all. 2 Day's later the 8th i had to call and ask for the last part still missing.The part was suppose to be ordered Sunday the 6th, JEGS said they placed the order from another vendor, when i called back on the 8th telling them i never received any invoices or tracking number's only to find out the part from the so called other vender was never ordered so she did it and sent me the invoice's and tracking number for the order and the last part on the 8th, after i already had 2 of the 3 parts. (The last part was not ordered until i called back for the tracking numbers and invoices on the 8th) it's now the 10th, and it turns out it was ordered 2 day's late from Classic Industries all the way across the Country and is still sitting in Anaheim California not going to be here until the 17th. Placed the order on the 6th still waiting for the last part not due until the 17th. Tell me is that ships overnight to you? Will be the last time i do anything with Jeg's. 2 of 3 part's delivered before any invoices or tracking numbers, last part ordered 2 day's late when i finally got the invoices and tracking number for the missing part is when i found out i had to wait until the 17th to get the last part. (Good luck when you order anything from Jegs and they tell you they can get it from another Vendor.) Parts before invoices or tracking numbers so you never see where or what the date is you will receive the part from the other vender.

Jegs used auto parts
I purchased a side pipe exhaust kit to go on my Corvette. JEGS sent me a used part. I returned it and learned they have an "inspection" of all returns to make sure they are not damaged and contain all parts. Well the replacement I was sent was also a used part. With stretched in the paint and heat damage just like the first one. I returned it and finally got my money back after a 6 week battle with customer service. Apparently the inspection part was not that thoroughly done as I go two used parts in a row. If I could give a zero star rating I would.

Poor customer service, damaged and wrong parts shipped
In the past 1 and a half months, i have made 5 different order's. All of them have had issues.!
Radiator support was dented. Chrome on air vent bezels was chipped. Ordered a rotating assembly said would ship in 24 hrs, i paid 2k
And then it says 3 months to deliver. I ordered inner fender well passenger side came scraped and dented. I order another inner fender well
For Driver side. Received another passenger side fender well.
When i called the lady on the phone, told me, O-well its your problem...! Are you Kidding me? $#*!TY Customer service!
So i would have to pay shipping 3 time on the same part $300 in shipping alone.!

Jegs screwed up BIG TIME
I ordered a set of headers from jegs and JEGS price matched a competitor. The headers were wrong. So i returned them and told them why. When jegs received the wrong headers back they just took it upon themselves to make an order and send the correct headers. Double dipped my account and caused all kinds of issues. On top of that they originally told me they would price match then went back and charged the original price. When I called them, I was told the competitor could not sell the headers for that price, per the manufacture. THE MANUFACTURE IS WHO TOLD ME ABOUT THE SALE!

Don't waste your money
I ordered two items for my truck. One was 116.99 and the other part was 26.99. I received the package from fed ex. When I received the delivery I immediately noticed the box was very damaged, it was so bad it was taped up to keep the sides from completely coming apart. I opened the box to find the 116.99 item missing. I first assumes it was a fed ex problem but when I looked at the shipping label the ship weight was 10lb, the weight of the item received. The missing item weighed 7 lbs. I was charged for both items and can not get any one to answer the phone or emails. JEGS brag about the customer service but it's the worst on line experience I have ever had.

Called like one or two weeks after not getting the package said it was delivered never even got it JEGS tried to find out what happened fed ex called me apologizing and telling me to call back the company to get my refund or get a replacement got sick for a bit tried calling them back when i got better said they could do nothing about it would not ever order from this site again worst experience ever DONT ORDER FROM JEGS only site that i did not get my order from every other site ive ordered ive got my stuff except from this one and before i even told jegs about it i also sent fed ex a message saying that i never recived my package

Bad customer service never received my order
Order some running boards for my truck already waited almost 2 1/2 wks nothing showed up now its 03/30/21 called them and FedEx JEGS just gave me the run around lie after lie but they got $366 dollars and they mad at me because i dont want running boards after waiting and the lies. I'm happy i didnt spend anymore money and the guy was trying to get me to buy something else. Dont never order from this place i will never give them my money ever again i should have looked at the reviews first before i delt with this company i just want my money back. I order 2 set of running boards from 2 different companies i received my order on time and when they said it would be here it was here. Here are the other running boards i order on the 19th came from the same area i received them on friday.As you can see i haven't put them on my truck but since. I dont want the running boards from Jegs i will send them back and would like a refund.

Misleading shipping times
Item says ships in 24 hours I ordered on a Sunday and called jegs three times on Tuesday had still not been shipped. Was told I would receive a call back when the supplier was reached since jegs does not stock this item. I never received a call. After I had to call again I was told it ships within 24 hours only if ordered on a business day and before 5. This means if you order on a Friday after 5 your item won't ship until Tuesday the following week 4 days later. Poor customer service and very deceiving hopefully once product is received it will be worth the BS

Worst experience in my life
I cannot stress this enough about how horrible this company has done business. I live in Uvalde Texas and I ordered a rear differential for my Ram pickup truck. I paid roughly $1,800, a week later still no differential or refund. Tracking my package has been the most difficult obstacle in this process. Mind you, I'm a Transmission Powerline Lineman and I've done and been through a lot. With that being said, I've been on the phone with them multiple times in the past 4 days. My order was scheduled to be delivered yesterday Friday May 28 and it's already Saturday and still nothing. I've contacted them again after not being able to track anything with the faulty tracking number and JEGS said my package was in San Antonio Texas, About 86 miles from me and that it's been out for delivery twice in 24 hours. That's all I've gotten since. No package and a dumbfound explanation about my package. I don't like how they are coming at me with a (it's more of your problem not ours) attitude. As a future potentially big customer I refuse to ever shop or recommend Jegs again. DO NOT BUY FROM JEGS. You will be very disappointed and may lose your investments.

JEGS update
I have to say that James over at JEGS definitely took care of me and made things right. I received all but two of the items in my order on Sunday. Three days after placing the order! That is fast! The other two items are on backorder with a mid-June ship/delivery date right now. The quality of the items I have received is excellent and I look forward to receiving the other two items as soon as JEGS are available. If the first customer service representative I contacted about this would have responded the way James did, there never would have been a negative review. There would have been a positive review and I would give them five stars! Thank you James, your efforts will keep me coming back.

Return policy refund notification poor customer service
Ordered by customer service rep a standard clutch for our 60s 327 chevy. Shipping delivery changed 2 times, but that's life. Upon arrival turns out the part number was for the 11 inch not the standard 10.5, multiple phone calls to correct, Mcleod factory confirms the 11 inch is NOT standard, but the 10.5 is, so ordered the corrected one, upon attempting to get the RMA for wrong return, JEGS would not pay shipping return, and would not provide a RMA, so left with the clutch, absolutely ridiculous, but no problem for me, as of the 17 cars i own this was my last order, JEGS provided no options to correct the problem, no possible solution, nothing, just "we're sorry"... summit, and lopers we will be buying from you in the future of our fleet of performance cars.
PS, this was the second such issue the first was on a set of spark plug wires, where again the wrong ones were sent, and return processing poor at best. I get I am only one of many ordering, but this "one" person is now going elsewhere for parts.

Buyer Beware
Buyer beware, I purchased a crate engine and immediately started having warranty issues, unfortunately JEGS sent me directly to the supplier and offered nothing but assistance. I have now spent over $3000 dollars at the suppliers suggestion and eventually returned the engine and received a replacement but have spent thousands performing diagnostics at the suppliers request and have paid twice for removal and installation. It's been going on for almost a year and a long story, very unhappy, my only suggestion is buy from a reputable local storefront. I thought JEGS were a great place but this has definitely soured me.

Jeg's Price Match Guarantee - Caution, would not honor.
Jeg's refused to honor their "Guarantee Lowest Price Match" even after identifying 2 retailers that sell the same item for a normal price of $64.28.

The price match policy is as follow: "The price match guarantee does not apply to refurbished, closed, or close out sales. JEGS reserve the right to determine the eligibility of all price matched items."

Located a Lund 96072 Genesis Roll-Up Tonneau Cover on Amazon advertised for $64.28 with free shipping however it would be approx. 30 days to ship.

Found it at Walmart for the same price ($64.28) but it was out of stock. Continued searching and found it at Jeg's. Noticed Jegs had a "guarantee lowest price match policy".

Ordered the item and provided Jegs's will the websites as instructed to verify the price which JEGS did. However they would not honor the price and informed me to order it from Amazon.

The informed me:
1. The price listed was a mistake. I called Amazon and verified the
Price was correct.
2. The price was much less then most sellers so it was outdated. Again
I verified with Amazon and the price was correct.
3. Jeg's stated they couldn't confirm the price even though they were
Provided the link to both websites with the advertised price.
4. Stated the price of the competitors is to good to be true.
5. Stated Walmart is out of stock so they couldn't verify the price. They
Could on Amazon.

The main reason i originally didn't order from Amazon and place the order with Jeg's was because Jeg's was able to ship quicker and the "Lowest Price Guarantee Price Match".

In conclusion all the stipulations for the "Price Match" were met. Don't advertise it if your not going to honor it.

Worst company to ever work for
This is the worst company Ive ever worked for. Im in tech support, JEGS constantly change your schedule so you have to check it every day. Theres no consistency to the times you work or days your off. Never have any parts that are acutally worth the money in stock. Upper management will constantly belittle you and make you feel like a idiot. Most of the supervisors have no actual tech experience just look at a catalog and says well our catalog/website says it will work. Were told to tell the customer whatever they need to hear to make the purchase.

Missing components and poor service
I bought a set of 60" side pipes for my van which were delivered in a timely manner to my address in Australia! However components were missing!
When speaking to a representative on messenger as I am on the other side of the world I asked if those parts could be pulled from a different length set as JEGS are the same part code, they said they were not and would not help. Upon showing them evidence that the parts are interchangeable they said they would pull on parts and send them but have not said when.
I have been waiting over a month and still have no correspondence or idea when or if I will see these parts,
Now it appears they have have blocked me on messenger, do not return emails or answer phone calls so have no way of knowing what's going on and looks likely will have to purchase these items through Summit and pay additional freight to Australia again, what was supposed to be a $600 exercise is now looking like costing me over a $1000
Will never use this company again and would recommend buyers stay away from these shocks, most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with

Dumpster juice
Ordered June 26 got July 1st. Bent n both corners on hinge side and even popped a river out. To f... n lazy to check their inventory. 100% cost satisfaction BS. Your crap u responsible to take care of this your a... W/ no integrity or cojones to put people first and when we got to come back out of our pockets to send this garbage back to your dump. To get it looked over and maybe get some more crap to replace the s... U sent me. I work to hard for shi. Y people to buy your dumpster juice. U sux

The worst experience I ever had and I've been married
What are the transmission took a long time to get. Sold me a Boss Hog torque converter sold me a Jegs torque two torque converters no transmission I ordered it TCI transmission. So I finally get the transmission about the guy TCI told me if I didn't have a TCI torque converter JEGS did not have a warranty send a pickup order for the Jegs torque converter no problem order did TCI torque converter by the time they came in already had the Boss Hog in it needless to say Transmissions messed up no warranty surprise surprise surprise. I'm not telling you what to buy or who to buy it from but I learned my lesson good luck

Horrible
I was ordering headlights and it said JEGS would ship May 3. In the confirmation email it said it would ship June 30. So, I emailed them called them and chatted to let them know I wanted to cancel that order because it wasn't shipping when they told me. 4 days go by and the order still was not canceled. So, every day I would chat with them to see if it had been canceled and finally on the 7th day they cancelled it. I waited 4 more days and checked my bank still no refund. I tried chatting with them and chat wasnt available. I tried calling and every number would just ring with no automated system picking up. Called the store itself and it gave a busy signal. Called the corporate number and got a fast busy signal. That went on for 3 days. Finally my refund went in my bank account but still was never able to get ahold of anyone and talk to them so I dont know if they shut down or what.

The know nothing about engines.
This place is so ridiculous I can't imagine why people shop here. I tried buying heads for my Ford 351w engine. I had to call because the info on the site is so messed up. A "technician" tried to help. I told them my application and JEGS tried to get me to buy a head for a 300 straight six engine. Really? Well this is what the site also tried to do which is why I called. I explained that I have a v8 and that's a straight 6. Then the tech go testy with me and said the computer says it fits. I said no it doesn't. He said well fitting the right heads is too technical for most people to get which is why he has a job. Oh, cool, I guess I should bow to your infinite wisdom. Maybe some extra gasket sealer I can put a head on one side of my engine. Shaking my head and to make sure I wasn't crazy I said cool, can you tell me what gasket to use. He did much better this time and recommended one for a 460. Well it won't fit but at least it has 8 cylinder holes. Of course the head only has 6. I gave up. Don't try to buy stuff from people that only list parts with no knowledge at all. If you can't tell the difference between a v8 and a straight 6 you shouldn't sell parts. Also none of their products list enough info to make a decision yourself.

Pitiful customer service
Had a new Jegs motor that I had installed in my 1948 Chevy pickup fail at 1100 miles. Jegs sent a replacement motor, had it installed and the bad motor was sent back to Jegs warranty company. JEGS were supposed to pay $50 per hr. For replacement motor install. Had to call them numerous times(usually put on hold for crazy amount of time)to check on stutus of my warranty claim. After weeks of not hearing anything, was finally able to speak with a person and was told they wouldn't honor the warranty. They claimed excessive fuel damage to 3 cylinders(my mechanic had found bad thrust bearing and busted flywheel). There was never any fuel in the crankcase at any time. Called Jegs and spoke with someone about claim denial. Was told they would look into it and get back with me. That was several weeks ago and now they won't except my calls or return messages left. Very disappointed with Jegs and would never recommend them to anyone.
